Considering, but apartment prices and distance are not as favorable as other facilities. Seems to have a high level of care for my parents.

The administration is extremely supportive and willing to work with people. everything we have asked they gone out of their way to get done for us. I would definitely recommend this community to others

It seems more like they are providing care for family members as they attend to the needs of each resident. The furnishings of the community are quite comfortable and unassuming, which provide a home like feeling. You do not feel like you are in a hotel or a hospital. The nutritious meals are outstanding and the residents truly enjoy their lifestyle of wellness at this community. I especially love that the community offers independent living in addition to assisted living and memory care so my loved ones can age in place. It is of great importance to me that my husband and I can live under the same roof regardless of our future changing needs. Plus Sunrise of Plano is conveniently located close to everything we would ever need.

Facility fabulous. Lobby and dining area beautiful. Rooms spacious and clean. Grounds great, what I saw of them. Did not take a full tour dues to covid situation. Signed contract and wrote check for a terrific deal on room and move in fee.

We cannot say enough nice things about Sunrise of Staten Island, they are very nice to our loved one. We have not been able to see our loved one for a long time, but when we are able to do visit they have glass set up in between us. Not many people there have gotten sick, and the meals are being served on disposables which is nice.

We have not been able to eat a meal their due to COVID. however our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and dining service. When we first toured the community the activities seems to be good. We would recommend Sunrise of Norwood to others.

The staff members at the community are very friendly. We spoke with other individuals living there and they had no complaints, they really have a good track record. They have done a tremendous job during this time with COVID and the few cases they have had, have been completely resolved. We have been very pleased. Before COVID they had a lot of activities, and the event coordinator really did a lot of with the residents. They would take them out to restaurants for lunch on Tuesday's, they also have arts and crafts. They would bring in live entertainment and provide religious services.

I did a lot of research and this facility was head and shoulders above the rest. They have good leadership and the quality of the people is top-notch. They truly cared about the residence. There staff retention rate was very good also. The Dr and the nursing staff that was there were amazing. I have recommended this facility to others

I went and toured quite a few places. What I realized when I went through the places was the residents never seemed to be happy until I went to Pueblo Regent. I went in here and everybody was happy. I figured out that the meals made the biggest difference in their happiness. I ate here and their food is very good. The residents love to get together and have good meals together. They have great activities here as well. I think that the value for the money is good, especially knowing that I do not have to worry about him and he is safe here.

This community has struggled to keep staff but I know that is something that is going on everywhere. They have had 3-4 directors in the past year. Communication is not good I have left VM and I do not receive calls back. Even with these issues, the staff is great and I have dealt with many communities and this community is better than most. overall given the covid difficulties they have done a pretty good job.

What stuck out to me about Sunrise of Crystal Lake was the atmosphere when I first walked in, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The people here were also very friendly and you could tell that they cared. My moms room was a good size for her. Their food was very good whenever we ate here, the quality of the meals were good as well. I will say that they were very accommodating and very responsive our needs. I would absolutely recommend.

This facility is very expensive. The rooms sizes are very good, and the food was pretty good. I would recommend this facility to others

It was always very clean, and the staff members were wonderful. They did everything they could with our loved one, We think the best thing was the people that were on our loved ones floor, they were so patient and so sweet. If i needed help with my loved one they were there within five minutes.

We chose Sunrise of Columbia based on their director of wellness, I really like her and to this day am so happy with her. I felt like for the options available in our price point that they had a better package. The room sizes here are average to a little better than average than some we looked into. The food is good, but it can become a little repetitive. Sunrise of Columbia has just about the nicest staff that you can get. Their response time has been amazing especially during COVID. During the pandemic, they have been doing a really good job with keeping the residents isolated yet entertained. I would absolutely recommend this community.

We chose Sunrise of Naperville because we really liked the staff members, the proximity to my work, and they were just overall seemed friendly and caring. The facility itself is also very nice and everyone is very helpful. The room sizes are big. The food was excellent, they are chef prepared meals off of a menu and they are constantly having snacks for residents. I would definitely recommend.

Right now Holiday Hills is short staffed because of COVID, however the house keeping is doing the best that they can. The staff would be a ten out of ten, they are great and the care services are good. They do offer a lot of activities and I would recommend this community to others.

All the staff are very upbeat and caring. Everyone we encountered were absolutely wonderful. The care my loved one received was amazing. They were able to assist her in doing things that my loved one hadn't done in years. They were very helpful throughout the stay of my loved one.

This community is phenomenal, and the staff members are fantasist. This is top of the line and the value is reasonable. The care services are an absolutely a five out of five, we have nothing bad to say. Pre-COVID the activities were fantastic, even now they are trying their absolute best to keep everyone engaged. Some activities they had beforehand were bingo, live entertainment and also arts and crafts. They did cooking, movie nights. We can say enough good things about this community.
