We met with [name removed] and toured the facility. She was a true blessing and did a fantastic job of explaining everything about the facility. Danbury is an amazing place and we are looking forward to moving our mom there.

All 5's. Completely and thoroughly impressed with StoryPoint northville. The staff is fabulous. The residents are engaged and thoughtfully cared for. The activities are varied enough to engage a wide spectrum of need, from high to low. It is spotless and maintenance is quick to respond. The apartment is spacious and well equipped for safety. The food is outstanding. Folks genuinely seem happy and engaged.

My Dad was living in Independent Living and we later realized that he should probably have been in Assisted. Everyone there went over and above to see that he was safe and taken care of. Staff treated him like family. His room was spacious and kept clean by their weekly cleanings.

First thing that hits you when you walk into Danbury Mount Vernon is the friendly staff that meets you. It is a bright facility with smiles from the staff and residents. Many activities are done daily with other events scheduled periodically. Would consider this facility for any of my family or friends .

I was very satisfied with the looks of the new renovated rooms, the friendliness of the staff as well as the food I had for lunch. The office personnel were very helpful and friendly and could answer all my questions.

My mother lived here for over eight years. She made lots of friends there and loved the convenience of having a lovely hairdresser and therapists right in the building. They have lots of fun activities. They take great care of the beautiful outside plantings and grounds! They also have a company inside the facility that you can hire for extra care if needed. They were always willing to listen to what you needed though they couldn’t always solve the problem. Stop by and have a meal and see what it is all about.

Springwood Hudson is a wonderful Senior Living apartment complex. I visit it frequently as a homecare therapist. The facility is extremely well maintained, and [Name Removed] the maintenance director is always busy working when I’m there and very responsive to the residents. [Name Removed] the executive director is always available and the residents can’t say enough nice things about her. They also have the nicest indoor heated parking garage that’s directly accessible from the building.

Moving my mother to Storypoint Knoxville has been a truly positive experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and genuine care. The staff is exceptional, always going above and beyond to ensure my mother's comfort and well-being. The community is beautifully maintained, offering a welcoming and homely atmosphere that immediately put my mother at ease. The variety of engaging activities keeps her active and social, which has greatly improved her health and quality of life. The team at Storypoint Knoxville is attentive and responsive, addressing any concerns with professionalism and empathy. It's reassuring to know that my mother is in such capable and compassionate hands. I highly recommend Storypoint Knoxville to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

Beautiful facility! All of the staff are so friendly, warm and welcoming. Would feel very comfortable sending a loved one here.

They communicate very well via email on any issues or problems concerning my sister, they provide transportation to her doctor's appointments. They also let me know if she needs anything.

I would give a 5 for everything except maybe value for the money. That would be a 4 just because I think assisted / independent living is extremely expensive. I haven't tried the food myself but so far she hasn't complained about it. Also, because we looked at several places, that the rooms are spacious and the place fills more like an apartment building than an assisted living complex .

I would give them all a 5. Everyone is very nice there! Everything looks really nice, it's all updated and doesn't look or smell like an old persons home. I have only eaten there a couple times, but both times it was really good! I think they do a great job offering a lot of different activities for everyone.

I recently visited my grandma at Pinebrook of Milford for lunch. We ordered salmon with a baked potato and green beans — everything was fresh and delicious! Some of the directors even stopped by our table and introduced themselves. The building itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting, and the residents genuinely seemed happy. The activity calendar is full of events and programs throughout the day, offering plenty of opportunities to stay involved and connected within the community. I'm so happy my grandma is in a community she can feel safe, stay active, and make so many awesome new friends!

The nurses and the aids are all very helpful and friendly. They talk and joke around with my mother- in-law when they bring medication to her a couple times each day, rather than making her feel like a patient. She speaks very highly of everyone. She also loves how nice everyone is in the dining room. Thank you for having a great and caring staff!

Dad has lived at Pinebrook for several years and recently moved to the Memory Care unit. He has loved being a part of this community. Great location, wonderful facilities and recent upgrades, Staff is awesome, the food is usually excellent, activities are well planned and a welcome addition. It has been a great place for Dad. I don't know how prices compare to other facilities, but for the care and attention they get it is a good investment. Warm and welcoming.

The community is safe, clean and well managed by the staff who truly care about the residents. The community is more affordable than some of the other SP locations in town, but the care and attention seem just as good as the more expensive places.

Danbury is a wonderful facility with a very friendly staff. They are always helpful and kind. The residents seem to be very happy. Staff is always available and quick to assist us in any way. The environment is always clean and lots of activities for the residents.

FYI - My Dad passed away just after 3 days there at Story Point, so my Mom had to be moved into the (lock-down) memory care area. Story Point made the transition very easy for my Mom and made her very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!
