Moved in about a month ago. Has been the best move. Love it here. The apartments are beautiful. The food is awesome and the staff are so warm and caring from day one!

The Marvelous food. The selection is great. Dining experience is lovely. Gives us an opportunity to visit with each other. Activities, there is something for everyone. Staff are wonderful. The front desk staff have "HALOS." Your needs are met immediately. Even emergency incidents are timely. They are always open to new ideas.

I would say that even though my Mom had a ( normal ) adjustment period to her move, as a family we have been extremely happy with entrusting her to Storypoint. It is a clean, bright, warm community & certain staff in particular seem to go out of their way to make Mom feel welcome & be so kind to her. I would highly recommend Storypoint to a family looking for excellent care & new home for their loved ones.

When I toured this community everyone seemed to feel right at home. The building was very well kept. I would definitely recommend to other!

My mom went to the community for the last year of life. She enjoyed the friends she made, the food, the staff was very kind and concerned about her. Very great place.

The staff here go above and beyond to help the residents. Numerous activities are done every month,, that are fun educational. Meals are good. Medications are dispensed with a smile and accurately.

I would say the staff and residents are very welcoming. We picked this community because of the location.

A variety of options are available from memory care to independent living with patios/garages available. On site eatery/deli available for friends and family during the day as well as an evening bar and entertainment. I highly recommend StoryPoint Cordova to others looking.

Our family researched and toured places before selecting the long-term care facility placement for our treasured mom. Ludington Woods has friendly and caring individuals sharing TLC with residents like they are their own relatives. The special attention the residents receive, as a need arises, is appreciated. Each week, there are activities for the residents to attend, if they want to join the fun. The caregivers personally invite each resident and that makes all the difference in our mom choosing to enjoy the sessions or not. There are even outings where a bus takes the residents on “field trips”. Our mom loves to have her hair styled and nails painted every week in the onsite salon! The cleanliness (& scent) of the building inside, shaded porch, and green grounds are lovely. The windows all throughout the building allow the natural light to shine inside. We know our mom has a special place in her heart for each adult caring for her in our absence. What a blessing!

I have found the experience of living here has been far better than I expected. There is almost always something going on that one can participate in and on the whole the meals are good.

Stonegate staff quickly got my aunt into their facility right from the hospital. While she lived they provided so much for her to do and provided the best care. A bit pricey but it was like staying in a hotel so comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the care she received right up until the end.

The staff at Danbury were extremely supportive of my parents, my sisters and me. We were coordinating the move from 3 states. We had so many questions and concerns. They answered them and never felt pushy.

We have looked at several communities in Columbus. The staff here has been nothing short of amazing! Taking time to explain everything to us as well as maybe meeting to reassure our decision.

I love to look at my view and take it in. The food is fancy, and they feed us alot.

I would give all a 5. We are very pleased with Story Point. The staff at Story Point Bolingbrook make it a point to know the residents name's. It makes it more personal. Everyone is friendly and respectful. My father's room is a nice size for one person. I know there are rooms for couples living there. It is easy to get around there. The main entrance has a bistro where people can gather and socialize. You can have something to eat and drink. There is a library, a beautiful shop and other rooms where they have activities like bingo, exercise classes, a movie theater. My father goes to the movies almost every night. There outings to places like the aquarium and museums in Chicago as well as local parks and restaurants.

I'm now beginning my 44th year as a resident at Independence Village, and finding it to be a great place to spend senior years. I'm enjoying the friends that surround me, the many activities and outings arranged by the staff and food service.

I was pleased with the experience. Staff was thoughtful to mom and attentive to us as well.

The nurses were particularly helpful. My mom was in hospice during her final 4 months at StoryPoint and the storypoint nurses worked with right along side of the hospice staff to ensure her care was top notch

I would say all 5's. I'm happy with the facility. I thought it was a beautiful place , the staff were nice and helpful, the price was comparable. Very loving and caring for my mom. Very informative about her care.
