The facility was clean and beautiful. It was updated and everything was neat and in place. There were personal shadow boxes for residents that was very nice to see. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions.

This place looks so elegant after the renovations. The nursing care is very nice and helpful. Most of the caregivers have been taking care of mom for years. She is not the easiest as her memory and confusion has progressed. I am so grateful for the caring hearts that work here.

It's well-run, mom has improved both health-wise and mood-wise since moving in, the emphasis is on care, and they deal well with residents with high-level of care needs.Generally the interaction/communication with staff is good, they're responsive to calls, texts, emails, and follow through with tasks when contacted. We picked this community because, they could handle her care-level and had a reputation for good care.

The team has been welcoming and warm. My mom is happy with her choice. Laurene has been especially helpful. I would recommend this community. The price is reasonable too. The food needs a bit of work. The building is very clean

I just had a great tour given by [name removed] at Sunrise of Scottsdale. I’ve been visiting several Senior Living facilities to move my parents in from out of state. I want them to be near me and they require care. [name removed] was warm and inviting and knew all the residents by name. The residents looked happy and the entire staff was welcoming. After my tour I feel Sunrise of Scottsdale will be the perfect place for my parents!!

I helped my client move into this community at the end of July. She is adjusting and it took a while. She moved from Washington DC to San Diego. The staff was very helpful in making this a smooth transition.

My mother moved in a year ago and loves living here. At first the transition was very hard for her but eventually she met friends and has a glass of wine in the evening with them.

[name removed] is the best!! She's so kind and helpful, and always makes visiting a great experience. You can tell she really cares about every one of her residents so much. She loves her job and the people here, and it's so evident.

I was looking for a place for my mother to move into and we had spoken to [name removed] on the phone about coming into tour. Let me tell you [name removed] is a wonderful person and showed us a great time at Sunrise Scottsdale. Nothing but praise for the wonderful service. You can truly tell she loves her job and the Sunrise community!!

My parents and I took a tour, and we were very impressed by the level of care, friendliness, and thoroughness of the staff, especially [name removed]. While my parents aren't quite ready to move in, they definitely have Sunrise as their top choice.

I found the environment to be very peaceful and friendly. The place was lovely, and everyone seemed very happy to be there. The grounds for very pretty and the decorations were up-to-date. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and seem friendly. All my questions were answered.

The staff at Holiday Bear Canyon Estates does a good job of personalizing interactions. We have a large family and all questions and concerns from everyone were considered important. The place feels like an extended home. My siblings and I met there many times in the transition process for my parents. We got to know lots of people there. Both residents and staff. I think Mom and Dad were happy to have so much family feel so comfortable there. I would recommend this facility to others.

All the staff is very professional in reminiscence and they see all the residents are well taken care with all their needs. The staff results all the problems with the residents and they are amazing with all the love and caring care they give

Sunrise At Westlake is a treasure! I did research to try and find a place for my husband that he would be comfortable with and very well cared for.... and I found it at Sunrise! The lovely grounds and well kept residence is charming and an ideal place for assisted living... and memory care! Most importantly the staff is SO caring and well trained...they are the best! Under the exceptional guidance of the director [name removed] all your needs and concerns will be met and your loved one safe and well taken care of! I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place and know my husband has a very comfortable new home.

I toured this facility for my father. The woman who showed me around was kind and compassionate. She was very informative. Music was playing and the residents looked very happy.

The people here are very caring. They always pay attention to me. If I want or need something, they do it. All of the care managers are very attentive. My room is very nice and clean all the time. The office help is very nice. This is a great place to stay. I would suggest if someone is looking for a place to stay, come here and don't go any further! I was a little scared at first but everybody made me feel welcomed.

The staff members are AMAZING! Brighton Gardens of Saddle River has a very "homey" feel about it, and they truly care about the safety and well being, both mentally and physically, of each and every resident that is living there.

Overall, the staff is wonderful at Sunrise of North Hills! The facility is super clean. [Name removed], at the front desk, is awesome! The sales person is very helpful. They were helpful with the move-in process and very accommodating. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The meals are a big problem. I think that they have quality, as well as staffing, issues related to the meals and dining. I have eaten lunches there and it took an hour and a half to get a hot dog. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of North Hills to others.

Our mom, [name removed] was a resident in memory care at Sunrise at Orchard for almost 2 years before she passed in July, 2023. As a family, we could not be any more grateful for the love and care she received by the amazing staff and support team there. Mom was sadly diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and finding the right place for her was difficult. After two other facilities were not able to properly care for her we moved her to Sunrise at Orchard. They helped our Mom feel at home and reached out to us as a family to be sure we knew she was well taken care of. When we would visit her she was always happy, and although she could not articulate her thoughts, it was apparent she felt very content and loved at this facility. The care team goes way above and beyond to be sure each of the residents feel safe and cared for. They worked hand-in-hand with Elevation Hospice at the end to be sure Mom was comfortable and at peace. My mom was an excellent hands at a difficult time in her life.

My moved in 3 weeks ago and wishes she had done it sooner. The facility is fun, lively, and active with lots of residents. Staff is very helpful and and friendly.
