My grandmother is treated like a VIP. I’m glad to have the peace of mind that the wonderful people at Sunrise provide. They’re very accommodating, friendly, and compassionate. It’s worth a visit. Make sure to pet the sweet golden retriever that may greet you at the door!

No complaints. But it is expensive. The people who work there are very friendly and pleasant. The facility itself is first rate. There are plenty of activities on a daily basis, though my mother chooses not to partake in most because her hearing is bad and she can't hold a thought. They know their clients. They practice safety protocols. It's everything a person wants. An EMT crew that came to check my mother after a fall said it was the best facility in the county. And Montgomery Co has more than one million people

My dad had a great transition - their team made him feel very comfortable with the level of care and attentiveness (which continues to be at a very high level). He looks forward to the exercise class each day, enjoys mealtime (servers really know each resident's likes and needs), all the staff is very friendly. Nursing and care staff is very good. Easy to communicate with on site or via email. Also - the outside setting is lovely - nice path around the building with beautiful landscaping. Plenty of parking. [name removed], the sales coordinator, was excellent. Always there to help with our questions and help us navigate the transition from rehab -- and all the paperwork, etc. We were very thankful to have the assistance and guidance of A Place for Mom during this process. They helped us understand the "enhanced care" certification and really listened to what we felt Dad needed. Touring and choosing a facility can be overwhelming - and it was so nice to have Diana's guidance and expertise.

I would say that our experience has been very positive The staff is very caring and the nurses have been excellent The facility is warm and welcoming. Depending upon your situation I would recommend a visit. I think it depends on what kind of assistance is needed but I would recommend it overall.

I took a tour of this facility everyone was very nice. I received great information from the person who took me around. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility. Very warm and cozy.

My mother currently resides at Sunrise of Baton Rouge. We are very pleased with her care. The Care Managers are very kind and take the time to get to know residents. [Name removed] and [name removed] truly have our mother’s best interest at all times. They joke with her and love her unconditionally. The administration listens and responds to concerns. I’m impressed with the fact that the director, [name removed], interacts with residents on a daily basis. She has crawled on the floor in search of my mother’s hearing aids, cleaned up her bathroom, hand fed and calmed down a resident that became hostile in the cafeteria. The activities director, [name removed], is amazing!!! She always has 2 or 3 things going on at the same time!

I was very impressed with my visit and tour that day, with everything from the lunch, the facilities, the staff and the residents. I was so pleased that I am seriously considering making it my next place of residence. I even came back a week later and had lunch again. Nothing had changed at all. The food was excellent, the menu was with several choices.

It is a comfortable facility and the staff is great, the activities staff especially. We have had no negative experiences in 2 and a half months of being here. My mom is happy at Sunrise of Rockville. She has made some good friends and that would not have happened if she'd had in home care instead.

We shall never forget your generosity and concern for my Uncle and his family. Sunrise Senior Living's staff is a great and unique bunch of people who offered outstanding care to our uncle, who previously stayed at [facility name removed], under difficult circumstances. We will continue to suggest Sunrise to family members in need of great care.

We took a tour of Sunrise of Fort Worth during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was amazing! It's a very nice facility and we had no complaints about it.

We took a tour of Sunrise at Bon Air when searching for a facility for our loved one. The tour and facility were great! Our tour guide was very good. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Great atmosphere! It just came down to cost and location for us/our decision on a facility.

I toured with Brighton Gardens of Mountainside. It was a very nice facility but it was harder to get too and also further away from family than we wanted her to be.

5 stars all the way around, my mother loved it here. Sunrise Of Sheepshead Bay was a fabulous Assisted Living Facility. It is unfortunate for us that it was private pay. There came a point where my mother needed more assistance and the need for care out paste our ability to afford it. But it is is my opinion that that place was fabulous!

This Sunrise location has seen some notable positive changes over many months. I am grateful for a newfound dedication to resident care and wellness, including meaningful activities and protocols to give residents their best lives. The memory care community has a new leader and a new activities director and both are implementing important changes to improve the overall experience for residents, and not to be overlooked, the family members who love them. Communication is vastly improved and so appreciated. I am grateful for the Executive Director's open door and results-oriented approach for even the smallest request. The nursing and care staff are giving of their time to discuss updates and overall status of your loved one. Many team members from different areas within the community make up the difference that puts Sunrise above others, for anyone looking for a caring, patient, and friendly senior living environment.

We toured Sunrise of Jacksonville when we were searching for an Assisted Living facility for my mother. This facility was excellent! From what I could see, the cleanliness and friendliness were great! The staff, meals, and quality of care also seemed great. Unfortunately, they wouldn't accept my mother with her health issues. But again, excellent facility based off of what I saw during my tour!

Mom loved it at Brighton Gardens. The staff is amazing, very loving and supportive. The residents are great as well. She seems to be very happy with the food and options if she doesn't like something. Overall, Brighton Gardens of St. Charles is a great place! Very warm and inviting.

I toured the community a few weeks ago. The sales person was so nice and educated me on my resources. I was able to speak with some of the elderly that were attending a sing along. Overall I had a great experience and was impressed with the renovations. When my mother is ready to move this is in my top 3.

I work with [removed] and have had the pleasure of working with [name removed] the Sales person. She is educated nice and really cares about seniors. I would recommend this facility. They have upgrades that look very nice as well.

Things I like about Stratford Court of Boca Pointe: the personable staff, attentive care toward residents, activities schedule, meals and dining room, the café, the lobby with piano, bar, pool, auditorium, card room, religious services, accessible home health care company located in the lobby, hair and nail salon, special events, and more.

My loved one's were residents at Brighton Gardens of Winston-Salem and everything about their experience at this facility was great. The staff was very kind. The housekeeping was very good. The staff communicated very well with the family regarding the well-being of the residents and any concerns. The meals were tasty. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
