The community is making sure that the residents that want to participate in the activities get to the activities. This community is a great value for the money. [name removed] really handles a good handle on the management on the community. The staff are very friendly and you will get an answers to your questions. The community provides choices for the residents to choose from for meals. There is also a bistro for light meals for the residents and family to partake in. My loved one is coming out of their room and this is a big improvement for us to see. The staff know all the residents by name. This makes the family feel comfortable having our loved one here.

It has been a great experience for us. The facility is very clean and everyone has been super friendly. They did great with my mom and they have really helped her to get out of her shell some. It is a great environment and the staff are really supportive and attentive. There is not a whole lot for her to do here so I think they could improve on the activities that they have provided. For someone who is mostly able bodied - the value is very good. I really like that the doctors come to her especially since she does not drive, that has been super helpful for us. I would absolutely recommend Sunrise of East Setauket to others.

We have been to a couple of different communities with our loved one and nothing so far has come even close to Sunrise of North Lynbrook - overall we have been very happy with this experience, it has been great. The landscaping around the community is just beautiful and the staff members are so friendly they are top notch. They are very communicative and always give us updates regarding our loved one - the staff are just very family orientated. The kitchen is extremely nice, it is a nice we wish we had ourselves. Our loved ones meals have to be pureed and they have no problem doing that for us. They get them up and going every single day with activities and will even get them involved with the residents on the assisted living side.

I would tell a friend that we have had a generally very good experience, with friendly and accommodating staff and a cheerful environment.

Our loved one has only been there for a few months now but our experience so far has been great we could not be happier. The place itself is set up very nicely to where it is nice and easy for families to come and visit - the families come sign in, going through the covid procedure's and that is that it is very easy. Our loved one gets very excited to invite us for lunch - the dining hall is very nice with nice table clothes. The price is substantially better then then places we had looked at, and it is not as big and more accommodating to our loved ones needs.

Our family has had no complaints so far with Sunrise of Webb Gin, we would definitely recommend them to other families. We had not had a meal there ourselves but our loved one seems to have a really good appetitive. We do see the TV on, music going and different board games happening when we come to visit

My mother in law has had issues with the other residents and said the food was good when she first arrived but that they changed the chef and it is awful now. Haven't addressed this with the director yet. The issue with the residents is very common I am told. Kind of like high school cattiness! The staff worked to find a table of women my mother in law could connect with!

Just go there! Don't bother looking around anywhere else.

So far with our loved one moving to this community we are very satisfied with the services they have to offer. One thing we find extremely important and notable is that they have some pretty seasoned staff members some of them have been there for more then 15 years so it really gives us that strong sense of team unity.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was fantastic, everything we saw was great but it was only assisted living and memory care and we wanted a place that was solely independent living

So far I have no complaints. They are helpful every time I call. Or go there. They are helpful attentive to my mother.

The staff seemed very engaged and it had a lovely community environment. It felt very "homey."

people have been very friendly. Services are great. We go out 2-3 times a month and I enjoy off campus visits. Entertainment is so good to go off campus. I am really happy to be here. I have good friends to talk with

Fox Hill is excellent. Excellent community, food, and service.

Brighton Gardens is clean and takes good care of their patients. Caregivers are compassionate and helpful. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. My mom is in the assisted living for dementia, I believe they call it reminiscence care. She also spent time in their skilled nursing and I was highly satisfied with that too. We only have good things to say about Brighton Gardens.

We are very happy with Sunrise. My loved one came from a different facility that we were not happy with and they felt right at home the minute she came through the door

We looked at over 7 places with my mother and we all knew the moment we walked through the doors that this was her new home! Sadly mom was only there a month but we know she enjoyed being there and we felt good about her being there and receiving the best care and socialization possible ?? I told my son this is where I want to go when it's my time! ??

Sunrise of Cohasset absolutely lived up to the expectations and followed through with everything they promised us - they really know how to take care of elderly residents which we really appreciated. The people were just fantastic and took excellent care of our mother. She was declining by the time she arrived to Sunrise but the meals she was able to eat and the activities she was able to get involved in she loved. They just did a fantastic job there, and she loved it

We chose Sunrise of North Wales because it was very convenient for us. Also out of the 5 or 6 places I was considering, they were at the top based on my general first impression of the place when I toured it and met with the staff. They were and have been very accommodating and attentive - they had answers to all of my questions. I just left and felt comfortable knowing this is where she would be staying. I would for sure recommend them to others.
