Nice facility, have good staff, a lot of activities.

This community was way to expensive for what we were looking for. The community was nice and the place was too big and a lot of people . Also inside the facility was too large and took a lot of time to get to one area to another

This would be a good place for your loved one if you have no medical needs. There are no medical staff if attention is needed but it is a great community for someone that does not need the medical staff.

Heritage has-is a positive experience for me. I've been here for a year and the difficult life change is a challenge. However, I am comfortable in spite of physical immobility and pressing forward to gain renewed strength and walking.

I enjoy living here. The people here are very kind and nice.

We decided to tour several communities and then give our top two recommendations to our loved one to tour and choose from. StoryPoint Libertyville was one of the two we suggested to her. We really liked the rooms with the bay window option. But she ended up choosing a different place because StoryPoint was under renovation at the time and felt chaotic to her because of that. Plus, she just had an intangible good feeling about the other place that it was "right" for her. But StoryPoint would have been a great choice as well.

The house keeping ladies are so sweet and loving to our mother, but they have a big roach problem. If they can just clean everything spotless and stay on top of it, the bug problem will go away, because that is one thing we are disappointed in. The staff members are so friendly to the residents, we have never seen anyone be ugly towards a residents, they all are great employees. Our loved one does say the meals are bland and have little seasoning, but we do know it is hard to please everyone with the amount of residents there and all of the their dietary restrictions. The activities director is really trying their best, we aren't sure of everything going on, but when they do have activities we do know our loved one is really enjoying them. Our loved one just started a little contest with the residents to see who could have the best fall decorations outside their door. We do wish they would start maybe a crafts corner or a quilting class for the ladies especially with the holidays coming up. It would also keep the cognitive abilities strong.

I've been telling people that I'm spoiled. what they provide is more than what I provided for myself. This has been a blessing to have three meals a day, and choices and desserts, and somebody cleaning. They're all so helpful. It's wonderful.

Hard to review as covid 19 has made all different though staff trying to give us some activities to occupy our time. Choice of food could be better, also much warmer. They really only have two choices and continue with 3 others that remain the same the entire week. All other areas are very good.

We thought StoryPoint Saline was beautiful, but really expensive. It was also outside of our comfortable area of driving / living. Other than that, it was a very nice facility. Nothing at all wrong with it, and it actually would have been our second choice next to the place we ended up at.

Our experience has been favorable. I feel that our loved one feels safe and comfortable. She also feels like you are all family too, workers and residents.

The staff is friendly. There are lots of activities for the residents. Some of the activities are exercise classes, outings, and more for the residents to choose from. Currently the community is short staffed. The activities director is flexible and will come up with something else to engage the residents when necessary.

I chose Ponder Creek Estates because I had a friend who lived here before and was happy with the experience. The apartment sizes here are good, but I could always use more room. I would recommend to others who are looking.

We chose StoryPoint Powell North because the services provided are phenomenal, they do PT, OT and speech therapy. The size of the apartment that they got here was another reason we went with this facility. Both my parents are here and they have been super flexible setting things up for each of them individually. Staff have also been extremely responsive as well when there are any questions or concerns. The biggest complaint has been the food, I do that that they could offer more variety on the menu. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.
