So far no complaint. Has everything I need. Always caring, helpful. I've been here 2 years and a like it here employees are very nice. Within the last 6 months. I've been helped to enjoy activities.

It's a fun place and I feel I belong here. I have many new friends best set up for a 95 yr old woman.

Lived here 15 years, feels like home and surrounded by friends. Staff is friendly and addresses any problems or concerns immediately with a smile. Well within price for other communities Currently going through several upgrades to my local community.

Our loved one is now at StoryPoint and we have been very happy with them. Well managed. [name removed] is very attentive to residents there. Dining services are excellent.

My mother made the choice to move to Danbury after visiting and [name removed] took us on the tour. They were very helpful with her move and checked on her for several days to make sure she was adjusting well. She has made many friends and enjoys the daily activities and trips. They have several holiday events that are always wonderful with entertainment and excellent food for friends and family. I always find the staff friendly and available to answer any questions or listen to my concerns.

I moved from another facility that I had bad food and employees. I was so pleased to find kind, invested employees. The food is great. Lots of activities, from painting to crafts, bingo, and entertainment.

StoryPoint has been the answer to my family's prayers. The facility is beautiful and the apartments are very nice. There is a posted daily calendar of activities and also a weekly calendar for each apartment. Some of the activities I've witnessed are a University of Memphis tailgate party, music playing in any of the common areas, art classes, field trips, etc. The dining room is lovely and the meal selection is impressive. My mother is very happy with the quality of the food selection. She is also very happy that she has the independence to walk down the hall to the salon and get her hair and nails done. I personally have been a very appreciative of the nursing staff. The StoryPoint team is professional, considerate, extremely helpful, and very kind to my mother. The sales team, the front desk receptionists, the nurses, the activities directors, the kitchen staff and housekeeping are all angels and are making a huge difference to my family.

My great-grandfather had late stage Alzheimer’s and he needed a memory care facility but the place he was staying at said he had aggressive behavior but that wasn’t the case they just couldn’t handle it like he needed. He had been rejected from a home that same day that I called a place for mom. My Mamaw was so distraught about not finding a place for him… but I called and talked to [name removed] and she gave me 5 places that would work for him. One of the called me while I was still on the phone with her. We set up a visit to that same memory care place the next day and we got him in in less than a week! I will forever be grateful for a place for mom because they make a hard stuff a little bit easier!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memory care, assisted living, or nursing home!

On a daily basis, I see members of the staff, including housekeepers, kitchen, staff, receptionists, and caregivers taking time out of their busy work schedules to sit and talk with the residents. That means a lot to me.

it's pretty pricy but I think they all are anymore. The staff, they are all so kind and caring towards my parents. And the facility is really nice, I refer To it as "the Taj mahal of Senior Living"

I would recommend it to others. We were attracted by the price, the size of their rooms, the services like onsite physical therapy, outings, groups (social) and the meal options.

"I moved in to Springwood Place 5 months ago. I sold my 4 bedroom home in Hilliard as I wanted to get closer to my daughters in Westerville and my home was getting a bit hard to keep up. Truthfully, I was a little concerned at downsizing and living in an apartment complex not knowing anyone. It did not take long to realize I had made the right decision. Springwood is so welcoming with many activities and friendly neighbors that I feel right at home. [name removed], the manager, is available for any questions and the maintenance staff takes care of any problems. You can't beat that! I never have to worry about pretty much anything. I have made many friends and joined the book club, exercise class, and many other activities. And now when I see ads on TV for roof repair, lawn mowing, kitchen remodel etc. ...I just look around my large and beautiful apartment and smile. Springwood Place is my home." [name removed]

My father spent almost 5 years living at Danbury before his death in 2024. The Director, [name removed], and her staff are AMAZING!! They were always fun and made the residents feel like family. The nursing staff was amazing, knowledgeable, responsive and very caring. They always called me whenever there was any kind of issue. The PT on site is also very good, and my dad said the food was great! The pub and theater were also nice! They have 2 hospice companies on site, and when my dad went into hospice, they were very quick to get a bed set up for him and all the supplies he needed prior to his hospital release. When he was dying, they treated all the visitors like VIPs, and all the residents were able to go in and say goodbye to my father before he passed. It meant a lot to them because they said many times families don’t let them know what happened and they always miss their friends. We were so very happy we could do that for them. Great place to live!

StoryPoint Chesterton is a great place! Everyone is very helpful, patient and kind.

I have yet to meet one bad employee, they are so good to us. I have lived here over 12 years in independent Living and just recently assisted living.

Although my mother and mother-in-law have only been for a short period of time, did not take us long to realize what an amazing place Bayfield is. The staff is wonderful and strives to make both moms feel right at home and to make each day. Meaning! We are blessed to have found Bayfield!
