Sunrise Senior Living

I toured the community recently, there was music playing and all the residents were surrounding the activity listening and smiling while someone was offering them beverages and snacks. The front desk concierge was just lovely and sweet and care staff seemed very attentive.

My mother was a resident at Sunrise for many years. She was loved by the staff an dwell taken care of. The staff was always laughing with her and calling me with updates. I am so appreciative of the care they provided and I will miss seeing the team now that my mother has passed away, but they always tell me I can come back anytime to visit. I think I will !

The activities and staff are very great. You would not want to live anywhere else. I love the outings and going to the Mexican restaurant El Sinaloense.

From the top management to the care givers, everyone knows how to treat a customer! Very impressive! I would recommend the facility to any of my friends and family members! God bless you all! Thanks!

It is a wonderful, beautiful place with caring and knowledgeable staff! We picked this community, because it was the most beautiful building, and it was a good location close to our family home. The cost versus value was very fair. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food seemed very good. The building was new and light and airy and very well appointed.

As I sat today and watched the commotion in memory care. I could not believe the compassion and love and patience the staff had for those they care for. I watched [name removed] run around helping staff, talking to residents and family. I see [name removed] ensuring residents are engaged and having fun. The care staff absolutely loves each and every person there! The unique relationships with each individual is amazing. I am so impressed. Not once even with all the things going on and a person moving in did I see any type of frustration. I saw hugs, smiles, engagement, and pure love. Thank you for all you do!

I’ve been in other places and always noticed how the staff treat the residents, mostly as though they were a bother. Not here, the staff hugs and kisses on the residents! It’s wonderful to watch. They actually care about each resident and spend time with them.

They have the right equipment to handle [name removed] Overall, a very good place but could use more help so residents are not waiting.

My loved one is a resident at Sunrise of Connecticut Ave and the experience has been great so far! The staff is well trained and caring. The housekeeping is consistent and thorough. The food is healthy and well prepared. Communication with the family is excellent. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Overall I've been very happy with my experience at Sunrise of West Babylon. The staff are all very proactive. I would definitely recommend this community to others looking.

My uncle is very content at the Sunrise of Springfield community, it turned out to be highly unexpected. I feel the staff should be credited with their genuine caring and friendliness towards the residents and families

5 for everything at Sunrise of Five Forks.. Unfortunately my husband [name removed] died on [date removed] , but the 2 months he was in Sunrise at Five Forks every person treated him with love, care and dignity. I'm truly grateful for the kindness shown to him and me

My loved one moved to Sunrise of Montgomery Village from a different facility and her experience here has been great. This facility is more expensive. But they are more flexible with visitor access and schedule. It's a larger facility, so it sometimes takes longer to get responses. It took awhile to get billing and the payment portal set up correctly. I would recommend this facility to others.

Happy residents and employees. Beautiful bdecor and set up. My grandmother would have loved being a resident here. Everyone is so friendly and social the residents and employees. I also saw a group if residents playing cards and I wanted to join.

I’ve called Sunrise my home for several months. I consider the people here my family. I have everything I need here, I want for nothing. Good food, fun things to do every day. The people here are wonderful.

The tour we had with Sunrise of Cascade was great! It was too far away from family and very expensive though. They would have been able to care for my loved ones needs, but it was the distance and cost that determined that a no ($[removed]/ month over any other facility cost).

Not to large of place. Has a nice number of people around us. I like the way the rooms are set and we have our own belongings. The art work in the building is nice. The decorating workmanship is so lovely and calming. The food is really good. I love the activities and attend as many as I can. For the most everyone is nice.

The staff at Sunrise is PHENOMENAL! From the very first tour we took, we were welcomed with open arms. I toured many assisted living facilities and the warmth and love I felt at Sunrise is what ultimately led to our decision to move our mom here. The staff GENUINELY cares about the residents and goes out of their way to cater to each individual’s specific needs. And, although this has been a huge decision that weighed heavy on our family to pick the “right” place, we are wholeheartedly satisfied and confident in Sunrise. Our mom is well cared for with respect and we can sleep at night. We have often commented that we should have made the transition to assisted living sooner!

Mom was really resisting moving into a senior community. She has had a lot of falls and all of knew she needed more help. Our move in day set the tone for what life for mom has been like since she moved in. She is eating better, sleeping better and so much happier. We are so grateful for Sunrise Bellevue.

This is a wonderful community and the staff are so caring. Every time I'm there they make me feel welcome. I know they truly care for their residents and make the effort to go the extra mile. They really helped us understand and cope with the challenges of moving a loved one.
