Sunrise is a friendly and welcoming place. The residents are very friendly and it almost feels like a big family.

A pleasant place to live. I've made some nice friends and you can be as busy as you want or as quiet as you want. The staff here is great!

The clientele seemed to be older than my loved one and further along in their journey. The cost was a little too high for us. This community is very nice, and they had several secure outdoor spaces for the residents to enjoy.

We picked this community, because [name removed] was awesome and we knew my loved one would be at a nice place. They love it, including the activities, people, staff, and food.

This is one of the best options in the area, as far as I'm concerned. The overall atmosphere and care has been excellent. The staff are responsive to the family's questions. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the activities available include exercise classes, games, entertainment, and more for the residents to participate in.

I had a great experience. I completed a tour with [name removed] and [name removed] and the facility exceeded my expectations. I went in extremely nervous and walked out feeling a sense of relief. Beautiful facilities, wonderful people, and just overall a bright and happy place to live. I recommend this for all of your friends and loved ones.

This was a good community. They have a small memory center and there wasn't an opening for my loved one. This was a little more than we wanted to spend as well.

My loved one oves the food, and says it is delicious. They have different activities and encourgae residents to participate. The main reason why we picked this community, is because it's all on one level, so it's a single story. The grounds is very beautiful, they have flowers throughout the facility, and they also have a patio with an umbrealla, and chair/tables. The residents can get fresh air. What makes it unique is, they have several cottages throughout the property, which has it's own dining room, and living room. They have a nice large bathroon, fridge, closets, and it's nicely spaced. Overall, it's really nice and welcoming.

In the beginning the cleanliness of the community was a little rocky but once they stepped up and fixed the issue it got much better. The location is very convenient for some of the family, it has been great for them when they want to visit. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Sunrise of Annapolis to other families.

I am very satisfied with how they are looking over my loved ones, and balancing both of they needs. Especially with the different requirements to make sure my loved ones are safe and their needs are met to keep them healthy. There are three meals served in the dining with lots of choices for the residents to choose from. There is also anytime dining that is served in bistro area for the residents to enjoy. The staff communication has been outstanding, and they are willing to answer my calls and answer all of my questions.

My sister absolutely loves it here at Sunrise of Palos Park. She is doing very well. She has more freedom and independence and that it exactly what she needed. They have a ton of activities provided for the residents that she enjoys going to. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

This is a great facility and I would be happy to live there myself when that time comes. The sales person, [name removed], could not be better and more informative. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. The entire staff was friendly and very pleasant. They provide excellent care for the residents and care about what they are doing. The facility is very clean and inviting. Unlike many places I have seen, Sunrise is very well run and very homey. The residents seem to really love it. I personally would be very happy to be a resident there.

After many, many hours of research and visiting various facilities, I was lucky enough to be able to place my mom at Sunrise Assisted Living. Everyone there is really caring and trying to help our elderly be respected, honored, and cared for in a manner that they deserve. The Director and staff of Sunrise were always very translucent and upfront with anything and everything that they did. The staff in the reminiscence wing where my mother was for Alzheimer's were amazing. However I will caution, that Alzheimer's is different for every person who was diagnosed. Unfortunately, my mom passed away, less than two months after having her join the Sunrise community. In no way was that a fault of Sunrise assisted living community. They work very very hard to give their community members the support, love, and attention that they need. Based on our prior experience with a different community, I would strongly caution anyone putting a family member into an assisted living facility to make sure that if they become a two person assist that the community can take care of that. We learned that from experience before moving her to Sunrise. Unless you have an unlimited budget for private care or for a very expensive facility, which most people do not, Sunrise Assisted Living is better than most others in the greater Denver area. Everyone on staff did everything they could to make her comfortable in her final days, to keep her safe and comforted, and to try very very hard to keep her with us. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease that none of us have control over. Enjoy your family with Alzheimer's every moment that you can. Thanks to Sunrise Assisted Living for loving not only my mom, but me and my brother as well.

This community is beautiful! It's very clean. The staff is very friendly. All of the residents are nice, too. It's a little pricey, but a very nice place. They have a variety of fun activities. Mom's only complaint is the variety of food. She says they seem to serve the same things a lot. But otherwise, she's very happy here. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We love this community! They are very loving and take great care of mom. The meals are good, good quality and variety. Eating can be a challenge for her, but she does great here. This facility is much better than the last one we had her in. They also offer a wide variety of activities, which was important to us. I would recommend them to family and friends.

After touring other facilities that were good in there own ways I have found BG to be the most like family and the setting to be most like home. Memory care is a hard thing but BG partners with me well as my loved ones needs increase. It is my opinion that no other facility is any better than BG. In caring for Alzheimer's patients who's medical and care needs change sometime daily it requires daily adjustments and mutual patience and cooperation between the resident, the caregivers/facility and the family. I cannot imagine that any facility could ever sustain a 5 in every area on every day. This is a terrible disease and finding a residence that truly cares and adjusts and responds consistently is key. Brighton gardens does that!

Nice interview with the community; however, the community doesn't accept Medicaid after private pay funds run out.

Our tour at Sunrise Highland Park was great. We got to see different areas within the facility and were able to ask questions of our tour guide, who was well informed. We got a good feel for the place. Our loved one just didn’t qualify to go there.

We had a very good tour experience with Surnise of Des Peres. It came down to the locaiton for our family, but this facility was in our top 3.
