We did not experience care as we were in independent living. The staff, including the dining room staff, go out of their way to make you feel welcome. All of the managers of each service provided make a point of personally meeting you and asking if they can do anything to help you. The facility is beautiful. P.S. Try the chocolate chip cookies when the chef comes to visit you!

very very disappointed that you would recommend such a facility. The staff is not telling the truth when they do the lease to the people and when you need maintenance you don't get it for months after and also they are unqualified in the office and make many mistakes on the billing

Generally clean and well run. I found medication in my mother's purse once. I don't think they take time to see that she brushes her teeth. Very expensive. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall we are satisfied. There have been issues with the elevator not working (one time it was over a week), and recently, the floors have been getting redone. The staff works very hard to accommodate during these tough times. They are working to update the entire building

The facility is clean, organized and the food is great. There are a ton of activities. The Physical Therapy and occupational therapy is a great option. The only negative is that it's quite expensive.

We have had a great experience. Our experience would have been even better if we had an overview of the facility routines and processes during move in. For example, specific laundry, housekeeping and meal times.

The activity program is awesome. Mom is kept quite busy and they have really nice outings. She enjoys the food. The facility is kept clean . The staff are friendly. The only concerns we have is that the communication with family could be better.

Administrative Staff and Caregivers welcome open discussions regarding my loved ones' care.

The staff and activities are what make this place a great place. The staff are very friendly and caring. The cleanliness can be hit or miss, but I understand this can be difficult with so many patients at such an advanced stage of dementia and memory care issues. My mother in law is in decline but has maintained a pleasant attitude, so this has made our visits easier.

They are very welcoming and try and make the transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved

Staff is friendly and listens to needs. Doesn't just say they will make adjustments, they have on most concerns. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

All the residents are super friendly. My biggest concern is that there is only 1 small elevator (maybe 3 folks with walkers can fit) so it requires patience at mealtimes. A larger concern would be if there were an emergency and residents had to be evacuated Mom seems very content all in all, and I was concerned she wouldn't even consent to move to a facility

Well, Mom sometimes complains about the food-chief complaint is about the portions, and the fact that if she doesn't want the entree of the day, their backup menu has the same offerings all week. I remind her that this is just how they operate and she can always order an additional portion. Re: quality of care- they referred us to an entity called Home MD as an option for primary care. It sounded good at the time, but Home MD had a profound inability to schedule and we ended up dropping them because Mom never got seen. Huge waste of time. Mom has a great PCP now through our local health system. To SP's credit, when we told them of our trouble, [name removed] the health care liasion relayed our complaints directly to the owner of Home MD.

I am really impressed with the leadership of the facility. If you have an issue & tell them they get right on it!

No registered nurse on staff on weekends. Wonderful and tasty meals were provided. The activities offered were varied and very stimulating for the patients that chose to participate.

I would say that it has a warm homey feeling that makes you feel welcome. As in any place there are a few residents that can't seem to muster a smile

They keep the facility clean. It's a little bit of a task to get them to fix things like gutters that are spewing over, etc. saying it's not their problem but the people who own the building. Most of the staff is very friendly, especially the food workers and the third-party caretakers that help out. There has been a change in management When the facility was recently purchased, and we haven't gotten the same one fuzzies from that director as the last Director, but hopeful that improves. We will increase your rent every year even knowing they have senior citizens that aren't getting an increase in Social Security payments. All in all it is a safe and clean community, however This seems to offer plenty of daytime activities for those that are interested or able to participate. It's in a very safe part of town and did they have a walking trail that goes all the way around the facility which is nice for these people to get out and have a safe place to walk.

The place is wonderful community and all of the staff is wonderful to be around. We always have different options for activities in and outside of the building. I would like to see more variety in dietary choices and maybe the soup a little hotter.

The facility is very well cared for and the rooms are larger than are typically found these days in similar facilities. The staff are very caring and attentive to resident needs. They have a lot of well-planned activities and resources as well. My mother lived there for 8 years and consistently let family know how pleased she was with her living situation.

Staff is very friendly and loving to the residents. I do wish that for those who have cardio/ respiratory issues they would monitor vitals more than every 30 days
