Awesome Community! The care the residents receive at this facility is top notch. They have fun and amazing activities for the residents daily. The food menu is well planned and they have a great selection. Rooms are laid out nicely and spacious!

My client is very happy at Southwick Village. The happiest I've ever seen him. The people who live there are very friendly and the staff is awesome..im glad I gave them a second look. [name removed] was very polite and helpful. The whole staff is. Very pleased. As well as your help in finding an affordable place. You have a great organization

I loved this pace and wish my father-in-law would have stayed. The only reason he left is because he wanted to be home, nothing wrong with the place. I would definitely recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I'm a musician and perform regularly at many senior living communities throughout West Michigan. This gives me a unique view and opportunity to make some comparisons. What I notice about Story Point Grand Rapids is the very healthy, relaxed culture. The residents seem happy and the interaction between staff and residents is upbeat, warm and genuine. I would be very comfortable to have any of my loved ones be a part of this community!

The entire staff, from the top down, exhibit a caring, positive attitude. The food service and quality are excellent. It is menu ordered and not repetitive.

After a smooth transition into his new apartment- my dad is thriving at Danbury. He is more active and eating so much better. [name removed] and [name removed] cooking is amazing!!! Really, it is!! All that work there had his name memorized the first day and ours as well. Once he got on their schedule- housecleaning and laundry are awesome for him. We are very pleased and know he is safe.

Staff is fabulous and caring. There is an amazing array of activities to choose from. The residents are nice and welcoming. Food is great. Apartments are LOVELY and modern. It's a wonderful place.

Right now dining experience is not the best but hoping it will get better.the staff is great and activities are good.

I believe God directed her stay at Independence Village. She suffered a stroke which essentially took all her communication away, adding to her dementia. We loved her and wanted her caretakers to love her too. They did!! They hugged her and kissed her cheeks and walked and talked with her. It gave us so much peace knowing that she was taken care of so well. The took our very frequent calls and face time which helped us stay connected. Her stay was short but sweet. Kudos to all of you for caring so deeply for our mom??

The rooms are great! The facility is well maintained with a warm atmosphere. You can tell the staff genuinely cares for the residents. They have lots of daily activities to attend and social opportunities. I would highly recommend StoryPoint!

It is hard to reach someone but Staff is very knowledgeable and explain in understandable terms.

Springwood is wonderful, the staff, the residents. I feel safe living here, people always check to see if your doing OK. So many activities and outing to go on.

I recently toured this facility for my grandmother, and I was incredibly impressed with the experience. [name removed] did a fantastic job - she was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also exceptionally kind and caring throughout the entire process. Her compassion and attention to detail made what could have been a difficult decision feel much more comfortable and reassuring. It's clear she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Thank you for going above and beyond — your warmth made all the difference! Since then, our experience has only reinforced that first impression. My grandmother has been so well cared for, and the entire staff has been consistently attentive, warm, and supportive. I’ve even attended a few activities with her, and I love how the team finds creative ways to make residents feel valued while keeping them active and engaged. The peace of mind knowing she is happy, safe, and respected means the world to our family.

The staff has been wonderful! Everyone has been very personable and caring. The chef has been great. There's definitely activities. So for those that like that, I think they offer very nice events and happy hour and game night. It's a beautiful place always clean

I like the small neighborhoods. They are more homey. I would recommend them to others who are needing to find a place for their loved one.

My mom moved into Impendence Village in [date removed], and from the very beginning, she's felt truly at home. " The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Always going the extra mile to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for. She's also been enjoying the food! It's really comforting to know she's in a place where she feels safe. supported and happy.

My Mother has been at StoryPoint for 11 months. I can't say enough about this facility. We needed a place ASAP and we were so blessed they had one room open. Since she has been there I don't have to worry about her. She is getting great care and she loves the staff there. They really go above and beyond everyday!

Apartments are lovely as is the entire building. Activities seem more "adult" than previous place when my dad needed AL. (happy hour, chair yoga, themed parties, cards and poker) Expensive I guess. Only dinner, but that seems to work for my mom. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to most medical offices and hospital.

The staff is pleasant. Mom is safe and has plenty of things to do and have two meals a. All with keeping her independent and autonomy.

When I reached the point of looking for an assisted living place, I shopped around and checked out a number of places. None of the others held a candle to Story Point Chesterfield. The level of activities and services provided were far better than any other location I toured. The incredibly friendly and enthusiastic staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable from the very beginning. I’m so impressed with the quality of opportunities afforded me here! I have all the freedom I want as well as many distractions, outings and events available to suit everyone. I have a hard time keeping up with all the various offerings of ways to spend my time! It’s no wonder that they have won so many awards for excellence and even national recognition. I have made so many friends here and keep myself so busy that my kids don’t worry about me anymore, especially since our families get invited to many of our parties and events. I’m so grateful that I found Story Point Chesterfield for my home!
