Walking into this community filled me with warmth and excitement. Everyone is lively and wears a smile on their face. The residents seem happy and the team is always happy to help. I would definitely refer any family looking for a community to Sunrise on Hillcrest.

Home like feeling, very clean and friendly staff. Tour was thorough and I didn't feel rushed. [name removed] really took time to listen to what we were looking for and what my aunt's needs are. We ended up staying for lunch and the food was great! Very impressed with this facility.

Sunrise on Hillcrest is a top quality Assisted Living with the most caring and compassionate staff. Very soon after moving my Grandmother to Sunrise on Hillcrest, they all became an extension to our family.

Beautifully renovated, caring/tenured staff, roomy apartments, wonderful food, meaningful engagement is what to expect when choosing Sunrise. This community is so lovely and feels like home when you walk thru the doors. The outdoor areas are so nice, with lots of sitting areas all the way around the building, and a special walking trail! The interior is sized just right for the residents safety and cognitive abilities. Which means less confusion for them. I am super impressed with what Sunrise Senior Living has to offer. And another plus is the fact that if your loved one does not need assistance, there is no fee for care. They actually have an a la cart type of billing, you don't have to pay for what you dont need. Nice perk in this economy.

We picked this community because of the location and cost. They have very friendly staff, good cost and communication.

the unique "smallness" of this community and homeness drew me to this community! Fortunately I dont need help but for others we are short of help. The food planning needs improvement

I am only able to visit 1 time per month so I am not sure about the care services. When it comes to the activities, grandfather does not participate in them, he says non of the activities interest him. Based on the experience we have had so far with the Holiday Bear Canyon community, we would recommend them to others.

My visit to Bay Village was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the food options were great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Assisted Living facility.

Lovely place with wonderful caring staff

We love Sunrise. It was a great place for our mom. She recently passed away but we strongly support Sunrise of Yorba Linda. The staff made her feel like she was I special. They were happy to help in any way. They treated her as if she were their mom. They worked well with her doctors and coordinated services. They were kind and encouraging and she felt like she had a second home.

I will rate as best I can . Mom passed away before going to Sunrise but I will rate on my experience going there and making the arrangements. The meals looked good, and they had a lot of activities. I was very impressed with Sunrise and it always felt welcoming and comfortable to go there. The residents always seemed happy and I felt Mom would have liked it there.

The facility is very clean, modern and comfortable- like home. The staff is wonderful- very attentive, caring and professional. I highly recommend Sunrise, as it has been an excellent overall experience.

They are always friendly and helpful even when I know they are having a stressful day. The residents are always their #1 priority. The meals are always delicious. You many choices at every meal. What ever you are hungry for they have and it is delicious. Wine with dinner if you wish. There are always activities going on. They get a daily calendar with events. The value for cost is excellent. Yes I would recommend this community to other families and so would my mother. She did not want to move from her home on May. But now in July she is having a great time and enjoys the staff. So happy with our decision to move her to [name removed].

Some staff are very friendly and others not quite so friendly ! Mom needs a lot of care so sometimes they seem bothered! Mom feels a bit like they tell her what she can and can't do so I don't like that because my mom is 92 and is of full mind . But overall we love the facility and the people who run it are great ! Like she is an early riser and they tell her no she can't get up yet ! So small things like that makes my mom sad! Overall good experience though.

It took my mother a while to get to a point Where she had to move. From the moment the staff went out to visit her through the whole process I in awe. Thank you for making this hard move so easy. Wonderful people!

I came from the hospital at scripps. The sales people advocates for me and they moved me in within hours. I am for we grateful. Thank you. I have a studio apartment and really enjoy the activities.

I work in healthcare and visit my patient weekly. She is doing very well since she moved into this facility. Working with the nurses is so seamless.

I went and visited my grandmother. She isn’t doing too well but the executive director and and staff are amazing. You can tell they truly care.
