Sunrise Senior Living

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice experience but the rooms were not very big and spacious, you could tell by the way the rooms were setup the encourage the residents to get out of their rooms.

It has been nothing but an exceptional experience. We picked this community because, it provided the services that my loved one needed, the staff was exceptionally friendly, open, honest and accomodating.

This is a great facility. The staff is great! My sister loves to eat and has had no complaints about the food. They do have activities. My sister wasn't participating and I've been encouraging her to give them a try. She played bingo the other day and really enjoyed it. Housekeeping does a good job, her room is kept clean. Communication with the family is good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My loved one, loves the food. The offer a lot of activities but my loved one, does not participate. It's expensive. We picked this community because of the friendliness, the residents were visible/interacting, the staff were all very friendly and it was a very homey environment.

I toured Sunrise of Lincoln Park, and it was a good tour experience. They were pushing more for assisted living with memory care support, rather than full on memory care - which is what my mom needed. My mom needed a place where she couldn't leave, because her dementia has advanced past the point of her knowing what day or time it is. She would be very vulnerable off campus without an escort. I didn't quite understand how she would be secure here. I also didn't ask the right questions, it was my first time dealing with this. The community we chose was very clean with a well designed program. They broke things down into smaller neighborhoods, which was good for my moms memory. It was a better fit and I have nothing against Sunrise. It's very worth the while to look at, depending on what you're looking for for your loved one.

I toured this community and it was nice. It was very clean, staff was very friendly, rooms included their own washer/dryer. We really liked it! The cost was a little higher than we could do, so we kept looking. But this was a great place!

I think they are doing an excellent job. It is a relatively smaller facility. The layout is thoughtful and well designed. The staff, I found them to be dedicated, committed, and very friendly as well. I would highly recommend Aspired Living of Westmont to other families looking.

The person who gave us the tour greeted us at the door, did a great job showing us around and convinced our loved one to move in. Our loved one is doing good for himself and he says he is at home here. He is really enjoying the meals and dining service and all the activities. We really like how the staff has meetings with the residents every week to sit down and listen to all their feedback - it makes them feel like they have a voice. Based on our experience we would recommend Brighton Gardens to other families.

This a wonderful place. The staff are compassionate with the care they provide my loved one. We are satisfied with the experience. This is community we would recommend to others for their loved ones. There are three meals a day and the residents have choices for meals. Chair exercises, arts and crafts, religious services, field trips, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to participate in, if they would like.

We had a great tour experience with Sunrise of Leominster. This was actually my mothers second choice out of all of the places we looked at. We were highly considering them, but the apartment sizes were on the smaller size and it was more expensive.

My arrival here is due to the state of PA knocking down my house. Staying on the second floor was good - being on the 3rd floor is very upsetting. All is now ok as ive been moved to the first floor.

The staff are very caring. They look out for the residents' best interests. They have plenty of activities - things like bowling, jeopardy, etc. And the facility looks great. It looks like a hotel yet feels very homey. I like that it doesn't feel like a clinical environment.

This facility is absolutely beautiful! Yes it's new and there are still some small kinks to work out, but they do such a great job. We moved mom here from their other facility for care needs and it was such a smooth process. They moved her belongings for us. It was so easy for her. Since it's new, it's a little bit underpopulated for the moment and mom is getting great attention. But I'm sure that will continue either way. They brought some of the staff here from other facilities to help start this one and I think that helped a lot and was a great idea. The food here seems more gourmet than other places. Mom says they're so nice to her here and that they check on her often. Communication with the family is great. We had been trying to encourage mom to participate in their activities and they were too. She finally did! And they called me to tell me about it. They were excited like it was their own family member. Just wonderful. I don't think there's anything we're unhappy with. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

This facility is wonderful and full of wonderful and caring people. They're established, 15 years I believe. So they have all of the kinks worked out and do a great job. That being said, mom was the 'newbie' here. But it didn't feel that way. They go out of their way to get to know you and everyone knows your name. When we would call, they knew who we were. Very special people here. Yes, it's expensive. All facilities are, but you can't pay these people enough for what they do. For those who don't have family, this is their family now and they take that to heart. I don't think there's anything we were unhappy with here. We moved mom to their other facility due to care needs and they made it so easy. Such a smooth transition. They moved all of her belongings for us. She was very happy here. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

They have this really nice outside area with big windows where they could be out in the elements and enjoy the outdoors. The activities are amazing, they keep the residents so busy and they are so happy. They play documentaries for them, they will bring in fresh baked pies and snacks. They do a great job with the activities and overall we think the value is really good.

They are very accomodating with the food. They are very active with the activites, and keep the residents involved. They are sometimes short on staff, but the staff is nice. It is a little bit expensive. We picked this community, because I saw this community a few years ago, the facility was 150% better than other facilities, and they offered hospice care. It would be nice if they had, more staff that speaks spanish fluently.
