If you want your loved one in a family, this is the place. After all of the covid-19 situation, I couldn't imagine my mom in a better place. She is treated like family, and they treat me like family also. Care is just wonderful, especially with her declining memory. There is always help from someone, no matter how small the gesture. When it comes to the cleanliness of the community we think they are doing the best that they can. They have mask rules and disinfect everything. The place is constantly cleaned, the floors are always vacuumed, and the rooms now because of covid are being vacuumed every other week. Before covid the activities were excellent you could pretty much do anything to get yourself involved.

The interactions I have had with the staff members there, it has all be very good. Our friend who is there is extremely happy with his living conditions, and we really enjoys the meals and dining service.

The community so far has been fine. I would recommend this community to others.

[name removed] did a great job explaining everything about Brighton. It certainly is a good option. The same with Sunrise. Overall she did an excellent job.

I would tell others that their communication during the pandemic has been absolutely outstanding. Their safety protocols during this time have been amazing and they are extremely responsive to any calls that I have made. The scale of the facility was just perfect for my mom, the distance to get to common places in the facility were short. The facility also has a cozier feel than other places I looked into. I would absolutely recommend.

Watch the pricing and make sure they correctly charging you. I would recommend the community to others. They have had a great covid plan and their communication is awesome. overall we are happy.

In [date removed], my parents were separated when my dad went to the hospital. They were apart for 5 month, due to regulations at their former facility. The Sunrise staff was very willing to do evaluations on both of my parents, to see if they could place them in an apartment together. While Covid-19 has kept our family from inside visitations with my parents, the staff at Sunrise in Crystal Lake has been the family that my parents need. They have been as caring and attentive as my family would be, if we were able to care for them. Even with the restrictions of Covid-19, the staff continues to spend as much time and bring comfort and cheer to the long days in isolation. I can't wait for the day the doors are open to families, but I am so grateful to the Sunrise community for giving our family the peace and comfort, knowing that our parents are well cared for.

I looked at 2 others facilities and chose Brighton Gardens because it was more professional in their presentation, actual appearance and physicality of the building itself, and seemed much safer which gave me more re-assuring that my mother would be well taken care of. The room size she had was great for her needs. The people who took care of my mom every day took care of her like it was their own mom. I would absolutely recommend.

It's truly an honor to work beside staff that takes so much pride in working for Sunrise of Willowbrook! Knowing that many of them have been with Sunrise of Willowbrook five or plus years makes all the difference!

The staff is always wonderful! They take very good care of my loved one and I do not have one complaint! I get weekly communication regarding what is currently going on in the building from the Executive Director.

I would recommend this community and has recommend this wonderful community to others. Sunrise has been very welcoming, kind, and family oriented. I am so grateful for this community, and it has been a great journey and now consider the staff as friends.

We have had a great experience with Brighton Gardens of Mountainside. We chose it because I needed to find a place quickly and they had availability quickly and I felt more comfortable here. I have only seen my mothers room on the memory care side, but it is on the smaller side and they do have other sizes to choose from. If you compare to some other assisted livings, it is not as fancy but it is very homey and clean and the people here really care. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We chose Belmont Village because my mother needed more care than her previous facility was able to provide, As it turns out the marketing person knew my parents from her past facility. The location also played a big part in our decision as well. The room sizes here are on the smaller side, my dad has a small studio and my mom in memory care was sharing a room. Overall, the staff has been very flexible with everything going on we would recommend the facility.

We had a great experience with Sunrise of Grosse Pointe Woods. We chose the facility because of the appearance as well as the cleanliness, it seemed a step above others. We also were impressed with how professional the staff members were here. I could not have asked for anything better for my dad and we would absolutely recommend this facility.

I think anyone would be very comfortable here. They check-in and take good care of her. I would recommend this community to others. the community has a homey type feel to it, and its a good value also.

Enjoyed seeing the tour and listening to all the interesting areas , but I have reviewed the required funding that would/could be needed for the care of my husband and know that I can in no way afford for both of us to live there.

Considering, but apartment prices and distance are not as favorable as other facilities. Seems to have a high level of care for my parents. [name removed] was very responsive and got back to us right way with the detail that we requested.
