Sunirse of Bellevue has been great. Facility has a homey feel. Everyone is friendly and shows compassion for the residents. Lots of daily activities for residents to choose from to participate.

I toured Sunrise of Issaquah during my search for Assisted Living for my loved one. This facility is great! It's very new and modern. The staff was friendly and I have no doubt that the care would be excellent at this facility. The cost is prohibitive, however.

I'm extremely happy. The staff is wonderful, very helpful very pleasant. Based on the experience we have had so far we have already recommend Sunrise of Webb Gin and we will continue to do so.

The facility is very attractive and the grounds are nice. Because it's an older facility, the price was significantly less than the newer facilities and it had a single occupancy room on the main floor. It worked out perfectly. The staff were very friendly and kind to my father. They made sure that he got involved in the activities and that he did not just stay in his room. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Arlington.

Sunrise of Shelby Township was a very nice facility, but it was also very large. There was just too much going on for my loved one. It was our second choice out of the many that we toured with. Their staff was great! Another facility we visited just felt more like "home".

My loved one is a resident at Brighton Gardens of Raleigh. The facility has very good security. The number and skill set of the staff is appropriate and very good, respectively. I would recommend the facility for someone who has surpassed the Independent Care stage and needs from some assistance to much assistance. Also, it's close to a hospital which has an excellent heart hospital. Prior to enrolling, ensure the assessment they do in determining your level of care (which determines the cost of care) is accurate.

I only dealt with the memory care staff, but they were very experienced and caring. Most of the staff have worked at Brighton Gardens for years, which says a lot about the place.

I am very pleased with Sunrise of Buckhead. Although, not staying myself or have a close relative there, I did have good friend who unfortunately wasn't able to enjoy most of the amenities offered. She did like the food and was able to make trip or two to the courtyard. A spoiled, demanding, but-so-old southern lady didn't like being there, but she was happy with being there. I'd rate 5 in all categories, from start to finish. we had compassionate, competent customer service - from entry to exit, with family with resident.

My loved one lives at Sunrise of East Meadow. The staff appears friendly and professional. They are courteous, kind and attentive. The housekeeping has been very good. The rooms are clean! My loved one has enjoyed the meals. The dining staff are friendly, polite and kind. I would definitely recommend this facility for those who could afford it.

My parents seem really happy at Sunrise. Everyone is so responsive, and their care has been great. Meals could be better and so could activities, but like other places, they don't have enough staff.

I want to introduce myself, first of all, I am a 84 year old lady, living in one of your Independant living homes. I came here 2 years ago and am kinda of a joker. Since you bought this establishment, we have seen quite a few changes, and most of them have really enriched our lives. I am writing to tell you that the new staff are wonderful, caring individuals. They listen to our complaints, and to their best ability do what they can to help with a complaint. The help that remained here, after the change in ownership are outstanding. They are kind and patient with us all. Thank you for giving me my home, and thank you for my new family. I truly believe this is home. Renee

We have had a great experience with Sunrise of Cary - it is a great place for a loved one. We have found the staff to be very professional and caring.

I have worked with this facility for many years. I work for a local Hospice company and have had a wonderful experience with their care team. I would recommend this facility. They take care of seniors with dignity.

The staff are very well trained and seem to be continuously learning in Memory Care. They are professional but also family friendly. Most staff are long term employees of Sunrise which is very good. They have procedures and systems in place to keep residents safe, engaged and healthy.

Our family had an in person tour with Brighton Gardens and it was great but the price point was an issue for us.

We picked this community, because it was homey, like a real home, sunlit, room was spacious, the place was not overwhelming, the staff enjoyed working there. It was a mile up the road and easy to get to. An easy work for my loved one to get to the dining room and parlor. Nurses are around till 8 PM too. Staff response to calls ( could use some more help at bedtimes in the a.m. and p.m.

The staff at Whispering Chase have been extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the apartment sizes go, mom though that the studio she was in was pretty small, but she moved to a one bedroom and loves the size and layout of it. I would recommend Whispering Chase to others, I know that she is happy and safe here.

What we like most about this community is the cleanliness, all of the staff are friendly and welcoming, food is excellent and there are multiple activities for the residents. Nursing staff and assistants are very attentive. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My dad has lived at Holiday Hills now for just over a year. The staff is great and always willing to help out. It has been a great experience for my dad and for me. My dad has the ability to participate in activities if he chooses and has social time with friends he has met there. I know he is safe and in a caring environment. I would recommend Holiday Hills to anyone.

I had a family friend that was staying in the memory care part and the staff was very warm and comforting during these hard times. We're very lucky to have caring souls to take care of them. I definitely will recommend friends and family here for future needs.
