Sunrise Senior Living

My loved one is a resident at Sunrise of Livingston and I am really happy with this facility. They are easy to work with and want to make the residents as happy/comfortable as possible. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping is good. The staff puts in lots of effort to help the residents meet each other. They have a pretty outdoor space to enjoy nice weather. I would recommend this facility to others.

My father is currently a resident at Brighton Gardens of St. Charles. Everything has been great at this facility. The facility is very clean. The staff is genuinely caring. The meals are good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Make multiple onsite visits to observe the staff in action. Sunrise of Granite Run is a smaller cozy footprint, which I thought would work well for my loved one. I find the staff friendly, patient, and kind to the residents. The staff are responsive and timely to any and all inquiries by email or phone. The food is more like home cooking, not cafeteria style. My loved one seems satisfied with the food even though she is a picky eater. I would recommend this facility to others.

Meds techs are very responsible and supportive, such as [name removed] cares about me the most when I was in need. Caregivers are considerate of all residents. Activities are fun and good at stimulating brains. Chefs are wonderful to prepare for nutritious and tasty food. Concierge ladies are sweet and helpful to all of us.

I toured Brighton Gardens of Columbia and the tour was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff and my tour guide were also great. The building did look a little bit older than some of the other facilities that I toured.

We picked this community because, I liked that it was brand new, local, best for my mom. It is cheerful, attentive, and my mother is happy most of all!! It gave her a new life with all the socialization and activities.

We toured with Sunrise of Newton and it was a lovely facility and all of the people we met with were great. For us at the time it was just too new, they only had 4 residents in the assisted living side of the facility so it was just not established yet. I think if my loved one were not as far gone as he was, it could have been a good fit. It was just not a good fit at the stage he was at. It looked like a really nice place and the people that were there were happy.

They really try to create a positive experience for their residents-especially [name removed]! She really cares about the residents and the staff really do a great job providing the best care they can for the residents.

This facility fulfilled all of our expectations for comfort and care of my family member. From excellent patient care right down to cleanliness. If there comes a time when I need more care, Sunrise of Chandler is the place that I want to go.

My family is very pleased with Sunrise of Morris Plains. The staff is attentive and friendly. My mom is doing much better since moving into Sunrise, you can see it in her face. She told me she feels safe and comfortable. My family also has less stress. The facility has that homey feeling as soon as you walk in, it doesn't feel clinical like some other places we saw.

Brighton Gardens in Florham Park is such a special place. Absolutely every staff member is attentive, kind, helpful, and loving. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the community. Then when you see the staff interacting with the residents it makes you smile. Everyone is laughing and having a great day. The activities are so much fun ([name removed] and [name removed]). The food is delicious. The care is exceptional. ([name removed]and [name removed]). There is not enough space here to say all the great things happening at Brighton Gardens!! I attribute to the mindful leadership of [name removed] who is a passionate advocate for his residents. If my loved ones are ever looking for an assisted living, this would be my first choice. If anyone is looking around, I urge you to tour here first!!

They are amazing. They have been very helpful. The maintenance guy went out of his way to help move my dad in. They made sure the transition went well. They encourage my loved one to engage in the activities. I like the way they have arranged the caregiving, by assigning them to the residents, so they can establish a relationship. It allows them to focus on my loved ones needs, and get him to trust them. My loved one is clean, and healthy, and they have made a difference. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

The facility is homey and welcoming. We like the smaller number of residents here. The health care administered by the LPN's and RN's on staff is excellent! Anything that you bring to the staff's attention regarding your loved one is addressed and taken care of.

The staff is warm and inviting. Every single person we've encountered has exhibited exceptional patience and compassion. The facility communicates updates and relevant matters with family regularly and thoroughly. The facility itself is also very clean and upfated. I would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Frisco to other families looking.

If a friend asks me about Sunrise, I would say (and have) that it has been a wonderful community for my mom, and surpassed my expectations. I absolutely would recommend it. Mom is in the top (3rd) floor for memory care residents, so it is their locked floor. She has thankfully never complained about being locked in, and there is a beautiful deck outside that she has full and easy access to any time she might like to go outside.

Sunrise of Hermosa Beach has been an excellent fix for my dad. My dad has advanced vascular dementia and Sunrise has been so kind and helpful to him, unlike his previous placement. We would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

When looking at places initially, they were the only ones out of many who didn't sound like they were selling used cars or regular apartment . They actually understood how traumatic the experience is and talked to me like a human being not once mentioning "monthly specials, and act now tactics". Brighton Gardens is full of friendly staff that takes maintaining our parents dignity very seriously.

Sunrise of Bloomingdale gets 5 stars for all except for the activities - the activities in home are lame but the activities/events they have outside are awesome. Our loved one enjoys lunches at the restaurant. Their parties are top notch. We have been very happy with our overall experience and we would absolutely recommend Sunrise of Bloomingdale to other families.

My mother, now 98 years old, has been living at Quincy Place for over 6 years. I am moving out of state and mother will be going with me, but I wanted to take this time to thank managers [name removed] and [name removed]. Quincy Place is not considered an assisted living facility, but as mother became for "dependent", [name removed]and [name removed]assisted her many times with needs above and beyond their obligation, to include, checking on her when I could not reach her by phone, fixing her TV or her oxygen machine. [name removed] actually ran upstairs to check and found mother on the floor in need of an ambulance, saving her life. This is not just a job for these two, they actually care and I am very grateful.

Every single employee at the Holiday Courtyard in Lakewood, Colorado is fantastic and especially caring! The management team IS like meeting new friends that I will cherish forever and my husband and I are super excited and look forward to many years of wonderful memories that we plan on making here. I recently had an amputation of my leg and very proud of the endless care helping me adjust to my life in a wheelchair at our new home at Holiday Courtyard. We love everyone and everything about this new phase of our life! Perfection describes the Holiday Courtyard in Lakewood Colorado. Thank You very much GOD for leading us here!
