I want to introduce myself, first of all, I am a 84 year old lady, living in one of your Independant living homes. I came here 2 years ago and am kinda of a joker. Since you bought this establishment, we have seen quite a few changes, and most of them have really enriched our lives. I am writing to tell you that the new staff are wonderful, caring individuals. They listen to our complaints, and to their best ability do what they can to help with a complaint. The help that remained here, after the change in ownership are outstanding. They are kind and patient with us all. Thank you for giving me my home, and thank you for my new family. I truly believe this is home. Renee

We have had a great experience with Sunrise of Cary - it is a great place for a loved one. We have found the staff to be very professional and caring.

I have worked with this facility for many years. I work for a local Hospice company and have had a wonderful experience with their care team. I would recommend this facility. They take care of seniors with dignity.

The staff are very well trained and seem to be continuously learning in Memory Care. They are professional but also family friendly. Most staff are long term employees of Sunrise which is very good. They have procedures and systems in place to keep residents safe, engaged and healthy.

Our family had an in person tour with Brighton Gardens and it was great but the price point was an issue for us.

We picked this community, because it was homey, like a real home, sunlit, room was spacious, the place was not overwhelming, the staff enjoyed working there. It was a mile up the road and easy to get to. An easy work for my loved one to get to the dining room and parlor. Nurses are around till 8 PM too. Staff response to calls ( could use some more help at bedtimes in the a.m. and p.m.

The staff at Whispering Chase have been extremely friendly and helpful. As far as the apartment sizes go, mom though that the studio she was in was pretty small, but she moved to a one bedroom and loves the size and layout of it. I would recommend Whispering Chase to others, I know that she is happy and safe here.

What we like most about this community is the cleanliness, all of the staff are friendly and welcoming, food is excellent and there are multiple activities for the residents. Nursing staff and assistants are very attentive. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My dad has lived at Holiday Hills now for just over a year. The staff is great and always willing to help out. It has been a great experience for my dad and for me. My dad has the ability to participate in activities if he chooses and has social time with friends he has met there. I know he is safe and in a caring environment. I would recommend Holiday Hills to anyone.

I had a family friend that was staying in the memory care part and the staff was very warm and comforting during these hard times. We're very lucky to have caring souls to take care of them. I definitely will recommend friends and family here for future needs.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They treat my mom like she's family. The activities and special entertainment they provide is great for not only the residents but family and friends can enjoy it too. We love this place!

The staff is great at Varenita Simi Valley! Everyone greets my mother by name and she loves that. The housekeeping is fine. Personal laundry has been an issue, but it's more my mother's fault. I would highly recommend this facility to others. My mother keeps saying how she loves living there!

My mother in law liked a few places but said she really liked the homey feeling she got when she visited Sunrise. It's professional - friendly- good communication throughout the process I would recommend!

It was closest to my home and has features and price structure that was most appealing among the communities we considered.So far, we are pleased with the people on staff. They are generally very friendly and helpful. Staff and residents seem happy and positive in the interactions I have witnessed. The food is good, varied and well-prepared. There are lots of activities scheduled. My mother seems to like being there.

If we could give everything a 5 plus we would! Such a top notch place. From the staff to the workers on the front line. I am very impressed and thankful!!! There are a variety of menu choices at each meal. They are wonderful items starting with an appetizer of soup or salad. I have eaten with him a few times over the last two months and it is always hot and fresh. They don't just serve chicken tenders and French fries. The tables are beautiful with linen cloths and napkins, and a centerpiece. They really go above and beyond. The activities I have only observed, my parent doesn't really participate, but I see Bingo being played almost every afternoon. I see current event or history discussions or fact recalling groups. I've seen fun physical activities. Out to eat opportunities, worship and Bible Study. Music time. Just phenomenal. The most amazing thing is the workers attitudes and interactions with the residents. They have been trained well. Also, communication with the families is better than any place I have experienced any where else.

When it comes to the overall value for cost it is a little to expensive. Our loved one has enjoyed her stay there I believe. She is not there any longer because we have to move her to Florida when I live. However based on the experience we have had, we would recommend Sunrise of Newtown Square to other families.

We picked this community, because It seemed like a home, and not a hospital. The tour was nice. I saw everything and got answers. I would recommend this place to other families.

We loved everyone that we met at Sunrise, we're very impressed with their presentation of the memory care program , and seriously considered it, but it was their pricing structure that kept us looking. They were more expensive than [facility name removed], and we felt [facility name removed] had more to offer, especially with the circle of friends program.

The residents and staff are amazingly welcoming. My mom is 96 , hard of hearing and a bit foggy. I never expected her to be embraced as she was. One staff member actually thanked me for bringing my mom there. The food is surprisingly good too. The place is spotless but more importantly, cheerful. She's receiving physical therapy and that seems to be helping.

I visited Sunrise of La Costa for my dad a few days ago. I was impressed with the community and the new renovations. The location is right down from my home so I can visit my dad often. They offer all the comforts of home plus 24/7 staff. My dad already met a resident he connected with during the tour.
