Danbury Brunswick is a beautiful facility. It's very clean and the staff is welcoming and friendly. They offer a variety of activities, something for everyone. They do it right at Danbury Brunswick!

The staff is very friendly are very informative. They answered all of our questions are returned all of our calls in a timely manner. The number of options for activities allow the residents to stay busy and allows then the ability to stay active and socialize.

I feel good about being here. I enjoy talking to staff and making new friends. Breakfast and coffee is delicious. I really enjoy going to activities and outings.

My mother entered StoryPoint because our options were limited as she used a Hoyer lift. Due to a sudden illness. StoryPoint exceeded Expectations!! Their came OT and PT teams were portal to her rehibition. She is taking item 1st steps to walking. SP's came. Guidance and encouragement made item quality of life exceptional.

My two visit have been in the memory care living. Clean facility, staff is very nice and helpful. Residents appear to be well taken care of. The bird cage is such a great idea for residents.

Lived here for nearly nine years. Seen people come and good. I must be satisfied or I won't still be here.

Very friendly and nice to live here. Like all the activities offered here. I love ability to go out on bus trips. Like our trips to the casino being my favorite and I love going out to restaurants. The workers here are super friendly.

This is the first day of the rest of my life. I can truly say I'm living God's dream. Independent Village helped me find a purpose. As 89 that's a wonder but I'll take it. [name removed] her staff, the aids etc. plus all the truly beautiful people have made it possible. Most importantly, I have found the Lord and a beautiful lady firmed to share each day with. Thank you!

This is a wonderful community with so many amenities to offer. I have a friend who lives in Independent living and I come have dinner and listen to live entertainment every Tuesday with her! Meals are great and the facility is always clean.

We had a very short timeline to admit our 100 year old friend. The Sanctuary team did a wonderful job coordinating all of the moving parts to get her moved in within 2 days! We have been delighted with the care she is receiving. All staff that we have interacted with have been professional, respectful, knowledgeable and pleasant! Our friend has commented how nice everyone has been, as well! Thank you to all!

I spent time with [name removed] and she and her team were amazing as were the residents! [name removed] also had a co-partner in trading and he was very informative and caring as well. We toured different units and spent time going through pricing and all. Next we bring Mom and Dad to tour!

This building has really come a long way. The management team has done a wonderful job working together as a team and making sure all loved ones feel safe and families have piece of mind. Care staff are amazing and go the extra mile to make the residents feel loved. The Life Enrichment Director has done an amazing job and the entertainment is wonderful! They even have a pet therapy dog that comes multiple times a month.

Springvale has the most kind, caring, respectful staff. They have an excellent management team that responds quickly to any concerns. They have a building is beautiful and always decorated for all holidays, and the community events they have are wonderful.

The care services are better now that my loved one is so limited and needs full care in all areas. When he had a little more capability, they over estimated his abilities more. The care services rating is mostly due to turnover which is a systemic problem in long term care. They do better than most. My loved one likes their meals. They have a lot of activities. Now that my loved one is declining, he is unable to participate in a lot of them but they also get a lot of live music in the building which he still loves. It's staggeringly expensive but luckily long term care insurance is paying for it, so far. He would not be eligible for Medicaid. However I can't care for him at home so having quality care is valuable. Would recommend. Staff very supportive and open to suggestions.

It's a beautiful place full of great caregivers. We picked this community because of the location, the appearance and cleanliness of the facility and the people.

From the very first day and very first meal, the staff made us feel at home. The Executive Director, Community Specialist, Executive Chef and Maintenance team greeted us with open arms. My husband and I feel comfortable and safe here.

I have stayed with friends at Southwick Village and truly enjoyed it. The cottages are a great option for privacy and the ability to socialize as well as you like. I may consider joining the community in the future.

It's so new so everything was nicer than where she was. But one thing about the memory care here. They have nurses station inside memory care whereas her last facility did not. Everyone is so nice. The cost I feel takes advantage of those who can afford it, making it impossible for those who can't. She needs more care now so I get that it went up. But when we moved her in, they only had the latest room available. She promised to call when a smaller room became available. Well, of course she did not.

I looked into two places locally. I liked this one because it was smaller and seemed more personable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I wanted a place where I could bring our dog to visit my husband. The staff engages with all the residents and are very caring. My husband has been there two months and seems to be adjusting well thanks to the attention that is given to him.
