I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The overall environment has been good. The management team has been wonderful to work with and it has been easy for the family to reach them. The staff communication with the family and our loved one has been good.. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The staff try to accommodate the residents requests for coffee and snacks when possible. There is an activities calendar available for the residents to review to see what activities are available to participate in. It would nice to have automatic monthly payment options.

Sunrise of East Setauket provided a wonderful environment for my mom during her respite stay this September. The entire staff are professional, caring and very attentive to everyone's individual needs. The facility is extremely clean, warm and inviting and truly feels like a home. I am extremely happy with the care my mom received and we will certainly be utilizing them again in the future. They treat everyone like family.

They provide excellent care. They are pretty good about updating family about concerns or comments. They were the only community that could accomodate all of the various health needs that my loved ones have.

They always keep me informed, about what is going on I am very impressed with the level of communication that they exhibit. They are always happy to answer questions. The food is okay, and most of the time there is no complaints. They offer a full range of activites, and have a daily sheet with activities. For the surroundings, activities, and communication, it is money well spent. We picked this community because, my loved one needed wound care, and it was only facility that had the level of wound care that we needed. They are very reasonable, and the apartment is always neat and orderly.

Sunrise of Braintree has been a great experience so far. One of the biggest factors when picking Sunrise for our loved one was the welcoming attitude of the staff - especially coming from the life care director and social activities director. We also like the facility itself. The community is very clean, and overall the meals are good - sometimes our loved one can be quite picky. He has participate in some fun activities. We have recommended this community to other families and we will continue to do so based on the experience we have had so far.

I have a lot of peace of mind since placing mom here. I would definitely recommend them and already have to a few other people that I know. I like that you feel like you are getting individualized care. They have really comprehensive day to day care plans therefore you really know what is going on everyday. I also like the way they keep families updated through the newsletter of events and things going on within the facility. They have a dog and a cat too and that gives it a very homey atmosphere.

What we really like about Sunrise at Holladay is the friendliness of the staff and just how homey it feels. The overall value is good and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families.

What really made Sunrise of Haverford a great experience was the staff - they were constantly friendly, awesome and very responsive. Based on the experience we had we would recommend this Sunrise to other families.

My mother, [name removed], lived her final 5 years of her life at Sunrise of Sunnyvale. She passed at the age of 102. She was an active social person. She was liked by everyone both residence and staff. They provided everything she needed, food activities, walking security and many other things. They took great care of her during her stay. Her family was happy to find a place where we did not have to worry about her care and happiness.

During our loved ones stay we had a really good experience and we would recommend them to other families. The director and the head gal on the memory care side are so outgoing, we really like the vibe on the memory care side. There is a resident dog on the second floor the residents can go visit with. There is a secured courtyard they can go relax at. They do have some good activities but because of circumstantial things they may not always happen but the staff still do a great job looking after the residents. On the assisted side they have a ton of activities that look very exciting

My loved one passed away on [date removed]. He always told me how much he enjoyed living at Sunrise of Braintree. All of the staff here were great.

We toured with Sunrise of Bloomfield Hills and it was a great experience for us. The reason we did not choose this facility was just due to the further location.

What stuck out to us about this facility was that it's friendlier and accessible, 18 years established was a positive. Nurse has also been there 18 years. Very clean. One staff member [name removed] particularly stands out. Setting is lovely - beautiful plantings/trees, places to sit and walk. I would recommend to others.

It's very clean. It's super expensive but getting great service and care. We picked this community because it was recommended by A Place for Mom, and I heard good things. It's been a good fit so far.

I could not be more more happier. From beginning to end they were amazing. They cannot be nicer. They are often doing chair exercises in the lobby. I would highly recommend .The food is fine. It's great value for the money. they are very attentive and responsive to the residents.

I toured this community and it seemed very lovely. Cleanliness was great. The friend I was helping/touring with felt that they weren't as responsive to her on the tour as she would have liked. She said it didn't feel as welcoming and decided to keep looking.

I love this facility. We're very grateful that we found this place for my mom. There have been bumps in the road, of course. But that's with anything and it was all worked out. Things are great here. The staff are respectful and caring. Sometimes, as with all places, there's a learning curve for each person. But they work really hard to get to know mom and her needs. Housekeeping is ok, I'd love for them to be a little bit more thorough sometimes. At times it's immaculate and others I notice some things that could be done better. Laundry is taken care of also, which is a big help. Communication with the family is frequent and very good. They don't hesitate to reach out when needed. The food is good and mom has no complaints. They have a wonderful outdoor/garden area and are in a nice residential location. I feel like they're doing a very good job overall. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I met with the executive director,[name removed], and met [name removed] the entertainment concierge as they were setting up for some fun pumpkin painting activities. They provide 24-hour service to take care of residents and all the residents that I saw seemed to be relaxing, talking, and overall enjoying themselves. The residents seemed to be enjoying themselves and I would recommend having a discussion with the staff to determine if it is the RIGHT place for your mom based on her needs and activities.

Remember when Frosty the snowman put on his magical hat & became alive….Well, this is how I feel the experience has been with my Mom at Sunrise of Marlboro. Mom was needing more care day to day. She felt like she was becoming a burden to our family (which was not the case). We lost our dad a few years ago and mom was become very depressed & lonely. Although we were around and had plenty of company in and out, she felt alone. After a family discussion, we started to ask around about assisted living for her. Sunrise of Marlboro came highly recommended from a friend of mine. The move in process was a breeze. From soup to nuts they helped you with all!!! Mom moved in April of 2022. She told the staff, “I just want to be left in my room until I feel comfortable to mingle”. That lasted 1 day. Just like Frosty, she became alive again! Getting involved with activities, talking with the residence, PT & what ever Sunrise is offering that day.
