My mother has lived at Greeley Place for 2 years. She absolutely LOVES that she has an independent lifestyle here. If she needs any assistance, the OUTSTANDING STAFF is more than happy to offer her the help she needs. She sincerely appreciates that her meals are prepared fresh daily, that her mail is delivered here, that she can get her hair done at the salon on site, that she use the library, that she can do exercises in the Recreation room and that she can play games and do crafts in the Activity Room. Greeley Place is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Recreation Center (Gym), the Adult Activity Center (Senior Center) and the Union Colony Civic Center DIRECTLY across the street! What is most important to my Mother is this community, which includes both the residents and the employees here, is the feeling of "Caring" and "Family" that she experiences on a daily basis.

They are an excellent community, and I would recommend them. The food was enjoyed by my loving one. The rooms are very nice. The staff was excellent. We had been at another community prior and it was night and day.

We moved mom in during Covid which was a bit difficult, however, Bear Canyon made the procedure as easy as possible. We can visit mom anytime. She lives close to stores, doctors, restaurants, and museums. There are nice sidewalks around the complex on which to walk. The food is good and the people are friendly. Transportation is provided for the residents to doctor appointments and grocery stores.

When we decided to look into assisted living for our Dad, we looked all over and found Bear Canyon, and knew immediately that this was it!!!

We chose Brighton Gardens because it was closer to home and we liked the services that they provided. She could go from assisted living to more care if needed. They offer 3 different room sizes and my mother in law is in the largest room provided, it is very nice. The best part about the community so far has been before lock down they were able to provide a lot of activities for the residents. I would recommend.

We chose Sunrise of Cuyahoga Falls because when we visited my parents really liked the atmosphere and surroundings. They also chose it because of the room sizes, they are very nice and spacious. I have eaten here before and the food is good. my favorite part about the community so far has been the that the staff members are very caring and giving. there is a good community feeling here. I would recommend.

I would say it is a terrific place and I would recommend it. The exec director is a fabulous person. The receptionist is so nice and warm, and it is a welcoming environment. There is a dog when you walked in named, [name removed]. [name removed] belongs to a resident in the community and [name removed] has become the unofficial mascot of the community. My loved one has a two bedroom apartment. They have a fridge, microwave. The community cleans the room for our loved one.

Our first impression of Sunrise community was that it seemed very welcoming, warm and very friendly. the value for this community is good along with the care services. The food was about average, pretty adequate. the layout of the rooms are very nice, comfortable, however they are a little small but have nice lighting.

This community is very clean, the staff members are top notch. The experience was great, they took very good care of our loved one and made her very comfortable. They also worked very well with us. They kept everyone happy, they had bingo and many other activities. The hospitality was great, they really bend of backwards to make you happy. The dining area was just wonderful, it was very clean and offered a lot even during COVID. We were very impressed.

Love the staff and community. It is a wonderful place to live.

Due to COVID there hasn't been to many activities, but beforehand they would have themed parties for the residents. The staff members we came into contact with had been there for a very long time which made us feel very comfortable. They were all very friendly and never less than happy. They were always eager to help. The food has been good, our loved ones seems to be fine with it.

The staff at Sunrise of State Island is exceptional, they are very friendly and super professional. Due to COVID we were not able to see any activities but they seem to be wonderful. This community is lovely and very nice. From our understanding our loved ones seem to like the food there

The staff members at Brighton Gardens are fantastic, that was the reason we chose this community. They were very friendly. From our understanding the value is good and very much in line with the other facilities we looked at. The activities seem to be good, before COVID they would take the residents out on outings to go shopping and go to dinner, they also have bingo. They can watch ball games, and this communities celebrates birthdays. They really do keep everyone active and busy.

We are very happy with this community, the communication has been great. The staff is very friendly and they have taken great care of my mom. Due to COVID they aren't doing to many activities, but beforehand they had group exercises everyday, flower arraignment classes and during the holidays they would decorate wreaths for Christmas. They also have live entertainment that you could invite your families to come see. It is a smaller community and when you walk in, its has a more homey feeling to it. They also allow pets at this community and my mom has two cats that they have helped take care of. She also has diabetes and they have been working very closely daily and managing her medicine very carefully and they always call us if something changes.

This is the best place for your loved ones that need high level of care. The nurses have been great. We have been able to do virtual visits. The community has been able to allow visits in person on the porch to see your loved ones.

This review is en light of COVID, otherwise we think this is a wonderful community. We did have a couple issues when it came to the services, for example like bathing. It seemed to cost extra for them to bath our loved one. Our loved one moved in in January, and due to COVID there are no activities they are confined to their rooms which has caused him to decline. We also wish they would allow hospital beds in the rooms, our loved one has fallen out of bed a couple of times and they do not allow bed rails. However they people at this community are very caring especially the ones who take care of him. The food is pretty decent, we were able to eat there a couple of times before COVID and it was good. Our loved one has yet to complain about the food.

My family and I toured this community and were impressed with its appearance, cleanliness, and friendless. Everyone here is so kind and helpful and willing to do whatever I ask. The food is delicious and I am very happy to be here.

The community is excellent and beautiful. It doesn't feel like you are missing your home, and this community feels like a big house or mansion. The staff is there to assist you with all your needs. The residents have their own rooms, a large dining area, and common areas for everyone to visit. You feel like you never miss your home. There is always somebody checking on you. Once I need a place like this, I want to go there. My loved one visited and loved the community.

Brighton Gardens employees were very friendly and very well managed, which made us feel comfortable that there wasn't going to be a high turnover rate. We really liked how welcoming the front entrance was. The rooms are pretty spacious, our loved one has a one bedroom with a front seating room. It is perfect for what she needed. They offer a variety of food options to choose from. We have been really happy with everything, they have done an excellent with informing the families during COVID.
