Toured Sunrise Flossmoor. Beautiful facility clean friendly staff many activities for residents. My aunt who lived to 106 was in a Sunrise facility and received excellent care & service. Unfortunately my husbands health deteriorated & he is in hospice care at home.

My dad died last [date removed]. But they did wonderful for the two months he was there. What we like the most about the community is that the staff did everything they could to make him comfortable. The head nurse was very involved and caring. They got him to participate in group activities on occasion. And put up with him wanting to eat in his room often.

They are so friendly and loving. It felt like home. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

We LOVED it there! [names removed] were amazing and took such good care of my Dad! The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming - the activities director was fabulous - the food was phenomenal and we wish he could have stayed longer! 10/10 would recommend the Road Home Program. Thank you [names removed] too for making the transition from Ludlowe to Sunrise to easy and pleasant!!

The staff is attentive. They come within 5 min of the pendant being rung except meal time. Then it's very slow. The medical staff is great. The outside doctors are thorough. There are of course some blunders but def a competent staff. The level of care is better than others we looked at.

The staff and surroundings give Sunrise a very homey feeling! Everyone has been excellent in accommodating to my husband's needs. He has nothing but good things to say by the way he's been treated! And he really enjoys the meals, something he complained about in other facilities. Overall I believe he's in the best place for his needs.

What I like the most about the community is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good. Yes, I would recommend Sunrise of Huntington Common to other families based on the experience so far.

The tenured staff, extraordinary care and amazing food makes Sunrise of Plano the best place for senior living. I strongly recommend you visit this community as soon as possible to hope find a place for your loved one. Independent, Assisted and Memory Support are all offered with the highest level of care.

My loved one's room is very small with no view out the window just a wall. Staff are great. He is adjusting well. Hoping our long term care policy will be approved. His future depends on this.

5 across the board. What we like the most about the community is the activities and the entertainment provided for the residents as well as the transportation to local doctors and stores.

I recently had a tour of Sunrise Silver Spring senior complex. All the staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining the operation of the facility. It seems to be a wonderful place for seniors to live.

Everything looks nice and new, and seems very clean. The staff I met on a visit seemed very friendly. But according to my Dad, the resident, they are badly understaffed in the kitchen and dining room.

Everything is going well. I chose them because of the staff and availability. Friendly staff and willing to help families..

Sunrise is a very warm place. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel wanted. The residents are also very friendly. The food is varied and good. When I need to go to an assisted living residence, I will choose Sunrise.

The staff are Amazing! Literally everyone I interact with cares so much about my parents! My parents are happy there. Yes, I would recommend. 100 percent!

We were given six facilities to investigate and chose to do them in order of distance from our house. Sunrise was first, and we were so pleased with what we saw (the building and facilities) and what we heard (the extra services that were available) that we stopped the search right then and there.

The sales associate was very helpful. He was patient and took the time to explain everything to me. The facility was immaculate and the residents were all about and friendly. Had the opportunity to talk with a couple persons and had a tour of the facility and they layout of the room one would occupy.

I was told when I made the appointment this facility accepted the new choice Medicaid waiver. After a wonderful tour and explanation of all the benefits I learned they do not. Unfortunately, that was a deal breaker for is as we don't have the funds to self pay for very long. Otherwise, I think we would have strongly considered Sunrise.

[name removed] and facility's nurse (unable to remember her name at the moment) were very knowledgable and friendly. [name removed] gave us a tour of the facility. The nurse gave us all the info on the services that are provided. They were a great help.
