Sunrise Senior Living

I would rate sunrise at Fleetwood as a five out of five. It is very clean, there are tons of activity and the coordinator who runs them is wonderful. The food I have only eaten once, but it is pretty good and my mother agrees. The staff are all lovely, and go out of their way to know the residents and ask after them. The in-house doctor and head nurse are great!

I had a hard time when I first moved here. But the other residents were so friendly and welcoming that now every morning my friends and I walk across the street together and go to the church right now, they have so much fun here. For christmas we have done something fun i think every day this month. My apartment is decorated perfect for me. I use my kitchen when I want or go down to meals with my friends

I have checked out a few places and let me tell you. None of them compare to this place the staff if amazing all of them treat us like famy. Always helping some one also the people here are wonderful we are all like family.love this place fall in love with it from the first day

I moved here a few months ago and i love it. I love my apartment with big kitchen and the size is huge. theres a exercise class that a resident does with us each day and puzzle club i spent alot of my time at the puzzles. the manager has decorated christmas so beautifully i really enjoy living here. the front desk girl is so sweet to me and i love all the desserts

What we like the most about the community is that it is 5 minutes away, that is the best thing. However, other than that the food is excellent and my mom is very comfortable being there.

All staff are professional, friendly and caring. Room sizes are appropriate and lots of great amenities.

There were a lot of people in the lobby with music and happy hour. It had a great vibe. Building is very clean and airy. Interactions with staff and residents seemed genuinely happy and caring. Would definitely recommend.

The staff have been very supportive and compassionate.[removed names] have been great at walking through families and making residents feel comfortable . Front office staff are always very helpful and friendly.

It is a beautiful place with nice apartments and great food! Prices are pretty good. Not the highest or the lowest. Priced in between. I hope to send my loved one here pending the other decisions of other members of her care. I sure hope we get to take her there!

My apartment suits me to a t! The staff is always ready to meet my needs and always with a smile. Moved here expecting standard cafeteria food, but [removed name] expertise always provides food that is excellent. All I all, I have recommended this home to others.

I attended a community event this summer and took a tour of the facility and was so impressed. Staff and leadership showed genuine compassion and it felt very patient-centric. There is a level of pride that we didn’t see in other assisted-living settings. My interactions with the director gave me confidence that the culture and expectation is that everyone is treated like they are family. I’ve worked in healthcare and with the geriatric population for a long time this place is different. I would highly recommend.

GardenSqure at west lake is truly an environment that you can feel the warmth and love for the residents the second you walk thru the doors! There is incredible involvement on a daily basis thru activities and socializing, especially around the Holidays and fun community events that are hosted. The staff are very loving for each resident as if it’s their own family member they’re caring for which brings a sense of comfort and peace of mind. The director has truly turned this place around in the years she has been there adding a her love, warmth, and magic to the entirety of the community!

Great atmosphere, friendly, good attitude. Smiling faces as you walk through building. Would highly recommend to come see this beautiful community. Art work hung throughout the building it’s like walking into an art exhibit.

I experienced first hand the amazing care provided to my parents. The team went above and beyond to take care of their needs. My family and I will forever be grateful for the excellent care and compassion. This is more than an assisted living, it’s a family.

Toured this community and was very nice place. I saw it when the food was being delivered to tables when I was there. Community is very clean and decorated nicely for Christmas many trees everywhere decorated very nicely.

I really liked this community I am not ready to move yet but the place is very clean and Christmas looks like fun very decorative. the staff seemed very friendly and the other residents looked to enjoy where they live.

[removed name] gave us a great tour. Everyone was very welcoming. It is a lovely place with lots of amenities. It felt like home, and I’m excited to move in. I am looking forward to the activities, and meeting the other residents.

Whispering Chase is full of light. That’s the first impression I had. Also, it feels very open with people (residents) coming in and going out of the facility. It reminded me of a hotel, busy but not noisy. I only toured the two studio apartments and found them bigger than I imagined and very clean and functional. I loved the walk-in showers in the very nice sized bathrooms. Each apartment has a balcony which I feel would come in handy if you just want a breath of fresh air but not going into the facility and bumping into people. There is a restaurant on the main floor with real menus. I had a delicious lunch with a group of friendly residents who had many positive things to say about their home and the people who work there. They told me about all the events that were planned in the near future. They pointed out people who lived there but have jobs in Cheyenne. They just popped in for lunch and then back to work they go.
