Sunrise Senior Living

I was warmly greeted when I walked through the doors. They just popped some fresh popcorn and that is mothers favorite snack. I was very impressed with amazing staff and the cleanliness of the place. My mom needs memory care and the residents were all engaged with their baking club. I also enjoyed the outdoor courtyard.

I have had many friends and neighbors who have been residents at Sunrise over the years. The building is beautiful and well kept, but what makes it extra special are the people who work there (many are the same people have worked there for many years!). They treat each resident like family. Stepping in the front doors, it is evident that residents are well cared for and happy. There is an upbeat feel and there is always something fun going on. Their activities gals do such a great job in planning exciting things to do. The care team is exceptional and do an amazing job and not only ensuring residents needs are met, but also their wants. Everyone you meet there is friendly and happy to help out. Cannot recommend this facility enough.

Sunrise treats their patients like human beings and are courteous and professional. So happy my loved one is there. The only other thing that I can add is sunrise of Crestwood wood is a Godsend. We prayed for a place that would treat mom like a human being and some law professionals recommend Sunrise of Crestwood.

My mom lived at the Mission Viejo Sunrise facility (memory care) for 4+ years and she received excellent and loving care from all her caregivers, nurses, staff (including hairdresser), and her "on call" round the clock physician. They always responded quickly to her needs. Sunrise also always notified me if there were any changes with her health. During the beginning of Covid, we were still able to visit each other outside on the beautiful patio/garden at a safe distance, which I felt was very important for my mom's mental health. All the caregivers always showed love towards my mom and made sure she was clean, dressed everyday and happy.

[na me removed] passed with severe dementia at 91. She protested with loud verbal abuse when changed or lifted. Care givers understood and always treated her with love and affection. Thank you Sunrise care givers and management for your competent caring affection.. we always felt she was in good hands when we left.

Our experience in the two years living here, has been very good, comfortable, and pleasant.

My mom has been at Sunrise for 5 months. She receives full assisted care. I couldn't ask for a better place. The care managers are the best. They truly care and work hard for each resident. Against his will, my father was moved to assisted living. These six months have been enlightening for my dad. He is happy! Staff is considerate and caring. I could not ask for better people! ( He is picky about food)

Our mother has been a resident for 4 years. Sunrise has taken the best care of and for her. We are Thankful for them all in our lives.

I toured with Sunrise of Plainview and it was a very nice facility. [name removed] at Sunrise was so nice and the tour was great and very thorough. It was definitely in the running, I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My brother's comment has been: we should have moved mom here a year ago (based on decline in quality of care after [name removed] took over the [removed]). Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Sunrise of Edina to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

My Mom has been at Sunrise of Springfield for 18 months. She is almost 90 years old and is in better shape health wise than she was when she arrived. She has friends and fun things to do during the week to make her life as fulfilling as can be at this stage of her life. This Sunrise has a very “homey” feel and the staff are friendly and caring. It is worth the money to have my Mom in a home that provides such good care and gives me peace of mind. I visit at least twice a week and enjoy my time there as I now know so many of the staff and residents. I highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking at assisted living facilities!

I was invited to an event over at Sunrise. They offer variety of assistance to your loved one's aging needs. Definitely recommend to check out their respite care to see for yourself if you can picture your loved one aging here.

My Daughter and I volunteer and have had a wonderful time with residents at Sunrise La Costa. It smells like fresh baked cookies, staff are so kind and the residents seem really happy. They have unbelievable entertainment and lots of live music. I love seeing the small dogs with some residents when you walk into the facility. The nursing staff are great!

I was welcomed warmly and was very impressed with the community! I like that they have everything on site for their residents, from therapy, to the bistro, to the salon and the theater. Rooms were nice and the few I saw have more natural light than most places I've toured. The icing on the cake is their community dog, Minnie, she followed us on the entire tour and was very sweet.

Sunrise on Hillcrest is always such a warm ho.e to enter. The residents seem truly happy and well cared for. There is always something going on they can participate in. I highly recommend Sunrise on Hillcrest.
