The staff is simply wonderful. It's like going from solitude to "family." Everyone involved is here because they care. The facility is absolutely beautiful! For me, at age 88, it's like my dream of living like a princess, has come true. This is my castle.. And this is my family!

We stopped by to visit family members. The community is beautiful and well maintained. We stayed for lunch and had a great time, food was good and waitstaff were very nice and responsive. We are happy to know our loved ones are living in a supportive and beautiful environment.

My husband loves Independence Village. Very clean, exceptional staff, good food.

This building has the most amazing staff and leaders, we are so happy to have our loved one in Springvale. We enjoy the food and love the Life Enrichment Director, she makes all the events fun and inviting. All of the management is always present and eager to help where needed. The building is beautiful and the apartments are spacious. Staff are so caring and always go above and beyond for all of us.

After visiting, dining (++times) and reviewing eight Hudson area "Senior" faculties for several years Springwood is my choice. My criteria: 1. Location/location/location 2. Facility amenities. 3. Activities (Internal/Roundtrip) 4. Resident Interaction 5. Cleanliness. 6. 4 stars meals 7. Supportive Staff 8. Heat Indoor parking 9. Security Springwood check all my number !!!

We chose IV of Avon Lake because of the location, word of mouth quality and we heard the food was great which it was. They were very accommodating and kind. Went out of their way to check on my aunt even after she moved back home. I would like to add that [name removed] is exceptional at her job!! She truly went above and beyond for us.

My husband is in memory care and also on hospice services which means he has rw care teams working with him.That alleviates a lot of my anxiety,not that I should have any.We couldn’t ask for more competent staff who really seem to care about my husband.He loves his room and the food:I rest knowing he is safe.

Independence Village was a wonderful move for mom. Apartment was newly carpeted and painted, even bathroom was updated. Management and maintenance were eager to please and helpful with the transition. Employees are friendly and know tenants by name. Lots of daily activities; lunches off-site, entertainment, movies, games. I would highly recommend Independence Village.

This journey started about 2 1/2 years ago When my mom gave me the greenlight to start looking for a new home for her She could see that it was wearing me out and her niece And praise God for her recognizing that ?? So right away, I started looking. I checked out several places and when I found Bayfield. I knew this was the place ?? But I didn’t make that decision .. I want her to make that decision… Soo I set it all up She came with her niece and check out the room that [name removed]had reserved to look at … The minute she saw it She said it looked and felt like home ?? And so my mom’s journey began Now being into for over 2 1/2 years It’s just been fantastic They have so many loving and caring people that take care of my mom ?? It’s like it’s their mom It Doesn’t get any better than that ?? They have so many activities to keep her busy. I can’t keep up with it.?? But that’s a good thing ?????? I visited my grandmother and it was so nice. I was invited to lunch and had lunch with her and her new friends that she has met there. They were all so sweet. The people that work there are all so welcoming and sweet to my nan. She kept telling me how fun bingo is there. Thanks for all that you do!

Just before the Holidays our loved one went into their care. Very difficult time to make this decision but with the complete staff to assist us, we made it through the 6 weeks that we had left. I do mean everyone. They cared for us visiting and always asking if we thought everything was okay with our loved one. I was so relieved to be in this place of care.

My mother in law was in memory care at independence village of avon. We had a great experience. Allstaff is very helpful and friendly. [name removed] from maintenance was great . Management team was greatand helpful. The team is very knowledgeable and helpful when my mom needed hospice or any care help.

When I entered this place it was very clean. I loved the fireplace on entering and staff was so kind and friendly. Memory care where my family resides was very clean and nurse was very knowledgeable. I am glad that my brother choose this place for my sister.

My tour of the facility was very impressive. I chose Provision Living because of the bright clean facility and the staff was up beat always willing to help. My choice was correct, they were so caring. My husband was only there 6 days when he passed. My only concern was that a caregiver logged that my husband was not breathing at 11:30 pm and I was called approx 2:00 am. They did call 3 times & lvmtc. I was exhausted & slept through. I called and they helped me through what I needed to do. I was disappointed in the refund process for the balance of days in the month, which took 2 months.

Creekside at Shallowford is wonderful. My dad lives there, and he loves the food, the activities, and the community. He still has his independence, and I am confident that he is safe and comfortable. The price is very reasonable.

Very expensive! I was in a panic. Not many choices. I would recommend to others.

StoryPoint Union is a beautiful facility and they took wonderful care of our mother. The staff was very friendly and showered our mother with attention. Our mother was in the Enhanced Care Unit and we were able to pick and choose what services our mother received to meet her specific and changing needs. There were regular activities planned for the assisted living side of the facility. However, many of these activities were not appropriate for the residents living on enhanced living side of the facility. They needed separate activities planned and specifically designed for the higher needs residents on the enhanced living side.

Dad has been very welcomed at Independence Village of Ames. He has so many people to talk to and always has something to do. He is enjoying that socialization . We also appreciate that he has his own new home where he could bring his own things. Having an apartment that is all his is a great transformation from his house. Thank you to all the staff that have been so friendly and welcoming.

I toured 7 facilities in Franklin and this one was the best. The staff and fellow residents all gravitated to [name removed]and made her feel welcome. Family is what I call it.

StoryPoint Mequon is very special! It has been my Mom’s home for 3 years. The staff are very special people! They give my mom encouragement to attend activities but also respect her privacy if she just wants to watch tv in her apartment. The food is delicious and nutritious! Their desserts are extra special, which is important since dessert is her favorite part of the meal! There is a salon that Mom loves to have her hair washed and cut regularly. Podiatrist that cuts her toenails regularly. Every staff member shows so much TLC. It makes me smile to see them in action.
