Activities are great. Plane ride was great. There is always something to keep us active. Staff is very helpful. Keep it up.

It was clean, people were active. The rooms were the nicest. It was an excellent experience.

Honestly, I don't remember getting any feedback regarding the meals. Also, we didn't get involved in the activities but I knew a good deal was going on. In regards to the cost, I don't know what the judge that on as we did not have any similar experiences previously. Overall, my father was quite pleased with the facility and the staff

Activities were so appropriate for the ladies there. And because my mom couldn't really go out they took her to the activities with in the facility. Cleaned everyday and got to know [name removed], everyone always had a smile and helped. Nutrition and kitchen Staff noticed when mom was eating in her room and when she was sending her plates back without her eating much and told me, her laundry was always correct and wonderful. In the end when she would have accidents, they would special clean those and when I wasn't there to help her the assistants lovingly helped her. When she needed to be transferred from the hospital rehab they helped me move her things and let us know that we needed time to move her things out of her apt that was fine with no extra charge, every single person in the dementia ward was AMAZING. All so sweet and talked to her like old friend. I walked in several times while they were speaking to her or taking care of her and EVERY TIME they were helping her, reassuring her, and just talking or listening to her. Never ever heard anyone there in any room (most doors open there) speak harshly or being abrupt. Also, when she moved, our favorite cleaning lady would come and visit and [name removed] from her old ward came to have lunch with her several times even though mom had no idea who she was.

I'm very happy here and feel safe. I'd probably say that I like it here. But they have changed chefs since I first got here and I don't think the food is as good as it was.

We are not sure about the value for cost, but everything is so expensive and I haven't checked out how it compares with other places. We have been very happy there. Unfortunately, mom's money will run out in this next year and not sure about what will be next.

My mother in-law is very particular and she is thriving at Jackson Meadow. Of course it took a few months to adjust but now she is content in her new home. She is socializing daily. When we go get her for our weekly family dinner night she is ready to get back home as soon as the meal is finished. She loves the freedom of independent living with the community of others. The staff are great. Always smiling and helpful. She likes that there is a beauty shop inside the property. We are so grateful that A Place for Mom helped us find Jackson Meadow. We recommend both to all our friends who are in need of such help. Thank you to both companies.

It's always so clean and peaceful there. I think that adds so much to the resident's quality of life to have a well kept attractive environment. My mom said the meals were terrible. My mom was usually not a complainer but she did not like their food. At All.

Overall, she likes being there and has made many good friends. The food was extremely good in the beginning and then went not good, and she complained. It is starting to get better, again.

A great place to retire and live the best life. Great food, friendly, welcoming and fun! I look forward to living there.

I have no problem at all, Very satisfied. Like the people, smile because I'm happy here. New General Manager is sweet. New Activities Director is wonderful.

The Village is the best facility I have dealt with. The staff works very hard to make it a home and community. The kitchen is 5 stars. My brother [name removed] is very happy here. We expect he will live here the rest of his life on a scale of 5 I give it 10.

This is an outstanding place. I like everybody. Everyone works hard, Dining is always clean. The food is outstanding. The kitchen goes above and beyond. I want to live here the rest of my life.

5 on all except the meals which are still very good but prob at a 4. There is a beautiful view of the mountains are a bonus as is its location, which is close to a number of restaurants and easy shopping opportunities. It has a very welcoming and positive environment with very kind staff. Modern accommodations with well thought out activities and spaces.

I have been very pleased with the Quartet Senior Living facility and staff. They are providing excellent care for my Mom. I rate them as a 5 on all of the categories with the caveat I cannot properly rate their activities (#6) because I have had very limited exposure in this area. I thank you and the rest of the staff at A Place for Mom. Your assistance in finding a Senior living center for my Mom was greatly appreciated!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and they offer a lot of activities and outings.

The staff and caregiving is above the best. My brother is thriving at this facility as best as he can having early onset dementia. I have peace of mind. It is a little pricey but I have zero complaints. They call with little incidents which I welcome.

It was a positive experience. We picked this community because the visit was positive and affordable.

You get a private room and a private shower - it's like an apartment. It is a beautiful place - we are glad we chose Wooster Danbury for mom.

I haven't compared the cost to other places. We chose this community for the location, the cost, friendly atmosphere and it's not too big.
