After spending several days interviewing 10 senior assistant living/memory care facilities in the Metro Knoxville area, (StoryPoint Knoxville West Senior Living Facility) was by far the BEST! From the moment I walked in the front lobby door I knew this would be my Mom’s new home. The staff and caregivers are exceptional, they are kind, compassionate and seem to really care about my Mother’s needs. They are knowlegeable and attentive and I know my mother is getting excellent care by skilled professionals. The beautifully renovated building also boasts attractive landscaped and spacious outdoor leisure areas. I recently moved my Mother into the Memory Care floor a couple of weeks ago and she has already settled in nicely and has not said one negative thing about StoryPoint! If you knew my mother, that is a HUGE compliment! It really does feel like a quaint, homey environment and I know I made the right decision!
