My mother and father were both at Sunrise and had the best care. They have since passed. My brother is still presently living at Sunrise and has done amazingly well even after my parents passing. I can’t say enough about the quality of the staff, the care they give, the administration, the housing and food. I can’t recommend this place enough to care for our loved ones. [Name Removed]

The staff is professional, caring, attentive, intentional, communicative, responsive, pleasant, friendly, and overall provide the care necessary. They are a family and treat residents with the required gentleness.

The staff is wonderful. They help out and listen and even open to the fur family members and make them part of the staff

My experience with Brighton Gardens was excellent. The staff was kind, attentive and professional. They answered all of our questions, and addressed our medical concerns. The one on one assessment was performed by a registered nurse in a timely fashion. The facility is beautiful, bright, airy, and clean. It's like a New England seaside inn.

The staff there is wonderful. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The property grounds are beautiful, with great outdoor space, and there are many great amenities not common at a lot of independent living facilities. I have been very happy with everything about Parkwood Estates.

As mobile physician working with the Sunrise Mission Viejo team, I have been consistently impressed by their professionalism, collaboration, and commitment to resident care. The team works seamlessly together and communicates effectively with outside providers, which makes a significant difference in coordinating care. Their focus on safe discharge planning is especially strong—they are thoughtful, proactive, and ensure each resident has the right supports in place before transitioning to the next level of care.

We really appreciated Taira, Tisset, and Jacob taking the time to show us around. The community felt warm and inviting, the residents seemed genuinely happy, and it was clear the level of care is excellent. Thank you for such a positive experience.

I toured the facility, which is lovely and has a warm and friendly feeling. It is very clean, bright, comfortable and wrll maintained. Christine spent time answering all of our questions and providing us with a full tour. Seems like a homey atmosphere and the residents seem very happy.

5 so far. He's only been there a couple of weeks. But staff follow through has been excellent so far. I would recommend to others.

This is a very nice facility. Kate, the Golden Retriever, welcomes visitors. Residents are all around the facility and it had a very home-like feeling. If the timing works, I would love to put my father here.

Great facility! Friendly staff. It naturally took my mom a couple of months to adjust but she is now happy and we know she is safe and well cared for.

Very friendly staff and answered all our questions about facility. Toured two different room sizes. Met several of the residents while seeing dining room and lobby area. Went over cost of facility, with all added medication reminders, safety pendant and care level add ons the monthly cost went higher than we expected.

I liked that the facility was not on a busy road. And liked the park-like grounds. I appreciated the tour and was pleased to see the residents enjoying meals and activities. The entrance and front desk area are warm and inviting. I appreciate the natural light everywhere. I am impressed with the transition options for memory care for couples that may not both need it. I know how to contact you when the time comes.
