Sunrise Senior Living

My husband and I had a lovely tour of the Sunrise Senior Living facility. We are looking for a place for his mom to have care and physical therapy as a bridge between her discharge from the hospital to being back home. We found the place very nice. The team was very engaged from [Name Removed] at “ A Place for mom” Key a telephone receptionist and [Names Removed] the Sales Team. [Name Removed] Director of Sales did a great job of telling us in more detail about the program “ A Road To Home “ and what they offer in the package. She asked good questions regarding mom’s needs and how Sunrise could meet them.[Name Removed] was very warm & hospitable. We were offered coffee/tea. Hopefully this was a foreshadowing of what mom will feel and receive in the dining area which is set up like a nice little restaurant. The rooms were great and the corridors wide. The porch should be nice as the weather is getting warmer. Our minds are more at ease knowing they have a consistent team there, some with 10 years plus.

We toured the facility with my mother in law. It’s very clean and well appointed. They were having a family luncheon during our visit so many of the residents were there with family. The staff seemed very engaged with the residents and my overall impression was very positive.

Staff is very attentive and respectful. Most times there are activities and staff is always present. Rooms are bright and good size. As our mom's needs have changed staff has appropriately adjusted to meet her needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The communication was efficient and comprehensive. The staff actively sought feedback and responded promptly to the concerns of the family and needs of the resident.

Everyone one I met were very helpful and caring. The memory care group was awesome with my mom. They changed to Sunrise and retained all of their key staff.

I’ve had a wonderful impression of Cherry Creek Senior Living. One of the things that stands out immediately is the tenure of the staff—you can tell many team members have been there for years, which speaks volumes about the culture and consistency of care. Overall, Cherry Creek Senior Living feels like a place where people are cared for, connected, and are able to enjoy life.

I would definitely recommend it to others! The Director is very involved and the staff all seem very happy. Plus the place is very clean with high ceilings

he employees at Sunrise are unbelievable. From the executive director to the cleaning ladies and everyone in between, they are just so warm and loving! They are all full of never ending kindness and a ton of patience. It was the number one factor we chose Sunrise over all the other facilities we visited!! Second, her room is great (she has a newly remodeled room and it is on the corner.). It has a good amount of room and lots of natural light! As of now, my aunt is not being a very good "doer!!" She wants to just sit in her room and watch tv. I live that the staff is not giving up on her! They continue to work to try to get her involved in activities. Lastly, I am very happy with her medicine administering program. All meds are being administered perfectly!

The Associate Director of Sales was fabulous and very helpful during this stressful situation. She kept things simple and we so appreciate her patience with all of our questions and concerns. She exceeded our expectations. The facility is beautiful.

It is a well managed facility. The facility offers a good variety of activities. Staff is friendly, and in a good location. The tour guide [Name Removed] is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The restaurant serves delicious food with a full menu of items to choose, and the staff who serve are friendly and courteous. Residents eating there seem to enjoy themselves very much. Some of them greet and chat with others at their tables. Overall, a well-run facility.

I recently visited the memory care at Sunrise Cherry Creek. I just want to say from my observation the residents were engaged, well kept and they seemed happy! The care staff were welcoming, polite and knowledgeable. I really liked the windows that overlooked the park and there was a lot of light. The patio was inviting and it allowed the residents to feel safe while being outside and still able to enjoy the outdoors. I felt welcomed and happy to be there. If you move your loved one here, you won't be disappointed!!

The majority of the staff were amazing and are what we liked the most. The tolerance level of some staff could've been better. I would recommend Sunrise to others. Other positives include friendly and caring community, great food, inclusive activities,

My father has been at Sunrise for two and one half months. I visit him five or six times a week. His main caregiver is fantastic! My father is improving after a hip replacement. He has made friends with the people he eats with.

My mom has been living at the Sunrise in Marlboro for eight months. We are very happy with our decision to move her here. The management team, nursing team, and caregivers are all approachable and obviously care about the residents and the families. I am always welcomed by name when I visit. My mom is happy although she has some memory issues, she is doing very well in the Assisted living. If you are looking for places for a loved one, definitely take a tour.

I found SunRise to be very warm and homey. I was happy that the residents are encourage to join activities, and are not left in their rooms all day. Also, being able to enjoy the outside gardens is a big plus. I was very much impressed.

I've had a terrific experience with Brighton Gardens. [name removed]'s health and quality of life have improved dramatically after moving into her apartment. Every person I've interacted with has been kind, helpful and seems to be good at their job.
