Sunrise Senior Living

The facility is very warm and comfortable. I did not expect so many residents who suffer with dementia and other mental problems. I find it very hard to find a resident to carry on a conversation. I would be very lost without the staff- engaging in conversations.

My mother and father had been at Greeley Place for almost ten years - Mom was there 10 years and Dad was there two. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for them. After Dad passed, the staff and residents embraced Mom and helped her through a very sad time. Mom made so many friends and was active in almost all the activities. The most endearing part of her stay there was how the staff cooperated and became protective of mom as she aged and became more forgetful. She loved being there and felt loved and safe. I can’t say enough good about Greeley Place. We weee so fortunate to have found this bright light in our community

I’m very glad that my elderly and very demanding parents are living at Sunrise on 56th. The reasons are many. The first reasons is their staff. They are friendly, courteous and professional, not matter the situation. A second reason is the dining. The residents dine in a dining room with cloth table cloths and napkins, more importantly, they eat food that is at the level of an upscale restaurant. A third reason deals with the residents’ health and safety. Because Sunrise on 56th has a nursing staff available, plus a system to summon help when needed, they have the ability to attend to a resident’s physical and medical health. With its contemporary, ambiance and decor, Sunrise on 56th is like living in an upscale hotel in midtown Manhattan that also provides assistance the elderly.

My Mom has been at Sunrise at Parma for 1.5 yrs now and she loves it! She enjoys the activities, the other residents, the staff, and tells me that she feels safe there. If/whenever I have a question or concern, the staff is quick to get back to me. I feel that she is in good hands and that the staff truly cares for her and have taken the time to get to know her. I am grateful that Senior Care Authority led me to Sunrise.

Sunrise Pinehurst is a must see!! Located in a great neighborhood, Gorgeous remodel and a Friendly, welcoming team! [name removed] is the best! He throughly explains everything and he makes you feel like family!

This facility is beautiful and has amazing staff! We always feel welcome and taken care of there! The facility is spacious and has a comfortable home like feel. The staff is well trained and on top of it. The chef and the staff cook amazing food.

Friendly likes the food most of the time. I enjoy doing activities. I sleep well so it is quiet around the nights. If I'm not sleeping well its because I am watching t.v. the staff is very friendly.

The care managers and staff are wonderful! The activities offered are fun and exciting. Food is yummy and events are fun! I would recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for assisted living. My favorite activity is bingo.

Very great and clean place. Tge finning room needs to be expanded because there are alot of happy residents filling it up. Road trips and outside lunches are fun to do Staff and environment a lot better then my old assisted living facility

Sunrise is a great facility. The staff and management takes the time to understand your needs and are more than happy to work with you. I love the family feel of this facility. If you are in need of a place for a loved one I highly recommend Sunrise.

This community is top notch. From the time you walk in the front door, you're warmly welcomed by everyone you meet, including their residents. There was a genuine interest in answering our questions and sharing specific information as it related to my loved one. The renovation and beautiful new furnishings is the icing on the cake! I would recommend this community to everyone looking for quality senior living.

This is truly a remarkable place with associates that actually care for your loved ones. Management is exceptional! I don’t worry about loved ones in their care. They are all very committed to their residents to ensure they are all well cared for.

This a place I would absolutely recommend, my advice go visit ask lots of questions. We picked this community, because It's close to my wife and I and the cost / discount because she lives in Fairfax County it's very clean has caring people. My loved one just moved into the Braddock Glen community and I would not move her into any place that wasn't top notch

The thing that worries me right now is a staff member that went to [facility name removed]. For more money and seems a lack of staff recently which I know is a common problem these days - they just increased their charges - they should increase the staff's wages as well. On the whole I am very pleased with the facility, I just feel guilty that I cannot care for my loved one at home.

The caregivers, nurses and director ([name removed]) were amazing! They helped us navigate the difficult end of my mother’s life with caring, love and patience that I would only have expected from family! The facility was warm and inviting as a Victorian manor and the staff were always kind, patient and attentive!! I would recommend Sunrise to anyone and I will miss the friendships we made there!

Sunrise seems to be able to check all the boxes - highest quality of care available if needed, very clean, everyone is friendly and helpful, from our very personable & professional tour guide, Mr. [name removed], to the housekeeping staff we crossed paths with on our tour. Mr. [name removed] has continued to remain available, responsive, and patient with all of my follow questions after our initial tour appointment. We are also highly impressed with the RN [name removed] who came to evaluate our father. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, took considerable time to answer all of our questions and concerns.

When we had to make a decision on our sister ongoing care options we had the pleasure of connecting with [name removed] and [name removed]. They were both vey informative and pleasant to deal with.

After touring two other places, I instantly felt Sunrise had a more homey atmosphere. I could picture my mother living there and being comfortable.

Excellent staff. Great communication. Clean and very well kept facilities. Modern and comfortable common and living spaces. Very well lighted. Many many details to help the residents. Great programs and social opportunities for the residents.

[names removed] AND all the care givers and RNs that have helped me and my Mother during her move. So far I am very happy with everything on the 4th floor. All employees are so kind and friendly.
