Sunrise Senior Living

I have toured a handful of different facilities. [removed name] by far was the most enthusiastic and helpful directors. The facility was beautiful and felt cozy. I would highly recommends Sunrise Naperville North.

An excellent home for those needing independent care, senior living , memory care and LifeCare. Great staff of employees who really care about your health and your needs. Fees for apartments are the cheapest I have seen for all the amenities this facility offers. Monthly fees includes gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash removal, home security, home insurance, property tax, home repairs and maintenance, personal emergency response system, social and leisure activities and more

They were just really helpful and it was stressful time, but they did try to make it easy.

My dad doesn't eat bc he is on a feeding tube. Activities look great but he hasn't joined in one (he's depressed) Everyone is so friendly and helpful. This is a 5 From what I can tell it's very clean. Staff has been very helpful.

Sunrise is a very nice place to live, my sister in law loves it there. All the staff knows my sister in law's name, which is very nice. The head nurse [name removed], is kind, she makes mental notes throughout the day on her residents, when asked she knows all about my sister in laws condition, how is her gait, her social interactions, if she's eating, in general all about her. I love the care they give her.

Everyone is professional, patient and kind especially the nurses. The Villa is well kept also. We truly don't have any complaints and would suggest this place for others who are looking for a home.

Just visited Sunrise at Buckhead and was totally blown away! The facilities are modern, spotlessly clean and attractive. The community seems lively and vibrant. So many of the people there have been there so long. Having to hire and manage people myself, I know this is a sign of a healthy workplace where people take pride in their work...bodes well for my parents!

The people were nice particularly the sales agent. The residents seemed happy with very just loitering around. It seemed like a warm and friendly place. I visited it s second time toclarifya few questions which were answered I am considering it.

It was a relief to discover such a beautiful facility like Sunrise to take care of my mother. I can rest easy that she will be well cared for in a clean and attentive environment. Thankfully, assisted living facilities such as Sunrise of East Brunswick exist and A Place for Mom is a great help indeed in finding just the right fit for families in need.

I had an amazing experience meeting with the Sales Specialist who was able to move our scheduled tour up by a week due to a need for immediate occupancy, post hospital stay for my relative. Unfortunately, she was not in good enough physical condition to be accepted for assisted living, and had to be discharged to a skilled nursing facility first. Our hope is that she is able to regain strength in 30 or so days and then be able to move into Sunrise at Cherry Creek.

It is a warm environment where the staff engages with the residence. I am very pleased with every staff member that I have met and every room has a homie touch and a welcoming environment. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one that needs assisted living or memory care.

I've lived at Highland Trail for 3 years now and I have been very happy here, and don't see me moving from here. The 3 meals provided are good with lots of options and selection available. Holidays have very nice lunches provided. The staff are very friendly and helpful in any way, pets are always welcome, dogs and cats. I highly recommend Highland Trail for your next home.

Staff is fabulous and mother is becoming comfortable faster than anticipated which is very comforting Mom Says staff is very nice and she loves the good food I even had to take her out one day and they had her ready

Bright and clean public spaces. Apartment is modern, clean and kept that way by staff. Happy, friendly staff (and residents. ) Staff is courteous and professional . I wish I'd found Sunrise sooner!

Overall experience is great. Sunrise of Wilton is immaculate. All staff is exceedingly friendly. Quality of care is very good. Administrative staff is also quite good. Food needs improvement. Activities that I am aware of I would say are fine, but we'll learn more about them as my mom is more able to participate. Value for the money is a tough question because all of these places are egregiously expensive and I still struggle with trying to understand why they cost what they do, but she is in a beautiful facility with very caring people and I know most importantly she is safe and the staff is very responsive. We are very happy to have her there.

I was greeted warmly and met with [name removed] who spoke with me honestly and clearly about what Sunrise Living had to offer. My favorite part was the Memory Care area where I felt the placement of it is was welcoming. I especially liked the fact that it is small and rather intimate as a result. [name removed] also shared some personal experiences that helped me with my own issues. It was a good tour and I am considering it for my husband.

Everyone at Brighton Gardens was helpful, kind, and seemed to love their jobs. The staff has a history of working for 15+ years which was a sign of good management. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety on the menu. People had many activities to choose from and the residents were engaged in them.

We recently toured Sunrise of Wilmington and were immediately impressed with the welcoming atmosphere and hospitality from the residents and staff there. People were very welcoming and looked engaged and enthusiastic about future possible residents. The restaurant impressed us and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. [name removed] was so helpful and understanding of our concerns and questions. He represented this adult living community with professionalism and respect for those that live and work there, as well as encouraging newcomers.

I went there to see the facility for my mother. I was interested in bringing her to Henderson nv. Unfortunately they have a wait list. My mother is concerned about the cost. She is 96 but needs a nice place with good care. [name removed] is an assist there. I would feel comfortable with my mother being there under her watch. She is very compassionate. I’ve been in touch with her and [name removed] in mission Viejo ca. both are very helpful. Hopefully I can get her in there in the future?

[name removed] did an amazing job on informing me of all the important benefits of the East Setauket facility. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of each area that we visited. Also how well equipped your facility is. The residents all looked very well cared for and happy.
