While touring the community the sales woman [name removed] did a fantastic job showing me around and explain all of the activities and different rooms available for my mother the community is well kept and I absolutely loved it. This place is definitely at the top of my list.

The staff at Sunrise of Henderson seems very dedicated and friendly. Although my mother feels that the responsiveness of some of the staff is slow, but those people are the exception. I like how clean this facility is. The friendliness is great also. They prefer to have one appointed family member be the contact- which is VERY wise. I would still recommend Sunrise of Henderson to family and friends.

Looking for an assisted living place for a loved one or dear friend can be challenging when all you want is the very best. In these days following Covid, many assisted living places, nursing homes, and medical facilities have struggled to keep help which is very important to the residents living in such a facility. Upon visiting some places for my dear friend who needed assisted living, Sunrise Assisted Living of Findlay brought a warm, cheery atmosphere the minute we walked through the door. The staff are very caring and accomodating. The dining room is elegant and the food is very tasty. The menu offers lots of choices. The activities are entertaining and the residents appear to enjoy themselves. The facility is clean and inviting. There is a beauty shop which is always a plus. The cost is a little more expensive than a regular nursing home but has much more to offer. A nice and caring place for your loved one.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this assisted living facility, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. It's more than just a place to reside; it's a concept that embraces housing options for every stage of life. What truly sets this place apart is its commitment to providing various housing options tailored to individual needs. Whether it's independent living, assisted care, or memory support, they have it all under one roof. This flexibility ensures that residents can transition seamlessly as their needs change, which is a huge relief for both residents and their families.

I always feel safe and cared for in this community. I have friends and a lovely living space, I have everything I need here. The staff is caring and wonderful. We have a wide variety of activities and dining options available to us.

In this community I truly feel that I am cared for and cared about by the staff that works here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I could not ask for more or a better place to live. I truly have nothing but good things to say about living here.

The people of this community are extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff on top of everything else are great and wonderful to deal with. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for this type of living.

This community is full of kind, friendly and respectful staff who are compassionate and so helpful. Whenever I have a question for the staff they are sweet and understanding and never make me feel like a bother. Whenever we make suggestions, as residents, they take the suggestions seriously and act upon them if possible. The staff makes us feel comfortable and at home.

I have had previous negative experiences with other assisted living care staff. The staff at this community are wonderful, knowledgeable and so helpful. They know what they are doing in caring for the residents. They answer your calls and questions without hesitation.

The staff and residents of this community are friendly and really nice. I enjoy the care staff and really appreciate all that they do. The food continues to improve with the input of our residents feedback. I appreciate and enjoy that this community is dog friendly as well. We have a wonderful new activities coordinator who is friendly and very accommodating to our requests.

The staff is great, always extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the building is excellent and always well cared after. I have only positive things to say about my living experience since I have been here!

The staff is excellent in the care they provide, we have enjoyed the friendly staff and residents in this community. The state of the community is always excellent and a five star cleanliness! Not to mention the community dog is a great addition to have around.

As soon as i walked into the building everyone was so welcoming. The care staff in memory care are absolutely amazing . They’re very professional and on top of their stuff . The residents are noticeably clean and well taken care of . The nurses are great as well !

This place is so clean and staff has been very good. I come to this facility to see a Resident for PT and i hear good things about this place. I would recommend this place for any elderly. The head nurse is very attentive and really cares about resident.

Sunrise is the greatest. People leave the [organization removed] and come to Sunrise but never leave Sunrise to go to [organization removed] or [community removed]. I love it at Sunrise. I plan on living here until I die. I have great companionship and love the activities. For example, I am first on the list to go to the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley. Before I came to Sunrise, friends of mine did an internet search and the results were Sunrise is one of the best if not the best in California and Countrywide. I love Sunrise.

Sunrise of Gurnee is a fantastic place, the leadership team as well as the fantastic care the residents receive is something we like the most about this community. Our first impression was a great smaller, family home feel

What we like the most about the Sunrise of Bethesda community is the different daily activities they have going on for the residents, the staff to resident ratio, the quality of the physical staff and the responsiveness from the staff team. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families. A thoughtfully run community with an engaged and well-trained staff. Impressive daily activities to keep your love one occupied. Very positive experience and would absolutely recommend.

I had a very pleasant visit when I was there.. First thing I noticed was how good it smelled in there. [name removed] greeted me with a big smile. Her personality was bubbly, and enthusiastic. She explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. She was awesome to work with.

The staff were very polite and genuinely friendly. They were also very helpful with all my questions and were very knowledgeable about their work. The building itself was clean and was an overall happy environment.
