Sunrise Senior Living

This place is definitely an improvement from my loved one's last facility. The staff at Sunrise have been friendly and caring, and they have encouraged my loved one to participate in their activities. It has been very clean, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful tour at Sunrise of Paramus. The people there were very helpful. The tour director was lovely and spent a lot of time with us answering all of our questions. We saw several nice places, and our decision came down to matter of cost.

We picked this community because of the location, it's closer for others to visit, and they are very friendly. The food is hot. They are very proffessional. They are always on top of things.

Our family has had a positive experience overall.

I Found Sunrise to be very well staffed. The menu looked amazing, even though my father wasn't able to eat. Also everybody was very kind. After touring other places in the county, Sunrise gave me the best gut feeling as I was walking through.

I toured this community and it's excellent. I know several people who have loved one's here and they all love it. Definitely a more active community in a suburban area. This was our top choice. The only reason we didn't choose it is because it's too far from home and we wanted our loved one to be a bit closer to home than he would have been here. I would recommend it to family and friends as an option.

For us there were a lot of things that made us choose this facility such as the food service and other things they do like linen services, cleaning services etc. which is all included. The price was very reasonable as well for what is provided. They do also have higher levels of care if needed. We would definitely recommend Bedford Court to others.

We picked this community because, the location was good, it's a smaller facility, very comfortable,homestyle type of environement, and the ratio of caretakers to residents is good. The communication could be better, between the caretakers and family members and amongst each others. Overall, they do a good job.

The value got a 3 because I believe they are all way too expensive. The staff at Brighton Gardens are extremely friendly.

The staff is wonderful and the food is exceptional. They provide light housekeeping. It's clean and my sister loves it!

I am so pleased with the staff, the community, the activities, safety, care, compassion, and that my mother is secure, not lonely, and active. I finally rest at night knowing she is never alone and is always taken care of. At last, some peace of mind. Thank you Aspired Living.

The staff is very understanding and they treat the residents like family. Very understanding.

We had a great tour experience at Sunrise of Bridgewater. The staff were all very accommodating and thorough with their information. They were also good at reaching out in a timely manner afterwards. We also got to see the resident interactions with the staff.

Sunrise has been a great experience. There was an adjustment period for our mom as would be expected for any major life change at any new residence, but overall it has been very positive.

I am very impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone is at Sunrise of Naperville North! I was given a very thorough tour and a nice packet explaining all the services and costs. Many staffers have been working there for years!

Meals I'm sure are difficult with everyone's special diet. All the staff are so kind. For example, my uncle had an accident in his pants, and was in the bathroom...worker came right away with new underwear and took care of the situation. No issues, just part of the job. Well it's not a job most people are are used to, so grateful for them!!

I toured this community and it was very nice. It's a fairly new facility, very clean, very nice staff. It's a little more expensive, but was our second choice for sure!

This facility is good. They do a good job with the challenges that they have in this unit. Communication with the family is great. I would recommend that they get someone on staff full time for laundry, they seem to always be behind on laundry. Overall, it's a good place. I would recommend them to friends and family.

What sticks out about Sunrise of Raleigh is they go above and beyond normal duty to meet the individual needs of the residents.

This facility is excellent! The staff is great. The food is ok, they try their best and are open to requests and trying to make things a little different if you ask them to. Housekeeping is excellent. They take good care of the residents here, no question about it. They're always making improvements and open to suggestions. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
