My brother is happy. Staff responses to my brothers needs. I think it is a great option with low turnover

We are brand new. I like the way they are willing to talk about problems in all areas. They have a suggestion box

I would definitely be on board if I needed assisted living. Not right for independent living. Would be interested if need arises

It really made me feel like I wasn't alone in caring for my mom. The place feels like family. They are awesome specifically [names removed] and [name removed] at the front desk. I would recommend to others.

[name removed] took my parents on a tour of the place. She was an absolute doll with my 88-year-old mother. Sunrise is so beautiful with lots of activities for the residents to do. They take them to Greenfield Village, the zoo, shopping in general to get snacks, etc. We’re moving my mother in next week and can’t wait for her to enjoy her time. The staff is absolutely wonderful to the residents and their needs. My mom has dementia, but I know she’s going to love it there!! If you’re looking for a beautiful memory care facility with all the the amenities, then do yourself a favor by at least taking a tour, you will love it!

This is a lovely Place, the staff and workers were pleasant. It would be ideal for my Mother, but the cost is too high for her.

The staff is very friendly The food is good & plentiful - served family style instead of on. Tray in your room by yourself. [name removed] likes the activities- bingo - paint night - live music - he's in the memory care unit which is secure but he has room to move around - so far so good.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend them. Loved all the activities available on the daily basis. . It was a great place that felt so right as we walked around the place.

The person(s) I talked to were kind and supportive. I felt like they were there for me, that I was not alone in this stressful process. They also had much knowledge about different facilities in Montgomery County, Maryland for me to tour for placement of my brother.

Sunrise McLean has the friendliness staff. They truly seem to know each resident well and show them love and respect. This is true from the maintenance staff all the way up to administration. The nursing staff are exceptional. Everyone seems to work as a team and do everything to support the services. For example [Name Removed] serve meals and the wait staff will help with dressing. I couldn't ask for a better experience for my mom.

I would give a 5 on everything a value on the money you do have to pay for any extra services example help with medicines daily help getting dressed daily getting taken to and from meals. These are all separate charges, but they do do a great job and I go at different times and different days so no one knows when I'm coming. They decorate so nice for every different holiday and everybody smiles. It is very homie. Residents can get involved in as much or as little as they want to there is always something to do from bingo to movies. You can decorate your room anyway you want bring in your own furniture if it makes your parent more comfortable. They have a bus and go on shopping trips. There is a lot to do there.

The people there were very professional and caring. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

The facility is very nice and we liked what is has to offer. The apartments are the best we have seen so far. What we didn't like is the fact that they don't offer independent living rates. The lowest level of care is assisted living but the only thing you get with that designation is nightly wellness checks. We felt you would be paying for assisted living when you are really independently living. And then adding more care to actually get assisted living would add more money.

Bear canyon was nice. Big improvement over living home alone. Nice apartment. Nice staff and residents. She picked a room with a view of the mountain range . Good experience.

The staff member who conducted the tour was helpful and very pleasant. It helped me clarify what am looking for. Sadly, this one is not for me.

Sunrise of Randolph is a great place. Recommend it highly - it would get a 9 or 10 in any category on a survey. Nursing assessment is excellent. Food is good. Plenty of activities. Communication to family is good. Nice neighborhood of people-great community feel.

I’d rate this a 4 out of 5 overall, mainly because the food doesn’t always align with my mom’s dietary needs. That said, I understand accommodations can only go so far. The leadership team is generally attentive, and several of the CNAs have been especially kind and caring. One thing I appreciate is their policy of responding to wristband calls within seven minutes, which they’ve been consistent about. The only ongoing inconvenience is that, since I usually visit after work when the doors are locked, it can sometimes take several minutes for someone to let me in or out. I do wish there were a more efficient secure entry system for visitors, but I still prefer this over having unrestricted access at all hours. Overall, it’s a much better environment than a traditional nursing home. It feels far less clinical and depressing — more comfortable and welcoming.

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour of Sunrise of Granite Run and the follow-up work and communication [name removed] provided our family during our efforts to find the right community for our uncle. Pam was professional, hardworking, responsive, and personable. I would very much recommend taking Sunrise of Granite Run into consideration for anyone looking for personal care in the greater Media area.

I am impressed with the staff and the facility. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Excellent facility excellent staff price was a bit high, but offered many reasons to justify price waiting to sell my house to have sufficient funds to afford living there
