I like Story Point. It is a happy place to live very caring staff.

Lots of things to do people just need to take advantage n=morning and lunch services are great but dinner needs attention but the staff all try and overall its good.

Everyone is so nice and truly cares about us.

Good relationship with the maintenance department assisting them with their concerns and preventive maintenance program. The staff standing at the front desk is always helpful and courteous.

I am very grateful I am here, grateful for the food and extra snacks. very happy with the service I have gotten maint is always willing to help when there are problems. Everyone is friendly here. Bus service is excellent large variety of activities. Food, shopping and outings.

I have lived here almost three years and have very pleased with my experience here.

I came to slay at Meadow Lane for a couple months to re-comp after an illness. I can't describe. The comfort and peace I've experience! My apartment is quiet, I sleep well and the best part is being treated like a queen on my spa bath days!

I have lived at Independence Village for eight years. As a non driver and with lack of mobility in climbing stairs. I have been at the accuse most of the thing this facility offers. Best of all is the interaction with residents and the ability to have solitude when desired.

The staff and care team were all wonderful. They took great care of my patients and treated them with dignity. I would recommend Story Point Saline with 100% confidence to anyone looking for a place for their patients and loved ones.

My wife and I particularly like the social events like wind down wed and happy hour Friday. Margarita Monday it gives us the opportunity to meet other residents and enjoy a cocktails or two.

I have lived in this community for two and a half years. I have lived in Enhanced Care and Independent Living. This is truly a close community a family and home away from home.

For the most part, we have had very positive experiences at Independence Village of Traverse City. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The dining experience is sometimes slow, but the food is good. I feel my father-in-law is in a good place.

They are awesome! They are very family oriented, kind and supportive. My mom was in a one bedroom apartment and it was perfect for her. She had a stove, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and standing shower.

Forest Glen has a honey feel and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are impeccable and so kind and loving. Staff goes above and beyond for every resident. From kitchen staff to care staff every staff member goes about their job with the care and wellbeing of every resident in mind. There is no better place than Forest Glen.

My sibling adores the caregivers, they pay a lot of attention to him. For activities, he tells me he has nothing to do. I know that's wrong. He just doesn't seem to want to participate. For value for cost, What can I say? Bottom line: he needs what you can provide and it's easy to see he is happy at Glen Oaks. He pays a lot and he gets a lot! He doesn't complain.

I must say Forest Glen is much more than I imagined. I was visiting a loved one from out of state. The assisted living rooms are spacious and clean. I was surprised at how spacious. The community area was very clean. The grounds were clean. The outdoor sitting area was clean and easily accessible. Thank you to the staff whom my loved one absolutely adores. I feel my loved one is safe.

I went to visit my grandmother for what I thought would be a short visit ended up half the day. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. All the staff was so polite and genuinely kind. My grandmother was in high spirits and excited about a Halloween activity happening there soon. Thank you all for a wonderful visit!!!

My grandma lived at Forest Glen Assisted Living. She was quite the spitfire and the staff and management handled it so well! The administrator would even go talk with her and calm her. They try their absolute best to accommodate the residents in every way no matter what! They truly love their residents and the bonus families that come!

Things are going well. You have been taking great care of us. My wife us eating better here. We get walks to the DR and she is walking better.

This Independent Village has exceptional staff and my apartment has been "just right. My husband died in May of last year. The staff and residents could not have have been more caring and supportive. Their response was a "gift" to our family.
