I’m more than pleased with my experience with Sunrise of Lafayette Hill from the thoroughness of the intake process to the quality of care and the facility itself. Finding a place that would meet all my husband’s needs was a long and stressful process but from my first visit to Sunrise I knew that I had finally found a caring and home-like place. I’ve never been disappointed. The real measure of quality has been how Sunrise has managed through this pandemic. The staff have been amazing! I’ve greatly appreciated the extra care they have given my husband. I’ve also been kept apprised of the situation on a weekly basis.

My mother passed away and my 94 year old father needed help with daily living tasks. Sunrise is located 5 minutes from our home so we investigated it and found it to be quite welcoming. The suites are configured in such a way that there is a front room, a short hall with the bath on one side and a kitchenette on the other and a backroom which he uses as his bedroom. The room are sized well so that all of the furniture that Dad brought from his home of 30 years fit comfortably. The staff is very attentive and kind. Additional visits from PT, OT, Speech Pathology, physician, dentist and podiatrist have been maintained even during Covid 19. The staff has done an admirable job with patient safety during Covid. Dad has felt well taken care of during his stay.

We love the community. The staff makes it special and have been wonderful. The food is awesome. My mom has been really happy. She went in with uneasiness and the staff have been patient, kind, helpful, and accommodating. The staff gets to know about the family members. This move has been the best thing for her. She has events to go to, The community is protective of the residents and don't allow anyone in. However, the staff are good at keeping families updated with communication. We get a monthly newsletter that includes pictures of residents, calendar of events, and things that have been going on in the community. The activities department during the pandemic made sure to visit each resident to participate in activities. Sunrise loves feedback from the residents on how to improve. The building is very uplifting and bright. They have white cabinets in the kitchen.

The caretakers do their very best to get to know the person. The nursing staff is excellent and does a great job. The community is very prepared when my loved one has dr appts, The staff is very protective of the residence. I would recommend this community to others

I talk to our loved one quite a lot and she seems to be happy here at Sunrise of New City. The staff members seem to be on top of things. We have not been able to visit but I would recommend to others looking.

Everybody at the community that we have encountered is great, our loved one really likes all the people and her room. She does say sometimes the food is not the best but overall it is good. This community has a very comfortable homey feeling to it, the whole property is beautiful and that warm homey feel is excellent.

The friendliness of the staff would be a five plus, they are so responsive and are there anytime our loved ones needs their help. He does say sometimes the food is bland, but they have a wide variety of options to choose from and it is prepared well. He is very happy there.

We had a tour with [name removed] on [date removed]. She was very informative. We were able to see a room and look from the hallway at the common areas. It was very nice.

The food and friendliness are great. I know most of the people here and I've only been here a few months. The staff are friendly. They take care of you in many ways. They want to know if you go out of the community to church and things like that. I'm so glad I came here.

The staff is very caring and the communication between staff and the family is very good. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Sunrise because of recommendations from his primary care physicians and his nurse, they gave it high marks. The location is easy to find and get to. Their front desk staff are wonderful at helping families navigate the rules with covid and scheduling visits. I would highly recommend them.

The cleanliness of the community is excellent, the staff members are wonderful they are so friendly and the care services are also excellent. Our loved one really enjoys the meals there, she says they are delicious, and when they are able to offer the activities she really enjoys those as well.

We chose Sunrise at Parma because they were very quick to respond, they staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The facility itself is also beautiful inside and out in a very nice setting. They have different room sizes, my aunt is in one of the smaller rooms and it has a shared kitchenette and bathroom. I would recommend to others looking.

I am very happy here at Bear Canyon Estates. It genuinely feels very homey and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

When we are able to visit the community is very clean, the staff is very friendly and works well with the families. When we call they always answer and lets us talk to our loved ones aid and they keep us updated regarding her health.

My wife was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer and I put her in Brighton Gardens. She was there for two weeks before she passed. I visited her almost every day she was there. Every person from the receptionist up to the director that I interacted with at Brighton Gardens was professional, kind, compassionate and caring. I was in the next room several times while she was being tended to and the aids were fantastic. They treated her with dignity and respect every time I was present when they interacted with her. I couldn't be happier with the way she and I were treated at Brighton Gardens and would use them again in a heart beat.

We really enjoy how friendly the staff members are towards us and how caring they are towards our loved one.

Our families experience with this community was absolutely wonderful, it would be a 10 out of 10. Everything my aunt wanted they immediately did for her. They were very attentive to her neediness,. the staff was very accommodating and we were very pleased.
