When looking at places initially, they were the only ones out of many who didn't sound like they were selling used cars or regular apartment . They actually understood how traumatic the experience is and talked to me like a human being not once mentioning "monthly specials, and act now tactics". Brighton Gardens is full of friendly staff that takes maintaining our parents dignity very seriously.

Sunrise of Bloomingdale gets 5 stars for all except for the activities - the activities in home are lame but the activities/events they have outside are awesome. Our loved one enjoys lunches at the restaurant. Their parties are top notch. We have been very happy with our overall experience and we would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Bloomingdale to other families.

My mother, now 98 years old, has been living at Quincy Place for over 6 years. I am moving out of state and mother will be going with me, but I wanted to take this time to thank managers [name removed] and [name removed]. Quincy Place is not considered an assisted living facility, but as mother became for "dependent", [name removed]and [name removed]assisted her many times with needs above and beyond their obligation, to include, checking on her when I could not reach her by phone, fixing her TV or her oxygen machine. [name removed] actually ran upstairs to check and found mother on the floor in need of an ambulance, saving her life. This is not just a job for these two, they actually care and I am very grateful.

Every single employee at the Holiday Courtyard in Lakewood, Colorado is fantastic and especially caring! The management team IS like meeting new friends that I will cherish forever and my husband and I are super excited and look forward to many years of wonderful memories that we plan on making here. I recently had an amputation of my leg and very proud of the endless care helping me adjust to my life in a wheelchair at our new home at Holiday Courtyard. We love everyone and everything about this new phase of our life! Perfection describes the Holiday Courtyard in Lakewood Colorado. Thank You very much GOD for leading us here!

The place has a homier feeling. Well staffed, caring staff. Friendly atmosphere and good food.Very good care. Very good communication, they let me know immediately if there is a problem. Definitely a lot more money then previous facilities but you get what you pay for.

We were extremely satisfied. My loved one was there a short period of time. Everything that we experienced was excelllent. If you have the finances to pay for the facility, then the value is good. It was super fantastic, and everything was to perfection.

My mother and her dog and cat are very, very happy! My family and loved one have had a wonderful experience with this caring community. There are a lot of activities available for the residents to participate in and make connections with each other. The staff are kind and helpful to the residents as well. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

Sunrise Villa Olympia Fields is great across the board. Nice building and room layout. May have room to negotiate price. One negative is they make you use a certain elevator to move in, and if your room is on the opposite side of the building it can be a long walk.

We are very happy with Sunrise of Morris Plains. The staff are great - they are friendly and caring. I would recommend it to other families looking for assisted living.

Sunrise was amazing. I had peace of mind and my father was thriving there. Wish I had moved him there sooner. My Dad passed in December. He was in memory care. They had activities every day. Musical guests, special meals, bingo, games, the list goes on and on. We would absolutely recommend Sunrise at Bon Air to other families based on the experience we had. Dad and I toured 8 or 9 different facilities and none made him feel at home except Sunrise. The layout is very home like and intimate. Food was great. Employees were wonderful.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought [name removed] and [name removed] were wonderful. They were very informative and attentive to what I was looking for in the community for our loved one.

The staff members at Sunrise of Edina are very very friendly and for the residents who want to participate in the activities - they have some nice things going on. However even with the staff being really nice they could use more training when it comes to overall quality of care - especially when handling those who have catheters.

I appreciate the care given to my mom. Particularly those last few weeks of her life. Everyone knew her and knew me within such a short period of time ( she was only there 2 months before she died). It felt like a family. Based on the experience we had with Brighton Gardens of Winston-Salem, we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour with Sunrise of McLean and we have to say it was a great tour experience and we are basing that on everything we say within the community and the staff we spoke with.

Mom is very happy there and has made a lot of friends. She loves the food and she can get rides to some appointment. Based on our experience we would absolutely recommend Holiday Hills Estates to other families.

[name removed], Life Enrichment Manager of Sunrise of West Babylon Renaissance, saw a need for a support group for families of her residents. Thus "Lean on Me" came to be born! We started to meet every 2 weeks because of the stress and sadness of our members. [name removed] saw a need and jumped on it to help us. We laugh, we cry, but most of all there's a commonality of issues...we are not alone! [name removed], thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My experience was somewhat unique. My mom's condition deteriorated very suddenly and she went into hospice soon after arriving. But I would highly recommend Sunrise based on level and quality of care. Staff was very empathetic and sensitive to our needs. They were in regular communication with us about her condition. Memory care unit was very expensive but worth it on balance.

We love Fox Hill! From Sushi Tuesdays to the wonderful holiday events and welcoming environment, it's been a great community. The condos are spectacular, the common areas are gorgeous and my grandparents loved the numerous activities. We appreciate the staff! Thank you

Sunrise at Countryside has been great! Unfortunately, my mom doesn't participate as much as I would have hoped. But the staff is always friendly, and the nurses keep me informed. The apartment and layout and size are perfect. I would highly recommend it to other families.

My friend is a current resident at Sunrise of Annapolis. She seems happy and well nourished at this facility. Before coming to Sunrise, she had gotten very thin. So far, this facility seems clean and welcoming.
