Sunrise of Chevy Chase has met my mom's growing needs. The staff is very kind and attentive. The administration is also very accessible and flexible to meet the needs of their clients.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness, the cleanliness and the meals that are provided.

I would rate all of them a 10, they all really cared. Yes, I would recommend Brighton Gardens to other families based on the experience.

5 on all! Everyone is super welcoming, nice and encouraging. They check on my dad a lot and invite him to activities every single day. Also, the food there is so good that he's eating more there than he did on his own, and healthier.

I do not live here but I am here alot. They have caring employees. All the residents seem very happy and healthy. It seems like a wonderful place to live. I recommend it very much. They have great activities everyday. The meals are high quality. The building is very nice inside and out.

I found the memory care staff to provide loving care in every way. I highly recommend Sunrise of Shelby Township for those looking for memory care for a loved one.

My loved one has not moved in yet, but my experience has been very positive. I have interacted frequently with [removed name], who has been very helpful and supportive. Every staff member I have interacted with (for example, on tours) has been very pleasant.

It's a caring, active, positive facility.. great staff.

Price was good, residents were happy when we toured, and it's a smaller facility so it would be easier for my father, who also has limited mobility, to visit my mom.

The activities director, [name removed] is amazing. Plus, we have since found that the medical care is excellent as well. We put both of my wife's parents in the facility, with her mother in assisted living and her father in memory care, in January. Since then They have both thrive, even as they continue to physically decline.

What we like the most about the community is the staff, the friendliness, it is spacious open affordable rooms. The cleanliness and the management is accommodating and quickly helps when we've asked

This is a great community to live at . Lots of fun activities , great exercise program. The community is very clean and energetic. I really enjoy spending time with my friends that live here we love to play poker and enjoy the happy hours

This is a wonderful place to live, offering a variety of amenities and services for those seeking more information. Onsite, you'll find companies providing PT/OT services, a General Store with limited basement hours, another business for the resident to hire CNAs, and underground parking. The Courtyard features one- and two-bedroom apartments, with kitchens available on every floor. Residents can enjoy three meals daily in the dining room, including a delightful continental hot homemade breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and accommodating. [name removed], the General Manager, runs the independent living facility efficiently and maintains strong connections with her residents, hosting a monthly Town Hall meeting to share updates. [name removed] leads the billing department and is highly professional, always striving to simplify payments for residents. A concierge greets visitors during normal business hours throughout the week and weekend. Mailboxes and package delivery stations are convenient.

Place is a bit dated, but the staff is pretty strong and the quality of care as well as onsite services provided are excellent.

*The staff is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. *My mother raves about the food and the portion sizes. I've not heard her say a single negative comment about the quality or quantity of her meals. *Her one bedroom apartment includes a nice balcony large enough for a comfortable rocking chair, side table, and plants. The apartment size is perfect, and the bathroom is more than adequate for her needs. *She was able to take her cat. *She has a little library on her floor along with a laundry room just a few doors away. *The majority of the residents we have met are content with the facility. I've not heard anyone vigorously express unhappiness. *Bear Canyon Estates is very clean, in good repair, well lit, and offers several activities throughout the week. *Overall, my mother has stated if she had to be someplace other than her own home Bear Canyon Estates is a good place to be.

I rate all of these factors a 5. I'm very pleased with everything about Sunrise. Many regular activities for residents, including outings to restaurants, sightseeing, and to special holiday events for residents who are mobile. Fresh quality food. The staff are very friendly and fun-loving, and treat my husband with care and respect.

[name removed]was welcoming, informative and compassionate in regard to my family's and my sister's needs. The tour provided was informative and comprehensive. [name removed]was attentive to concerns and went out of her way to provide clear picture of costs and services to be provided.

My every experience with Sunrise of Providence has been outstanding. Staff are unfailingly pleasant, courteous competent, and prompt in meeting needs. The residence has a happy atmosphere: welcoming, attractive, clean, and peaceful. It's an answer to prayer for my family member.
