I was pleasantly suprised to find the people here were so congenial and the workers are so amiable and willing to do anything for you.

The choice to leave familiy home was difficult but Brighton Gardens has been a great expereince. Father has made friends and enjoys the day interactions.

Sunrise has always been a very positive environment for my mother. Clean, caring, and very friendly. Only issue is after hours communication (when calling- there are a few times no one answers).

I can only express gratitude and am thankful for all the care that is given to my mother. The caretakers treat my mother as if she was theirs.

We are very pleased with the placement of my mother in B.G. From the stress of moving in, to the care she receives now! The staff is wonderful.

We had a great experience all around, except for a big misunderstanding with billing after Mom left due to medical emergency. For the right resident, it's a great fit -- our case was unusual. I'd imagine most people would feel very happily at home there. It was a really warm and well-run environment; we loved all the staff we met. My mom was mostly paralyzed and dealing with cerebral dementia after a stroke, so she needed home care where I could be with her 24/7.

The staff at Sunrise are great. They are very caring, friendly, and really do make an effort to get to know the residents. They are helpful and do everything to make the resident and family experience the best possible. I would recommend Sunrise Crystal Lake to anyone looking for short-term or long-term care for a loved one.

On the tour the memory care looked great, the friendliness of the staff, the staff to resident ratio and the activities. Yes, I would definitely recommend their memory care section. Staff really cared for the residents. Their hospice care was comforting.

[name removed] who worked with us is definitely a plus. He was patient, kind, understanding of the needs of the elderly and explained as often as we needed. When we filled out the on line forms and had technical difficulties he was very patient and guided us through the forms. Not sure we would have completed them with out his assistance. He met us at the front door and walked us to our suite. He was a treasure especially helping to ease the change of lifestyles to the new residents. He made them feel welcomed and loved from the first moment.

[name removed] was great. We simply choose a location because the level of care that my mom needed was lower than what is offered at your location, so we went somewhere with a community that catered to her needs while giving her the freedom she still craves.

My grandmother is treated like a VIP. I’m glad to have the peace of mind that the wonderful people at Sunrise provide. They’re very accommodating, friendly, and compassionate. It’s worth a visit. Make sure to pet the sweet golden retriever that may greet you at the door!

No complaints. But it is expensive. The people who work there are very friendly and pleasant. The facility itself is first rate. There are plenty of activities on a daily basis, though my mother chooses not to partake in most because her hearing is bad and she can't hold a thought. They know their clients. They practice safety protocols. It's everything a person wants. An EMT crew that came to check my mother after a fall said it was the best facility in the county. And Montgomery Co has more than one million people

My dad had a great transition - their team made him feel very comfortable with the level of care and attentiveness (which continues to be at a very high level). He looks forward to the exercise class each day, enjoys mealtime (servers really know each resident's likes and needs), all the staff is very friendly. Nursing and care staff is very good. Easy to communicate with on site or via email. Also - the outside setting is lovely - nice path around the building with beautiful landscaping. Plenty of parking. [name removed], the sales coordinator, was excellent. Always there to help with our questions and help us navigate the transition from rehab -- and all the paperwork, etc. We were very thankful to have the assistance and guidance of A Place for Mom during this process. They helped us understand the "enhanced care" certification and really listened to what we felt Dad needed. Touring and choosing a facility can be overwhelming - and it was so nice to have Diana's guidance and expertise.

I would say that our experience has been very positive The staff is very caring and the nurses have been excellent The facility is warm and welcoming. Depending upon your situation I would recommend a visit. I think it depends on what kind of assistance is needed but I would recommend it overall.

I took a tour of this facility everyone was very nice. I received great information from the person who took me around. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility. Very warm and cozy.

My mother currently resides at Sunrise of Baton Rouge. We are very pleased with her care. The Care Managers are very kind and take the time to get to know residents. [Name removed] and [name removed] truly have our mother’s best interest at all times. They joke with her and love her unconditionally. The administration listens and responds to concerns. I’m impressed with the fact that the director, [name removed], interacts with residents on a daily basis. She has crawled on the floor in search of my mother’s hearing aids, cleaned up her bathroom, hand fed and calmed down a resident that became hostile in the cafeteria. The activities director, [name removed], is amazing!!! She always has 2 or 3 things going on at the same time!

I was very impressed with my visit and tour that day, with everything from the lunch, the facilities, the staff and the residents. I was so pleased that I am seriously considering making it my next place of residence. I even came back a week later and had lunch again. Nothing had changed at all. The food was excellent, the menu was with several choices.

It is a comfortable facility and the staff is great, the activities staff especially. We have had no negative experiences in 2 and a half months of being here. My mom is happy at Sunrise of Rockville. She has made some good friends and that would not have happened if she'd had in home care instead.

We shall never forget your generosity and concern for my Uncle and his family. Sunrise Senior Living's staff is a great and unique bunch of people who offered outstanding care to our uncle, who previously stayed at [facility name removed], under difficult circumstances. We will continue to suggest Sunrise to family members in need of great care.

We took a tour of Sunrise of Fort Worth during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was amazing! It's a very nice facility and we had no complaints about it.
