My loved one recently had a care level change as she is needing more help. I appreciate the communication and hard work the -employees are consistent.

Great facility, great team, great care!

Besides the friendliness of the staff, Sunrise of Cascade has a very homey atmosphere to it, our loved one feels right at home. Based on our overall experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

The staff have been in the community for a long time. The staff response was immediate and they were accommodating to our requests. The director has been there for 17 years and was able to remember my loved one and family from my loved one being in the community in the past.

The friendliness and willingness of the staff members has really stood out to us. They have been extremely thorough with their care plan and the care plan is exactly what our loved one needed. We also like how the care plans are continuous. The community is always very clean. Our loved one is a picky eater but they do say overall they are happy with the meals and based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

I had a very good experience there, and my wife did too. When she was there, she got a lot of attention. When I interacted with the staff, they were very good. The activities and events seem to be really worthwhile. Overall, the whole experience was great. The only thing I didn't like was it was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but that's just part of senior care.

It has been a great experience from day one, and even before that. My loved one moved in a few months ago and is extremely happy here. In addition the family is happy as well. They have lots of activities for the residents to choose from. In the middle of the first floor is the dining room, it looks like a small restaurant. In addition the residents have menus to choose from to order from, and they serve 3 meals a day. Plus, there are specials to choose from as well. The residents are able to choose their main course and side dishes as well to create a custom meal for themselves. Right when you walk into the lobby there is a small bistro for the residents to visit for snacks for in between meals.

I was very impressed initially with the memory care unit. They actually do not call it a memory care unit, they call in reminiscent and it is fun because that is the mode that they are in. There is a really nice mix of letting the residents do their own things and encouraging them to be involved. I would rate the administrative staff much higher than a 5 if I could. They were beyond accommodating with their patience level. It was very difficult for my aunt to make this decision, but we all knew it was the right thing. They were patient and gentle with her and made her feel comfortable that this was the right choice. It is very expensive but worth every penny for the care that he is receiving. I would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Braintree to others looking.

We chose Sunrise of Abington because they were able to accommodate my mothers needs and when we visited the facility for the tour it was clean and the people were all very friendly. That goes for the administration as well as the residents. I think they staff was very attentive to my mothers needs, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend Sunrise to other families.

I think they're very pleasant and very helpful. The only thing that's a pain - and I know they have to do this for safety - but every time you come in, you have to use the computer and put your name / address / phone number / and why you're there, which can be hard if your hands are full. Parking isn't too good either - there's not enough of it.

Everything is going great. The staff are very helpful and great with communication which I appreciate since we live out of state. They include me on meetings and things like that. It is a smaller community with less residents and everyone knows everyone which I like. We were impressed with the longevity of some of the staff members. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Parma to others, I have nothing bad to say about them.

We chose Sunrise of Jacksonville because of the level of care that they provided for residents, the staff were great, and the cleanliness of the overall facility. They pay great attention to the residents and make sure they always have what they need. I would recommend them to other families.

The staff at Brighton Gardens of Middletown were very kind. And it was a clean facility. The Middletown location just didn’t work for our family.

From start to finish, we've just been very lucky. The people who sold us the package were great. Lisa, who is in charge of the residents, is wonderful and has guided us through the experience start to finish. There is not a staff member there who doesn't make you feel welcome. They transitioned our loved one smoothly, and helped our family through it as well. We were able to visit right away because the process went so well for her. She loves the food and activities and is very happy. And we couldn't be happier - we are at peace knowing she is totally cared for.

Overall I think my loved one is getting fantastic care, and the care coordinator and nurse are exceptional. The nurse knows everything that's going on, with hundreds of residents to care for, and I'm really impressed with that level of care and attention. The day-to-day people also seem to be really devoted to the patients they're caring for. Her room could use some vacuuming and general cleaning more often, but her bathroom is clean, and the common areas are spotless. The facility itself is beautiful. No other place I saw compared to what I see here. The garden outside is incredible. The rooms are pleasant, and the common areas are warm, welcoming,, and inviting. There's a sun porch that's a pleasant place for visitors and residents alike to sit. Of all the places I toured, this was by far the best. The activities coordinator is amazing, She's currently limited with what she can due during Covid, and also with the functioning level of memory care patients at times. With Covid for instance, she's not able to take them on outings at this time. But she's great, and she's doing the absolute best she can under the current circumstances. They do things like planting seeds and crafts, and she does a good job keeping the residents engaged and active.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones or friends. They are a very caring and lovely environment. I feel my loved one is well taken care of here. There are therapy services that are on site, Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy that is available to the residents. They are helping with strengthening my loved one with their memory and occupational items. The community is responding to call buttons when needed. The community does provide all the residents a way to call for assistance if needed. The hallways could be vacuumed better. The staffing can be a challenge as well; however, I do realize this is out of their control.

Our family had an in person tour experience and it was a great experience

They really take care of your family at this community. The line of communications is really open. if anything is happening they do not hesitate at all to make sure that they keep you in touch with everything happening with your loved one. They have activities like a family bbq, boys night trips and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. They also have a cat and a dog at this community and this has really been helping my loved one with his time here.

They are doing a wonderful job. Anytime I have made a request or asked a question the staff have been able to respond quickly. They have been able to accommodate my loved one allow them to eat in their room on occasion. Medication management is one of the care types the community is able to provide. My loved one would like more spices in the food. The community provides three meals a day and then there are snacks available and happy hour. They also have lots of activities for the residents.
