I have found companionship here in this community, which I really enjoy. The staff has always been friendly and very attentive to me. Overall the community is kept clean and welcoming which I appreciate.

As soon as i walked into the building everyone was so welcoming. The care staff in memory care are absolutely amazing . They’re very professional and on top of their stuff . The residents are noticeably clean and well taken care of . The nurses are great as well !

This place is so clean and staff has been very good. I come to this facility to see a Resident for PT and i hear good things about this place. I would recommend this place for any elderly. The head nurse is very attentive and really cares about resident.

Sunrise is the greatest. People leave the [organization removed] and come to Sunrise but never leave Sunrise to go to [organization removed] or [community removed]. I love it at Sunrise. I plan on living here until I die. I have great companionship and love the activities. For example, I am first on the list to go to the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley. Before I came to Sunrise, friends of mine did an internet search and the results were Sunrise is one of the best if not the best in California and Countrywide. I love Sunrise.

Sunrise of Gurnee is a fantastic place, the leadership team as well as the fantastic care the residents receive is something we like the most about this community. Our first impression was a great smaller, family home feel

What we like the most about the Sunrise of Bethesda community is the different daily activities they have going on for the residents, the staff to resident ratio, the quality of the physical staff and the responsiveness from the staff team. Based on our experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families. A thoughtfully run community with an engaged and well-trained staff. Impressive daily activities to keep your love one occupied. Very positive experience and would absolutely recommend.

I had a very pleasant visit when I was there.. First thing I noticed was how good it smelled in there. [name removed] greeted me with a big smile. Her personality was bubbly, and enthusiastic. She explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. She was awesome to work with.

The staff were very polite and genuinely friendly. They were also very helpful with all my questions and were very knowledgeable about their work. The building itself was clean and was an overall happy environment.

When I first came to Sunrise, I thought I had made a mistake. I felt lonely and depressed. The staff continued to encourage me and assist me with my adjustment. Slowly I began to feel more at home and now feel part of my Madison family.

Very friendly and caring facility, all of my patients and their families are happy with the care. They have lots of activities for their residents and food is delicious. They also have in house specialists including physical therapist, psychiatrist.

This community is beautiful and provides the very best of care. They exceeded our expectations and treated my mom with love and respect. I always felt like I was part of the family. If you are in need of an assisted living for yourself or a loved one, Sunrise of Westlake Village is it! The staff are beyond amazing, much love to their caring hearts.

The facility was clean and beautiful. It was updated and everything was neat and in place. There were personal shadow boxes for residents that was very nice to see. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and able to answer all our questions.

This place looks so elegant after the renovations. The nursing care is very nice and helpful. Most of the caregivers have been taking care of mom for years. She is not the easiest as her memory and confusion has progressed. I am so grateful for the caring hearts that work here.

It's well-run, mom has improved both health-wise and mood-wise since moving in, the emphasis is on care, and they deal well with residents with high-level of care needs.Generally the interaction/communication with staff is good, they're responsive to calls, texts, emails, and follow through with tasks when contacted. We picked this community because, they could handle her care-level and had a reputation for good care.

The team has been welcoming and warm. My mom is happy with her choice. Laurene has been especially helpful. I would recommend this community. The price is reasonable too. The food needs a bit of work. The building is very clean

I just had a great tour given by [name removed] at Sunrise of Scottsdale. I’ve been visiting several Senior Living facilities to move my parents in from out of state. I want them to be near me and they require care. [name removed] was warm and inviting and knew all the residents by name. The residents looked happy and the entire staff was welcoming. After my tour I feel Sunrise of Scottsdale will be the perfect place for my parents!!

I helped my client move into this community at the end of July. She is adjusting and it took a while. She moved from Washington DC to San Diego. The staff was very helpful in making this a smooth transition.
