5"s all the way around. The place is great. The staff is amazing and the go above and beyond to help my mom!!! We would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Jacksonville to other families based on the experience so far.

After experiencing the loss of one parent navigating grief we need extra support. Every staff members we encountered seemed open to meeting potential new neighbors.

The staff works hard to make everything comfortable and inviting. The facility itself feels like a home.

Sunrise at Mt. Vernon has been amazing. They went above and beyond to meet our family's needs. It's a very clean and welcoming place with friendly staff.

I would give Sunrise of Severna Park, for all of its categories 5 out 5's ! I accidentally went into the assisted living area & saw the support dog was even smiling as he slept on the floor!! It is beautiful facility with so many kind and considerate support staff. Severna Park is really a lovely place to live in your senior years. Hopefully, Severna Park will be around for a long time!

I have found that the staff is very well trained in dealing with the people in their community. They understand what is needed to make my mom feel welcomed.

I told [name removed] was very clean and the people there that took us on a tour was very good also they have warm food pretty much every time of the day that you need help. The help is here to help you. I do everything they can to make you feel at home even in each room that you have. Also so if somebody needed a place for their mother to stay her. Dad, this would be the place I would put them in

We looked a long time before we chose Sunrise of Westmont to be the right place for my grandma. The brunch was awesome and the new house dog, [name removed], is so sweet - I love visiting even more now. My grandma loves it there.

After researching and looking at tons of buildings for my mom, I found this building and staff to be the most welcoming and helpful through the process. Every worker smiled and said hello and the rooms are huge and beautiful. This is the place for us!

Although my mother's experience was short, the nurses and staff were very caring and competent. The facility is nice. I wish she had the time to actually enjoy the amenities and make some friends. I would recommend them.

Bear Canyon is probably your best choice in Albuquerque and probably the entire state. The management, and in particular [name removed], views their job as providing a lifetime home, not just real estate services. This means that Bear Canyon has arranged to have 3rd party providers in-house for a range of medical services such as physical therapy, home health care, and even a nurse practitioner who comes once a week. Unlike a CCRC where each change in care level requires a move to a new unit, you can buy the services you need at Bear Canyon while remaining in your current apartment. Because the home health provider operates from the building, you can buy services in 15 minute intervals without travel charges. Anyone looking for a senior living community for themselves or a friend absolutely must include Bear Canyon Estates on their list of places to visit.

They don't have transportation for the residents, food is great, but the serving of the food is slow, other than that it's great all around

It's cozy and homey less clinical and stark than others I visited, staff are super friendly and they have a house dog Darcy she's 14 years old and super mellow and my favorite resident ?? Dad always said he'd never move into a facility but I think he's actually enjoying himself more so than he was living with me. Staff all know me and often comment on how much they enjoy having Dad there.

They are wonderful and so are you guys! 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, smells good but never ate it. My mom loves it so 5, not sure about the activities. And I don't pay the bill but I'd say it's priceless

The staff is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Many activities daily, chair areobic, line dance, bible study classes. Food is good, desserts, snacks, available. Campus is beautiful, loads of flowers, beautiful landscaping, fresh and contemporary ambiance.

I couldn't be happier with the care mom gets. It has drastically improved her health and especially her spirit/happiness. Everyone here is always so great to me even when I visit and I visit everyday.
