1.Overall experience: 5 Excellent Senior Living Center for My Sister 2.Cleanliness of the facility: 5 Very clean 3.Friendliness: 5 Staff and residents are very friendly. 4.Quality of care: 5 Service needs are limited but very good. 5.Administrative staff: 4. They work well with residents and have meetings to get residents’ feedback and suggestions. 6.Food: 5. Food is very good. 7.Activities: 5 Several activities are offered. 8.Value for the money: 5. It is very competitive compared to the six other senior communities visited.

The studio room was just too small. I wouldn't want to live in it and I wouldn't put my husband there either.

My husband and I would rate everything a 5. However we've only been here 2-1/2 weeks and at the present time the elevator by our unit is "out" for the second time (which is inconvenient for someone handicapped) and the kitchen is being totally renovated for the next 3 weeks. Otherwise, this community is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the residents for the most part are friendly; there are activities 7 days per week (although we've been unpacking for the last 2 weeks), the management staff is responsive. We are two of the youngest residents at age 78 so that is the only surprise but we are social so it's not a problem for [name removed] and me! I'm happy we chose Bedford Court! We're close to our old neighborhood from 16 years ago and very convenient to everything!

Sunrise was best for my sister's situation. Not yet needing memory care and offered opportunities for mental stimulation, exercise, entertainment and small enough to allow making new friends easily.

Very pleased. Great welcome by [name removed]. Great experience with Dr [name removed]. My cousin is quite quirky and she has fit in well, thankfully, therefore it seems the residents have been chosen w care.

I would give them 5 stars because the people there are very caring and they communicate regularly with me and my siblings. The place is always beautifully kept and they have a variety of activities going all day long. The staff is extremely friendly and caring going out of their way to talk to my siblings and I about our mom's experiences and mental heath. I recommend this place highly.

Be sure to put name on all clothing items. The staff and Care Team are very professional, kind and accommodating.

Our overall experience is definitely 5 stars. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, I have no negative comments on anything. Food, choices, service, cleanliness, all great.

I made a really good choice picking Brighton Gardens its a great senior living facility from the sale staff to maintenance. My mom is really happy here, she even thank me. [names removed] always accommodating. The nursing staff and attendants all that lookout for mom are great! The facility is beautiful, clean, modern. The activities are good for her health and she likes participating in the exercise classes. Thank you Brighton Gardens keep up the good work!

High recommendation! Caring staff, competent medical care from nursing staff going above and beyond, care givers know the residents and assist in all areas; physical and mental. They always make sure residents are comfortable with any concerns they may have. Executive staff responsive to family concerns and immediately act to assist.

Sunrise at RTC has been the best option for my mother, and I’m truly thankful we chose to place her there. The staff is excellent—communication has always been personal, direct, and transparent. Meals are served on time and are good quality. [name removed], the sales director, is amazing. I visited several other places with poor sales experiences, but [name removed] was the difference-maker. [name removed] is fantastic and made the process much easier for us. One of the best things about this location is how convenient it is—it’s close enough to family and friends, making visits easy and frequent. The only issue I experienced was with pricing. Initially, I understood the cost to be a certain amount, but it increased by about $[removed] per month, which was disappointing. However, the professionalism of the staff, along with the cleanliness and organization of the facility, helps make up for that.

They do what they say they are going to do. No shortage of staff If you ask a staff member a question and they don't know the answer, they find the answer for you, you are not left hanging. I know my mom is being well cared for, and that is a great peace of mind. Most importantly, my mom likes it there!!

My family paid out of pocket for about 5 weeks. This is incredibly expensive and we'd go back if we needed help. My mom loved the food , made new friends, got OT and PT several times a week. They got her strong so she could live in her house again which was the goal. Room was big , place was always clean in the rooms I went into . They have a cute dog that lives there and so many of the residents love to pet him.

Everyone is extremely nice and professional. My mom is always well taken care of and loves the food. The facility is always clean and well kept with fun decorations for events and holidays. My mom loves going out on group excursions.

This is a very nice place but unfortunately for me I cannot afford the cost to live there I am on a fixed income so this is out of reach!

It was a refreshing change from other facilities. Very personalized and caring. Staff is friendly and engaging.

I toured the facility and found it to be clean and inviting.[Name removed] answered so many questions and was very helpful. We haven’t made any decisions yet for our mom but this facility is top of my list!

They entire staff has been very attentive to both of my parents needs. The facility has been great with making sure my parents needs are met. I would definitely choose Brighton Gardens again.
