Everyone is so welcoming! It's a wonderful community. Staff is extremely passionate about giving residents the excellent experience they deserve. I have enjoyed my time here getting to know residents and their families.

I have always felt safe here, which is very important. The staff is always so helpful and pleasant. For instance, when I needed a hospital bed after being in a rehab, the team went out of their way to get that for me during a difficult time.

This is a family neighborhood at this time of our lives. We enjoy the fellowship and the friendliness of the staff. This was the best and hardest decision we had to make to leave our home we loved of many years by moving here. Best choice we could have made!

Went to see, it was clean and well maintained, people who live there was friendly and very well cared for and they all loved it and I like the people that worked there and answered my questions and concerns

Through my interaction with the front desk individual, I have always been pleased, happy, with the help she has given me in regards to making my mother's time at The Village joyful and stress free.

At first I was not sure I wanted to be in senior living but now I love it. We stay busy with many fun and different activities friendly staff and residents, we feel like family.

Very nice, I like the activities wish there was a little more after dinner. The people are great. Food is great love my apartment.

They work with everyone's needs. Activities are engaging and transportation always available. Food is about a 4, but they offer it and will make sure needs are met. Personnel is wonderful and the atmosphere is light and bright.

Currently in transition. had a team meeting to address concerns and tips to help our mother + team adjust. We are comfortable and relieved knowing she is in a safe professional environment. The social activities are excellent. Their patience with the residents is beautiful. The whole team are beautiful with their interactions with the residents..

My parents are thriving at Danbury in Brunswick. My mother needs a lot of care and they take excellent care of her. My dad loves the outings and activities. Beautiful building and nice rooms for us to gather as a family. A vibrant and wonderful community!

Facility is well built and well maintained. Activity director is enthusiastic and does a good job. Food is ok. Servings are small but they willing give you more if you ask. Overall we are quite happy living at StoryPoint Novi.

The staff is wonderful. They are all so helpful and everyone knew my mom’s name within days. My mother is really impressed with the food. She has made many friends and has started to feel at home.

Feel very comfortable leaving my Sister in their care. Staff provides individual interaction with attentive care. Nurses and staff keep in contact with me and report any issues that may arise regard my Sisters health and needs she may have. Also, Food is prepared from scratch by an in house chef.

We visited a number of facilities when my mom could no longer live alone. StoryPoint was my Mom's favorite - the staff and residents were truly warm and welcoming, which made the transition much easier. There's a lot of emphasis on activities for people of all ages and abilities. The staff works hard to make sure new people make friends and get involved. Every apartment has a balcony or terrace. My Mom's apartment is very comfortable. She loves the wide doorways and walk-in shower, all the little touches that make life easier when your mobility is impaired. All in all, it's been a great fit for us, and I would recommend it highly.

It is clean the staff bends over backwards to help us with anything we need The food is good, we eat in an area that looks like a restraunt complete with waiters. They have shuttle service. The grounds are large, well maintained and you feel your in a park.

I can't say enough about Storypoint in Fairfield. They are amazing! They are responsive to any requests. The entire staff are amazing and the residents are wonderful as well. My mom absolutely loves living there and is thriving! Thank you for such an amazing place!

They are willing to make my mom feel welcome and treat her like family. They were willing to work with us and make the transition as smooth as possible. My mom feels at home and is able to relax knowing she is safe and has things to do, two meals a day and friends all under the same roof.

Story Point has been a great fit for our family member. The apartments have everything needed and feel like being in the community while having meals, socialization opportunities, staff benefits, and the ability to hire caregiver and medical services onsite. We are all very happy with the move and place we chose Then for the A Place for Mom: A Place for Mom was a great help for us in the midst of the unexpected change in our family member's health. They provided practical and calming support which was such a great help!

The building is run down in desperately needs a face-lift. However, the staff is wonderful and the food is amazing
