Am in my 12th year here. Moved from 600 miles away. I'm sure I could never have made a better choice. Outstanding facility.

Our E.D. here has gone above and beyond to make my experience her outstanding. Our L.E team is the greatest. Caring and loving to all and make sure we have many different activities. People recognize me from being on TickTock! It is a wonderful place to live here.

This is by far the best community The care is top notch. The events. are plenty & so much fern. The most active community I have seen the most caring. And most important is that my mom is thriing.

My in-laws love living at STORY POINT. They were reluctant after moving from their longtime home but for the end of their first year they wanted to before stay. They are always telling us of the kindness done by staff or other residents. It truly has become the home they love.

We were very happy with StoryPoint. I'd give them 5s across the board. I'm not sure how it is now because we called back recently to donate some of my dad's things and the Exec. Director and the head of the nursing staff have moved on to new jobs elsewhere. When we were there though, the food was great and, while there were activities, the only thing I could get my dad to do was to join the other residents in s song along at the central piano after some meals. That wasn't an official activity though. It was one of the residents who played piano when she wanted to. Having a fully furnished respite apartment for 3 months gave my dad some independence while he was working on walking again after a bad fall.

I have lived here for 5 years. During this time I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful

My mom needs alot help, and is in good hands with the Forest Glen family. They are very caring and always have moms best interest in mind. The staff always have a smile and a hello for guests. I know mom is well cared for and looked after which gives me peace of mind!

I like living here very much! I'm very happy here and really do enjoy seeing her. Every one is very nice and helpful.

We celebrated a birthday for out mother in the private dining room. The chef suggested details I did not think of. Food was amazing!! Cake was amazing as well, Highly recommend. So enjoyable with out party of 9.

My mother-in-law has been in the Independent Living community for 2 1/2 years. It was unsettling for her to move out of her home after 55 years; however, the staff at Independence Village really went out of their way to help with the adjustment. They were very proactive about helping her make new friends and tried different arrangements to ensure this. They even made sure she was able to navigate to her apartment by "hanging back" and helping if needed. The aides are so personable; you can tell that they "don't just hire anybody"; these aides are carefully chosen for their love for seniors. And they learn about their residents so they can meet specific needs. The chef is phenomenal! He and his staff prepare exceptional meals and provide beautiful and tasty treats for special activities. Honestly, it's like they are cooking for royalty...and that's how the residents are treated! Even the younger servers are sweet. The activities they do are so fun and creative. They plan

I have visited a lot and they are always having fun, The Thanksgiving meal was great. They seem to be one big family.

I have neem in the building multiple time and it has always been great! I helped with a few game show parties like family feud and The Price is Right. Everyone was laughing and having fun.

Great staff. Good food with a cafeteria style of serving residents. Clean facility. Good location. My father in law is very happy here. Services provided on the grounds are great. Like a visiting physician and others.

I would recommend this service and this facility to anyone that is considering looking for the right place for a family member! Pairing our loved one with this experience is definitely something I would recommend!

Very good and satisfied with the director that took over for [named removed] The new person is much friendlier. Cleaning of my room is not consistent. The food is delicious-soups are out of this world! Staff is like family- this is my second home! Thank you for everything.!!

Everything was wonderful. 5 . I was disappointed that they took the cats away. I know my mom would have enjoyed them as I'm sure the cats enjoyed all the attention. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would of course recommend this community to other families!

My dad recently relocated to Independence Village from another facility. The caring staff made him feel comfortable the minute he walked through the doors for the tour. The day of move in he was welcomed with a Welcome Home sign with his name and fresh flowers. His apartment and the entire facility is very clean and bright. He loves his balcony and the independence to manage his meds with my help. Both he and I like the wellness call he receives every morning to check on him. I would highly recommend Independence Village. Thank you for making my dad happy and comfortable.

They offer great activities and food classes. Most of the residents do need to be prompted a little more to join in the activities.

We enjoy the exercise every morning; also in any activities are available. The food is very good. The cleaning of resident apartments is very much appreciated. Ample parking. Friendly workers and friendly residents.
