Story point has been a perfect fit and blessing for our mother. After spending time there, it is clear that they don't just provide a service; they provide a genuine home. The staff are some of the kindest people i've ever met-they truly treat residents like family. I was very impressed by the public spaces; they are exceptionally clean and clearly set a high standard for the facility's first impression. In observing the transition to our mother's room, i noticed an opportunity to bring that same level of detail to the individual living spaces. The food is fantastic (honestly better than many restaurants!), and there's always a fun activity going on, which keeps our mother socially active and mentally stimulated. Their in-house medical care and therapy have been very beneficial for her. We feel like story point has added additional quality and years to her life. We are so grateful and believe it is the best value for the level of care provided.

I give this place 5 stars because the response from most of the caregivers has been positive and I feel they have really tried to know who I am. I'm not just an apartment number. I'm also pretty close to several of them and they are probably the nicest people in know and they make my living here better. A wellness director has managed to bring in a wellness team that exudes an attitude that they are proud to be here-and that attitude wasn't always here before.
