I would rate each of these at a 5. We are very pleased with all aspects of Hathaway Hills! It's really clean and dad's apartment is very comfortable with a nice view and yard right out his sliding glass door. The staff is very thoughtful and patient, and has been very supportive of dad and our family. We appreciate the HH teams effort to get to know the resident and their family. Love that we're in a first name basis with many of them.

Our mother is so happy here and continues to flourish. We have entrusted her care to your fabulous staff. [removed name] and [removed name] are exemplary nurses that oversee all medication and provide tender loving attention, always! [removed name] keeps Mom’s apartment extremely clean. Maintenance is very attentive! The food is delicious and nutritious. The variety offered is a true find. Love the hot cocoa machine! [removed name]answers all questions we have as she oversees sign in and out at the reception desk. [removed name] communicates effectively, which is key to this process. [removed name] is calming and reassuring, as she was from our initial call, face to face meeting, the move in and beyond. [removed name] continues to be readily accessible to Mom and to our family. Mom has found new friends and with the wonderful [removed name], fully enjoys all the extra curricular activities planned. Her favorite is Bingo! We appreciate family inclusion and seasonal events. Storypoint provides a clean, safe, quiet and warm homelike environment. Thank you!

Words cannot express how pleased my family has been with Storypoint Pickerington. The administration has been a great team. When we had issues they addressed them quickly and were always ready to go the extra mile for our loved one. Facility looks brand new and always clean, the food is good. My dad was at StoryPoint in Saline for the last 5 years due to Parkinson's Disease. [name removed] took over 3 years ago and the care became top notch! Perhaps even better when she hired [name removed] as her assistant. If either of them had left to go somewhere else, while my dad was there, I would have moved him to wherever they went! [names removed] were both available anytime of the day or night. I am not just saying this, they really would respond to a message at 3 am & did whatever was needed. It is a vocation for them, not a job! I tear up just thinking how lucky my dad & I were to have them and the wonderful group of caregivers they hired. It also takes a huge amount of insight & critical thinking to hire the best caregivers ever! [name removed] had this gift, and I believe [name removed] did too! StoryPoint Saline always has always had great activities as well, which kept my dad happy! [name removed], the director, is also intelligent, caring and insightful which is what every retirement home needs

I’m extremely pleased with the excellent care my Mom is receiving from Storypoint Saint Joseph. The entire staff is attentive, effective, timely, compassionate, and efficient in every aspect. The communication from staff to resident and family is transparent and honest. I have not noticed any judgment or bias. The building is kept very clean, and weekly deep cleaning of my Mom’s room as well as laundry could not be any better! This facility is wonderful and worth every penny spent. I've been a resident here for 4 years. My wife recently passed in [date removed] after a 13 year battle with Parkinson's disease. We cannot express enough appreciation for the wonderful support and friendship that was provided.

This is a large, well appointed community with a mixed population ranging from independent to assisted to memory care. Those who are able, or choose to, have many opportunities to engage in daily enrichment. I made this choice for my wife after a detailed search and facility visits within a certain traveling radius. I am happy with my choice.

Staff was incredibly welcoming and answered questions promptly. Facility is clean, bright and comfortable. Several choices of living styles and unit sizes. My mom is trying a temporary stay this winter. She has visited multiple times and feels safe and welcome. Fingers crossed it is a good fit.

From our first inquiry to our loved one being admitted-the process was smooth and the staff very attentive and caring! The follow up post admission has been wonderful also. I would highly recommend Danbury Senior Living - Outstanding facility!
