Pella Iowa is a charming community. My Aunt and Uncle on my mom's side and my Aunt and Uncle on my dad's side have made their home there for several years...I have visited Pella for several years myself, along with the charm comes the nicest people you will ever meet in your lifetime. Having a luxury place for seniors to live in and the place having large rooms, many ademites has something for everyone...plus making new friends in a a positive, quiet environment helps with a lot. Like eating and even playing cars with friends..and keeping up with your socializing skills...

My Mom (95) has lived at Boulder Creek for almost 4 years. She will tell you she has loved it since the day she moved in! From getting her nails & hair done in.house to playing balloon volleyball as well as all of the holiday celebrations, Boulder Creek's staff does not disappoint. The food is good and hot and they are always switching up the menu. Mom's laundry has never gotten lost and all of the staff is really more like a family.

The staff at Springvale Assisted Living is wonderful. They are attentive to the residents and very professional. My mother was a resident for several years and always told me she felt safe and comfortable. If I ever had a question or concern, the director responded right away. I love how they have interactive and social activities constantly to provide opportunities for residents to connect with each other and with the staff. I needed to relocate my mother out of state to be closer to family and was sad to say goodbye to all the good people at Springvale who took such great care of my mother. Springvale is a kindhearted facility.

This is a beautiful, well-decorated community with many comfortable seating areas for visiting. There are plenty of activities available, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, the move was not the right fit for our father's needs. After moving into assisted living with his wife, he had difficulty adjusting and required a higher level of supervision than expected. Additional supports were put in place, but he ultimately needed skilled nursing care. This was a difficult outcome for our family, as we had hoped the move would work well for both of our parents. The community itself is lovely, and the staff was kind throughout the process.

Caring staff in all areas from housekeeping to food to caregivers. It was hard to leave but our care needs exceeded what IV could provide. I would recommend to others.

The apartment is spacious, very clean, picked up trash daily, always people around to ask questions. Everyone willing to help and friendly at the dining room, [name removed] . Because of dialysis a meal was always ready when I returned at 2. Very nice!

The director and sales associate where very down to earth and understanding. The building was clean, updated and smelled fresh. (Important at a senior facility)

The integration of assisted and independent living and crossover of services. It's all about what the client needs. The staff are extremely helpful and always available to help.

This place is clean an has a very nice staff. These guys can answer any questions you have. A+ facility.

Recently we was forced to find mom a place to live as her dementia was getting really bad to handle and she was wandering out of the house. We looked at many places. We decided to call StoryPoint Findlay her home. [name removed] and [name removed] and the rest of the staff have been the best. We couldn’t have picked a better place for mom.

Went and toured this community with my friend who is looking for her mother. The amount of amenities this place offers is so incredible. Staff was so helpful and knowledgeable as well. I was very impressed with this community. [name removed], the director, gave us the tour he was honestly so easy to talk to and answered our questions. He even said if we didn’t choose them to reach out and he would help answer any questions as we are both new to this. Showed us he genuinely cared.

I visited my grandmother her the other day for the first time and ma this place is absolutely stunning. Staff was so welcoming and they made me feel so welcomed. So glad my mom choose this place for my grandmother.

Storypoint previously Provision Living is doing it right! six months ago, I got my mom situated into memory care. her diagnosis of Alzheimer’s and Lewy body dementia came as quite a shock. she was rapidly declining. in six months in memory care, I’ve never seen her so happy and content. mom especially loves watching movies in the movie theater upstairs. her caregivers are so loving and compassionate with keeping her dignity intact. mom’s appetite has even improved. The food is always hot and delicious.. I so appreciate when I do have concerns that they are quick to resolve them. The journey of watching a loved one succumb to this disease is hard. I am so grateful that Findlay has a place like Storypoint to care for our aging population. My only hope is that Medicare and Medicaid services would reimburse at an appropriate rate that Storypoint could then accept people with these only options as life savings can only take people so far. Thank you Storypoint and it’s amazing staff!

Everything was a easy process. I would recommend to others.

I am super happy! I love the people, the residents and the staff. I love them. I love playing wii bowling and I love all of the meals are good! They've all been real good! I've gained 10 pounds! It's top notch when it comes to cleaning!

everyone was incredibly friendly and gave in depth info during the tour. Definitely high up on my list for my parents knowing they will be well taken care of and can make friendships with the amazing staff!

We have the best apartment. It’s roomy, we have a living room, kitchen, bedroom and a closet. We have an amazing view from our sliding glass door. You can see deer, birds, and other beautiful wildlife. The breakfast here is wonderful. Well, all the meals are really good but my favorite is breakfast. The staff here is wonderful and very caring. They truly treat us as family. I love being here!

I would give Woodlawn 5 stars, A+ & an excellent rating. Absolutely no complaints what so ever. Definitely Highly recommend. Worth every $. Above & BEYOND CARE. And your service is priceless. Would recommend A Place for Mom as well

This community sits back off the road, blink and you'll miss it. Has recently been remodeled and has on going improvement projects. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival. If you're looking for a place, stop in and check it out.

Great staff! I am able to ask for assistance with ease, but also my privacy is respected. Food is delicious and my apartment is kept nice and clean. I have been here for over six years and am happy with my choice.
