We really liked this community. It was a really good tour, they were very accommodating and showed us everything it was a super tour.

They are very caring. They communicate very well with family. They do respond when ever family has questions. They work very hard to meet the residents needs. They offer a lot of activities. The meal times come with a few options. There are other meal options other than the main dish as a backup if you do not like the main meal. The kitchen staff are very helpful and let my loved one clear off his table (because he wants to be able to do so). They are really good staff there.

It's worth it but expensive.

Beautiful community but in our situation it would have been too expensive for us. There was just another community that worked out a lot better for us.

We really enjoyed our tour with Sunrise. The staff were all great. The only reason we did not go with this facility was because the floor plan was not going to work out for my loved one.

Our family had an in person tour, the people were very open, accommodating and had great follow up questions. We thought it was a lovely place, we like how the adopted a rescue senior dog to live at the community. The only thing we noticed is on the memory care side the people seemed to be much more impacted with the lost of memory.

I didn't care for the rooms.

Lakewood Estates gave me a great tour. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I just found that another place I looked at was a better fit and suited what I was looking for.

I had a great tour experience with Quincy Place. They did a great job and tried their hardest. It just did not feel like home when I walked in and that was what I was looking for.

It has been a very good experience. I would absolutely recommend them others. Its clean. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. And the care is good.

Depending on what is needed, what you are looking for and the location this may be the place for you or your loved one. The staff are fine and there for the residents.

This was a wonderful community and the people were wonderful. My loved one just felt more comfortable at another community. The tour was great and they gave me all of the information that I needed. This was my top pick.

We chose Sunrise of Park Ridge because I saw an abundance of staff members, they were all very friendly, and they also have a cat which I loved. It just has a very nice old time homey feel to it. I have gone there all different times and days and I have never seen anything that I did not like. It is a lot of money, but the care that she gets is great. It is a really nice place and I would absolutely recommend them.

We really like the cozy, warm and homey feel to it. We like the staff are dressed more in regular clothes and not in uniforms. The people who leads the activities is great, and all the staff we have dealt with so far are awesome. Brighton Gardens is also pet friendly.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community calls us with any questions, or concerns about our loved one. They are accommodating and friendly. The food is good and it seems to be regular food. The community allows the residents to have snacks. They also will accommodate the resident if they don't like what is being served. There are lots of activities for the residents to choose from.

We like the smaller scale of this community, it does not feel like a hospital environment.

The staff there are extremely friendly and really are invested in making sure that the resident is happy. That has made a big difference. Whenever I talk to them, they are very enthusiastic and supportive of my loved one. The facility is clean and looks refreshed. It's expensive, but then they all are. And their cost was middle of the road - more expensive than some, but less expensive than others.

My loved one was only here for a short period of time, but we loved Sunrise of Louisville and would definitely recommend them to others.
