I would say that it was a very warm welcome and such a friendly place. The cottage is incredibly large and having a garage, fireplace, large rooms and bathrooms have been incredible. The local area has a ton of restaurants, shopping places and very close to the highway. The only thing I'd say would like to improve is the cleaning overall before moving in wasn't too thorough. The front piece screen is still ripped and the windows above the sink are pretty dirty but we didn't want to mention it as it wasn't a huge deal. We choose Aurora Pond because of the cottages. They're so big and having a garage and fireplace was really amazing. It's right across the way so it's very convenient for mom. Everyone's been so nice and the main building is great. Also having food options has been huge for mom.

I would say the services and activities, meals that are provided are great for the overall cost of the place to rent. Picked this place also for the location. I would recommend to others.

White Lake Assisted Living is a beautiful facility that feels like home. The staff is wonderful and very attentive to the needs of their residents.

The facilities are very modern and clean. Any staff member is eager to assist you with any needs or concerns. & there is always daily activities for the residents. My mother's apartment is very spacious.

What peace of mind to know my mom is being well cared for as well as being happy and content. Great staff, cheerful environment, clean and beautifully decorated.

My parents moved in 2 years ago after my Mom had complications from knee surgery. The process was smooth & seamless. [name removed] and the Sales team went above & beyond to make sure they understood my parents' needs to ensure we chose the best unit. Mom and Dad were thrilled with their huge balcony overlooking the woods & they love their 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. It is perfect to give them both the space they need. Steve & staff offer a wide range of activities daily & holidays, perfect for everyone. Since move in, my Dad has had a few strokes & because of the amazing staff, they quickly recognized he was behaving differently & immediately called 911 & me to get him urgent care. Their staff truly cares & knows each resident personally, so they are a valuable resource to help monitor my parents continuously. Visiting Angels are on site, so we have been able to simply increase the care they receive onsite & have not had to separate them or move them to an assisted living facility.

From my very first contact with Danbury Senior Living in Wooster, I have felt the staff genuinely cared about my mom and our desire to find the best place for her. My emails and phone calls have received prompt attention. This was my family's first experience in looking for long term care. The process was emotional and hard for all of us. During this difficult transition the Danbury staff have been supportive, informative, patient, and caring.

The staff here is great and they care about the residents. The food is hands down the best! Very clean and well managed community.

The grill room is certianly something we use very often. You would not believe the wonderful meals we get to enjoy.

I toured the facility looking for a home for my grandmother and was very pleased when I toured. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with providing information about making this transition in grandma's life.

My mother absolutely loves the activities there. She enjoys going on outings that are provided every week and she also enjoys the entertainment. She's always bragging on the activity ladies.

When I walked in I felt like I was at a resort. Upscale dining. Lots of amenities. Residents playing bingo for prizes. Live entertainment.

The cleaniness and friendliness is above and beyond any other facility that I have been inn. This is a beautiful facility.

For the cleanliness, sometimes they get overwhelmed and with the care services, sometimes conflict between nursing staff and life enhancement staff causes slow downs in service. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families and already have.

Mom is very happy @ WLAL feels safer and loved. She is well cared for and well fed. Everything is beautifully maintained.

My mom lived at the facility since July 2021. She is very happy & likes her room with a sliding door that goes out to a "round-about" that she can walk around. She likes the food & has gained weight because of all the good desserts.

I set up as a vendor for the bazaar. From the moment I arrived I was greeted, everyone was kind, friendly, and helpful. Staff help me clean up my area and load my car. It is a beautiful place. The residents were happy & engaged. Santa on the firetruck was awesome.
