Sunrise Senior Living

I would give a 5 on everything a value on the money you do have to pay for any extra services example help with medicines daily help getting dressed daily getting taken to and from meals. These are all separate charges, but they do do a great job and I go at different times and different days so no one knows when I'm coming. They decorate so nice for every different holiday and everybody smiles. It is very homie. Residents can get involved in as much or as little as they want to there is always something to do from bingo to movies. You can decorate your room anyway you want bring in your own furniture if it makes your parent more comfortable. They have a bus and go on shopping trips. There is a lot to do there.

The people there were very professional and caring. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The facility is very nice and we liked what is has to offer. The apartments are the best we have seen so far. What we didn't like is the fact that they don't offer independent living rates. The lowest level of care is assisted living but the only thing you get with that designation is nightly wellness checks. We felt you would be paying for assisted living when you are really independently living. And then adding more care to actually get assisted living would add more money.

Bear canyon was nice. Big improvement over living home alone. Nice apartment. Nice staff and residents. She picked a room with a view of the mountain range . Good experience.

The staff member who conducted the tour was helpful and very pleasant. It helped me clarify what am looking for. Sadly, this one is not for me.

Sunrise of Randolph is a great place. Recommend it highly - it would get a 9 or 10 in any category on a survey. Nursing assessment is excellent. Food is good. Plenty of activities. Communication to family is good. Nice neighborhood of people-great community feel.

I’d rate this a 4 out of 5 overall, mainly because the food doesn’t always align with my mom’s dietary needs. That said, I understand accommodations can only go so far. The leadership team is generally attentive, and several of the CNAs have been especially kind and caring. One thing I appreciate is their policy of responding to wristband calls within seven minutes, which they’ve been consistent about. The only ongoing inconvenience is that, since I usually visit after work when the doors are locked, it can sometimes take several minutes for someone to let me in or out. I do wish there were a more efficient secure entry system for visitors, but I still prefer this over having unrestricted access at all hours. Overall, it’s a much better environment than a traditional nursing home. It feels far less clinical and depressing — more comfortable and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Sunrise of Granite Run and the follow-up work and communication [name removed] provided our family during our efforts to find the right community for our uncle. Pam was professional, hardworking, responsive, and personable. I would very much recommend taking Sunrise of Granite Run into consideration for anyone looking for personal care in the greater Media area.

I am impressed with the staff and the facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Excellent facility excellent staff price was a bit high, but offered many reasons to justify price waiting to sell my house to have sufficient funds to afford living there

The staff is wonderful. They emphasis the importance of the residents. It’s people focused. Lovely ambience, great amenities. We have chosen it as our home.

The facility felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The assisted living residents were actively engaged in a group dance activity to the song “YMCA,” and it was encouraging to see staff members participating alongside the residents. The atmosphere felt upbeat and interactive, and many of the residents appeared genuinely happy and engaged, with several dancing and smiling throughout the activity. [name removed] and her team were friendly, attentive, and informative during the tour. I appreciated the time they took to answer questions openly and explain the different levels of care and services offered. The community itself appeared clean, well maintained, and organized, and the staff interactions I observed with residents felt respectful and caring. Overall, my impression was positive. The environment felt active and supportive, and it gave the sense of a community where residents are encouraged to participate and remain connected rather than simply being cared for passively.

Unlike the previous facility, at Sunrise, someone comes to check on [name removed] periodically throughout the day whether he needs or not. And if he calls for help, someone comes almost immediately. Considerably more expensive than the previous facility, but in our case our long-term insurance can still cover the cost fully. Thank goodness. Otherwise, we will not be able to afford to have [name removed] cared for at this facility. The only drawback is, in my opinion, it is a very small facility, and there is no extra "activity" room other than a small "living room" adjacent to the dining room.

Sunrise of Rocklin is a wonderful facility. The staff are all very nice. The facility is really clean and has a great outdoor space. My husband’s and I said we would live there.

He was originally admitted to the memory care unit. He did not fit in with that population so after 30 days they were able to reevaluate and move him to the assisted living floor. The studio room in the assisted section is spacious and nice, and the report is that food on the memory care unit was not great but food in the assisted living portion is excellent.

Overall, we are very happy with everything—5 stars across all categories. The care coordinators assigned to my aunt are wonderful. They assist her whenever needed while also respecting her independence, which we truly appreciate. There are activities scheduled throughout the day, and the staff makes a genuine effort to involve as many residents as possible. The food is very good, and the facility is welcoming and accommodating to guests.

The facility has a nice entryway and lots of parking close to the entrance. There is a very attractive dining room on the second very near the elevator. The hallways are wide and the building is only two floors. The landscaping and trees surround the property are very pretty and provide much shade. There is ample room for residents to walk the floors for exercise without having to go outside during poor weather. The library has many books for the residents and there are other rooms for various classes and activities. Everyone seems very helpful and positive.

Their dedication to listening to families request is what stood out the most. I have recommended to others.

Caring , sensitive , understanding. My mom has had health issues since being there . She is now in a hospice in patient and will be going into a skilled nursing home . Brighton has been so caring and helpful

The team at Sunrise has been outstanding. They are caring and attentive. Highly recommend both assisted living and memory care.
