This community sits back off the road, blink and you'll miss it. Has recently been remodeled and has on going improvement projects. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was greeted upon arrival. If you're looking for a place, stop in and check it out.

Great staff! I am able to ask for assistance with ease, but also my privacy is respected. Food is delicious and my apartment is kept nice and clean. I have been here for over six years and am happy with my choice.

My mother has been at story point for approximately 18 months. She had been there previously with my father. She is an independent living, and has been accommodated to the most with the services provided by StoryPoint. As my mother ages, the services she requires change about every six months. The staff at StoryPoint has been able to meet with the family, assess her needs and accommodate them. Myself and my siblings have never doubted that story point is the best place she can live independently and receive the services which she needs to be comfortable. I highly recommend this establishment.

[name removed]has been a resident in memory care for over two years and I couldn’t be more happy of the care she has gotten. The staff is so wonderful and treats everyone like family. The food is a little questionable at times but mostly very good. At times during meal times they are a little under staffed. This is the best facility in the whole area. [name removed]

Grand Village Assisted Living took wonderful care of my mom, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience there. The staff were incredibly caring, supportive, and consistently communicated with me, which gave me great peace of mind. My mom truly enjoyed living there — she was very happy and always had something to look forward to. There were lots of fun and engaging activities that kept residents busy and socially connected. The food was also very good, with a well-rounded and healthy diet. We only moved my mom so she could be closer to our family, not because of any issues with Grand Village. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for compassionate care in a welcoming environment.

Saying that the staff at Storypoint are "phenomenal" is an utmost understatement. From experience, I have seen the true care and deep compassion that these people have for their residents. They truly care and treat their tenants as if they are their own family. I cannot thank them enough for their extraordinary attention to detail to make sure my Grandfather was taken care of during his tenure at Storypoint West.

I moved in December and there are a lot of activities to do. We have entertainment every Friday at Happy Hour. The staff is nice and very helpful. The meals are good and there is a variety of food to choose from.

Springwood is a wonderful place to call "HOME" welcoming and friendly residents along with outstanding and helpful staff, serene surroundings, and a heated garage make this place top notch and the best all around.

We’re are more than please with every department. Everyone is blind and helpful. I’ve liked the place since we toured it. Me and my family are happy. Everyone in the activity team is amazing. Everyone in the dining room is great. The care staff are wonderful.

It is beautiful. Doesn’t look or smell like a nursing home. The staff is friendly and the food looks delicious - wished we could have stayed for lunch! It was nice to see so many smiling patients!

I honestly have nothing but good things to say about my Dads stay at StoryPoint. He was happy at StoryPoint. The staff took care of him and always made him comfortable. They were professional and took care of him. He loved the food and enjoyed going to have his meals. Thank you on behalf of all my family for all you did.

They have a wonderful 3-pronged focus on supporting their residents, family members, and members of the community as a whole who may be caring for someone living with cognitive issues. Through Alzheimer's Tennessee, they offer a monthly care partner/giver support group which is well attended and helpful to those who attend.

My mother has been a resident at Southwick Village since 1996. She started residing in a condominium, then moved to an apartment in [date removed]. Finally she moved to assisted living in [date removed]. She is especially happy with her care givers.

Pleasent environment, good location, offers a lot of amenities, and the staff were very friendly and caring. Highly recommend for your loved ones. [name removed]was informative, answered all my question, very attentive on the tour and made sure I had all the appropriate information. Really liked the units, and they are leading in the AI future of elderly healthcare.

My father lives in the assisted living section with his chihuahua and I, as his primary caregiver, couldn't be happier. He is doing well much better here than he was doing at home -- both he and the dog get a lot more exercise and social interaction. He is even doing yoga and other community activities. My mother was actually the first resident of their assisted living room -- unfortunately she passed shortly after arriving. The staff was phenomenally helpful, empathetic, and flexible. They have fantastic relationships with multiple community resources and it helped my family tremendously. With the staff's help, transitioning my father to assisted living after my mother's passing went much smoother than I expected. I cannot think of better partners for my father's care than the staff at Southwick Village!

The staff is amazing. Always above what I would expect. They care. They are happy to listen when you have a question or concern, they want the entire family to feel secure with the care. I could list many specific positives, and I cannot think of anything I would complain about. There are windows everywhere, it's bright and airy and beautiful. But it's the staff that shine. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I'm very happy here and things are going the right direction. It's good to be independent as much as possible. There's a good support team here and there's good Management.

My stay has been excellent and I would recommend it to everybody and anyone who would be here they would love they would love it. The staff and residents are friendly. Food is great, and I’m happy here. I have a room with a view.

All 5's! What we like the most about the community is that It's very homey, with lots of activities for the residents. The employees are very warm & compassionate

Beautiful facility, very friendly staff and administrator, and the dining hall service at your table! Most definitely I would recommend Story Point! I even ran into someone I know that lives there.
