The staff is friendly and competent, the architecture of Sunrise of Sandy is appealing, the price is competitive.

Sunrise of Issaquah is in a class by themselves in my opinion, based on my experience. This facility and the one we chose were head and shoulders above the rest. They are also more expensive but we felt like you get what you pay for, in a good way.

We picked this community because they had a stove. My love one is very happy there. The food needs to improve.

Brighton Gardens at Florham Park memory care has an excellent staff. My father recently passed but he really loved the care he received and was very thankful. He never complained and called Brighton Gardens his home. The staff kept us well informed with any necessary updates. The back office accounting dept was always responsive and helpful dealing with the needed forms for insurance submissions. Lots of angels working at Brighton Gardens Florham Park. The family is very appreciative.

Went to go check this place for my dad and worked with [name removed]. She was unbelievable, so knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to get to know my fathers needs. The facility was so clean and overall I was super impressed. The staff seemed very welcoming and I know this will be a good fit.

The community is a good mix, I wish there more residents who don't have dementia. My loved one doesn't eat the breakfast but usually goes down for lunch and dinner, and the food was not that good, my loved one stated the meat was chewy and they ran out of wine for the residents which has happened a couple of times, and the wine mostly is undrinkable as the taste is bitter.

We have been very happy with Sunrise of Hunter Mill. The people there keep my mom clean, happy, and engaged. The activities Director makes sure that my mom is always interacting with others and my mom feels like she has a choice of things to do. Her room is always clean. She is always clean and looking nice. It's the people though that make this Sunrise so wonderful. The receptionist, activities Director, Director, and caregivers are caring and compassionate people.

The biggest concern our family had while our loved one was in the hospital and going through rehab was her diet and eating habits. When our loved one moved into Sunrise the chef made it a point to go and meet with her and really make an effort to tailor her vegetarian meals in her every day diet and we found that to be very helpful. Based on the experience we have had with Sunrise of Crestwood we would recommend them to other families.

When I was inquiring on places for dad, Sunrise was the first place to contact me. They called me within an hour and were right on top of it. The staff is wonderful and they do a great job of caring for the residents. Everybody I have met has been great. They have a lot of activities provided and a lot of variety in what they do, I have been very pleased with that. The food is the only downfall. He says that it is bland and overcooked and that everything tastes the same. His friends come and take him to lunch often. It is expensive but I think it is worth it because of the quality of care he is getting and what they offer. The facility is well run and they are very thoughtful. For example they even have a dentist that comes in a few times a year and they have vaccine clinics so you don't have to come and take your loved ones out. From what I have seen and heard, Sunrise of John's Creek is the best in area. I would highly recommend them to others looking. I have never regretted our decision for a second.

This has been a wonderful experience. I cannot say enough about it, it is wonderful. The staff have been helpful, thoughtful, and caring towards my loved one. My loved one is thriving since being in the community. The staff communication with the family is thoughtful, kind, friendly, and respectful. They know my loved one by name. You can tell the staff really love the residents because they are well groomed, clean, and vibrant. There are three meals a day, and healthy and mindful choices for the residents to choose from. Games, movies, art room, and more are some of the activities offered to the residents to participate in.

They are a little short staffed. There is no complaints with the food. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for. We picked this community because, they were able to provide level the of care for both parents. I would recommend to other families.

This is our first experience with a family member with dementia. I was very frightened to put her anywhere in the beginning, but I have not regretted it. I'm quite satisfied with Sunrise of Crestwood. If I had to do it over again, I would have done it sooner. The staff have been extremely friendly and cooperative. They call you and let you know what's going on. I never feel like they're annoyed when I ask questions. I think the food is quite good, although my loved one who is pickier likes it a little less. The dining room is lovely, and the wait staff are friendly to the residents. It has been a much better situation for my loved one - both in socialization and care/attention - than having aides come to our home, and for half the price of home care. She loves her room, and they encourage bringing items from home to make it cozier, which has made a tremendous difference for her. The staff are very attentive to her needs. They truly get to know their residents and help in so many ways. She's very content there, and I feel relieved knowing that she's well cared for.

Brighton Gardens of Florham Park is a caring assisted living community. The staff is wonderful! They greet you with a smile and are happy to assist you Or your loved one. They address your concerns in a timely manner and, they treat the residents with respect and dignity! Its always a pleasure to interact with them. It’s fun to visit because the seasonal decorations are lovely and activities are always happening.

We moved our parents to Aspired living-Westmont in August 2022. The transition went smoothly, everyone was friendly, transparent and accommodating. The facility is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Mom and dad are making new friends, enjoying the many activities offered, and safely cared for. We are relieved they have nursing check-ins, 3 daily meals, and all-inclusive services (laundry, cleaning, church services)provided. Even though staffing can be challenging EVERYWHERE, including at Aspired Living, they continuously work to fill positions as needed.

I work as a contracted therapist in the community and I can't say enough good things about the full time staff here. You can tell how much they care about the residents. I would definitely recommend for my family members.

Our family had an in person tour and even though it was not going to be the best fit for our loved one the facility itself was beautiful and the gal giving us the tour was great. Their outside area was just not as big as we would of liked.

Definitely more of a home feeling. Staff have been there for a long time and know and respect each other and my mom. They have a lot of great activities on site and outings such as museums, theatre.

When recently we needed to find a place for my mom after a fall, we were blessed to discover Brighton Gardens was in our backyard. She was able to move in quickly and it has been a great experience. The staff are very friendly and very helpful which is so important because you can't be there every minute to watch out for them. I highly recommend Brighton Gardens.

Our loved one is doing great at Sunrise of Norwood. It's a very homey environment, bot the physical facility and the staff. A lot of them have been there a long time, as many as 15-20 years. They seem to really love what they do, which is a real testament to the place. There aren't quite as many activities as I was expecting in memory care (there seem to be more in assisted living - I'll have to look into that a little bit more).

The staff is warm and friendly, and the food is amazing! The food is the best thing about this place.
