We had a good tour experience with Sunrise. The facility just needed some TLC and was not the right fit for my loved one.

Our tour at Sunrise of Roseville was fine. It was a little bit of an older setting, although I don't think it was all that much older than other places we looked at. We had a good tour experience with [name removed]. Ultimately, our decision came down to location.

Top notch care and full services cme facility

This community was very friendly and accommodating. We toured this community maybe three times. My loved one just decided to go with another community.

Our family had an in person tour and we loved everything we saw and what they offered, but we heard of some issues with the overall care so we really didn't look to much further into it

The staff is caring; however, it seem they are stretched due to not enough staff in the community. The basic care price is good, the price goes up based on the level of care your loved one needs. The staff stays on top of the care.

Our family had an in person tour and the lady who gave the tour was very nice and informational but the community was just to expensive. We also go very confused on the tour with all the different floors we felt like we just kept going up and down and were getting lost. We did not like the layout of the rooms, and the community just seemed to be not as bright. The wood tones were darker, the lighting was darker and just to dim.

I chose Sunrise Rockville to provide end-of-life care for my father, who was diagnosed with end stage dementia, after having read positive reviews and ratings across different senior care platforms. Sunrise at Rockville has indeed hold up to those reviews and their reputed values. After my father moved in, the nursing and caring team have been wonderfully attentive and supportive every day to my father, me, and my mother for the two months of my father's tenancy there until my father's passing yesterday. I am particularly grateful to the members of the nursing and caring team who have provided empathetic emotional support and wisdom that made this agonizing and difficult time bearable. All the members of the Sunrise at Rockville team are caring, attentive, and compassionate to all the residents and made this place truly a home. Rest assured that your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

It is a nice, safe, friendly, and well located, community. The food is excellent. The communication is good with the staff.

We have had a great experience so far with Sunrise of Cary. The staff have all been very transparent and great with communication, they always call right away with any updates or concerns they may have. I would recommend them to others looking.

Sunrise of Wayland is the best place I have ever seen, we had a very positive experience. They made everything better for as long as they could and he thrived here. They have a resident dog and that was a very good thing and really helped cheer the residents up. All of the staff were caring and went above and beyond. They hooked me up with Brookhaven hospice and they were incredible as well.

I toured many different sunrise facilities in the area and loved all of them. The facility was beautiful, well kept and clean. The tour guides interacted with the residents and knew them all by name. I would have felt comfortable having my mom here knowing she was well cared for. It just came down to the location.

The building itself is older, but it is very homey and the staff were just wonderful. I could not have been happier with everything and I would recommend Brighton Gardens of Middletown to other families.

I think this is a good place for your loved one. They take good care of the residents. The staff is good at encouraging the residents to participate in activities. My loved one seems to like the food.

This facility is top notch from start to finish. My dad had a wonderful experience as a memory care resident. The caregivers are always smiling and the residents know this place is home, everyone on the staff lives up to the mission statements. Sunrise is an excellent facility and deserved the top notch reputation they have earned.
