It was a safe place and all the staff cared for my mom. They were available when she needed them and always showed care and concern and compassion

Accommodations and meals were excellent. Environment provided a homey and pleasant stay. All staff were very pleasant and were most helpful on a daily basis.

I moved here four months ago during a stressful period — my husband was on hospice and passed only a few weeks later. Everyone was warmly supportive and welcoming. I have made many new friends and have settled comfortably into my new home. It has been easy to be as outgoing or reclusive as I feel at any time — no pressure, just warm acceptance.

I first came to Huntcliff in 2022. My experience was excellent but when I got sick, my son wanted me closer so he moved me to a place in Gainesville Georgia. It was a terrible experience. In 2025 I moved back to Huntcliff. Having been at another facility I was way more appreciative of everything Huntcliff offered. The management team is exceptional. The staff is compassionate and caring. I am grateful that I was able to get back in here. Grateful for everything it offers.

We are very with Sunrise Five Forks, the facility is very nice, the staff is wonderful to my Dad, and my Dad loves the food. He said he doesn't want to leave. Since we put him there, he has improved physically. We all are very happy with this experience.

Not to put anything negative out there.. I think the staff could do better about the residents needs. When they ask for certain things they are sometimes told they will come back and they don't come back...and sometimes they don't get the right food that they order .. I'm only concerned about what I'm being told

5 on every thing! 5 on every thing! Sorry I never responded last year, it was a very stressful time. But I wanted to let you know your service to us was invaluable. We were in a situation without any warning and needed to find someplace for our sister within 2 days. You scheduled appointments and did all the ground work for us. Again, thank you so much.

I would give all of them a 5. My friend, [name removed], mental and physical health has improved dramatically since she moved into Brighton Gardens. She and I couldn't not be more pleased with the staff, accommodations, food, all of it!!

I would rate every item a 5. Very happy with them. Actually I don't know about food since I've never eaten there and my mother has dementia so she can't tell me whether she likes or not

The staff there is A+++++. EVERYONE is super friendly, respectful, and goes out of their way for you. Every need is acknowledged and addressed. There facility is spot less. They make an effort to have all residents participate in activities. My mom passed away while living there and when she was picked up by the funeral home, the ENTIRE staff stood in a line as she passed by. Many had tears. They treat all residents with the up most respect.

All 5, excellent. The staff was awesome!!! Recreation, nurse and her staff. My father had a very high level of care. I was impressed. His room was immaculate at all times.

The facility is warm and comfortable-- not institutional. The staff is kind and even loving, and we visitors are always welcomed. They remember who my mother-in-law is and they remember me as well. The gardens are lovely and they encourage the residents to go out and walk them. It is about as much as my relative can manage. We feel very comfortable knowing she is well cared for when we aren't there.

ALL of the staff are friendly and caring. We are here because of my husband's health. They take such good care of him. I would recommend them to others who are currently searching for a place for their loved one.

Hope that helps - friendliness exceeds expectations . It's expensive but cheaper than NY. Overall really happy with the place. Yes, we would very much recommend th is community to other families based on the experience.

The staff is really patient with my mom and she is well taken care of. The activities they have are engaging and fun for my mom, especially the outings they take. My mom loves all the food.

Each category gets a 5. We are so happy we connected with A Place for Mom. It helped us in connecting with places to visit and to find the best place for our love one. Everyone was and is so helpful, friendly and informative. The process was easy and the faculty & staff are wonderful. The main thing is that our love one is enjoying her surroundings and activities and meals which gives us great satisfaction. She's happy and we are too!! So thank you for all your support!

I definitely would recommend it. The people that work there have been great with us and my mom. They keep it clean and it smells nice and there is lots of natural light and places to be outside of your room to enjoy and meet with friends and family. It's been a great place for our Mom! If you can't be home it's a good place to be.

Other communities might be more active. But Sunrise of BR is very strong on level of care and quality of staff.

My mom and dad got a 2 bedroom on the Reminiscence (memory care) floor. He does not have memory issues. So I was very pleased that this was an option for them. Dad now has a full time set of care givers for mom. This gives him the opportunity to do more for himself. He has been able to move from being her caregiver to being her husband. - Reminisce staff are great. This is a calling for them. Not just a job. They are well trained. Get to know the residents and how to best interact with them. - The staff are company employees and not contractors. - Dad says there is plenty of very good food. No way to go hungry. - Kitchenettes are perfect. Just the right size. - You can set up the rooms however you want. Dad has his whole stereo system there. Their whole place has been set up with furniture and artwork from home. - very easy to visit. - lots of rooms on each floor for activities and living rooms and quiet spaces too. - Patio or balcony on each floor. - Beautiful grounds. - Private dining room you can reserve. We have it reserved for my parent's 73rd wedding anniversary. - The people we worked with to select and make agreements are excellent. They answered any questions asked. We worked with [name removed] as primary contact. [name removed] is new and was part of the process. He is coming up to speed. Even after mom and dad moved in, both [name removed] and [name removed] have stopped in to see mom and dad to see if there is anything they need. - I really like how they have dedicated care managers on the floors. They have open door policy and are available to address concerns or needs that might arise. Probably more than you are looking for. My and my families whole experience has been great.
